Service slow on arrival though few diners at that point, food exellent and service changed hands then good. Should say I am very regular user with high regard for Cote style and efficiency so keen to see it maintained.

As always we had a lovely meal at Cote today. We were very well looked after and enjoyed the warm and friendly atmosphere. Thank you to all at Cote. We shall definitely be back!

Really enjoyed our visit to Cote Brasserie. We were celebrating our engagement, the staff were friendly and the food was amazing. Definitely recommend it for special occasions.

I visited Cote with my 2 kids and my dad, we had a very nice lunch, the food was great, children portions were just right, the staff were friendly, polite and all very nice.

Great atmosphere, great food, friendly efficient service. Scallops were fresh and cooked perfect. Our party had mains of Breton fish stew, pork belly, sea bass and duck of breast, followed by desserts of chocolate mousse, creme brulee, ice cream and crepe. The Fish stew was a bouillabaisse of fresh succulent seafood and outstanding. Crepe was over sweet though.

Generally very good but unfortunately very noisy - needs an absorbing finish to ceiling. Staff very attentive, food good with a nice atmosphere except for the noise.

Atmosphere good as normal buzzy . Breakfast not up to usual standard but not bad enough that we won't be back. Service good and friendly

Regular.customers. Friendly, highly professional service. Reliable cooking using fresh ingredients. Like the French Bistro style with Cote's flair for a different take on established favourites. Booking advised as it is usually full with people waiting for tables.

The food and our waitress was lovely, I had indicated in the booking there was a wheelchair, TOTALLY NOT wheelchair friendly! In fact that side was a total nightmare!

Lively atmosphere, with friendly staff. I have complicated dietary requirements and the manager took the time to talk me through options. My friends and I have been holding our get togethers here for a number of years and have no plans to change the venue!

Food was fine. Service not so good due to waitress brusque attitude. Ordered coffee wasn't asked if I needed sugar good job I don't take it. Wanted the bill but hard to get attention. Asked for service charge to be taken off as a result. Manager then took off an amount as service recovery but was a shame he had to do it. Guildford branch is much better than Farnham . Waitress could do with some customer service training.

Staff at this restaurant are always very polite & helpful Even thought the restaurant was very busy on our last visit the waiting time for our food was kept to a very acceptable level.

We had very relaxed and enjoyable lunch. The service was very friendly and efficient. There were three of us and we all were pleased with our choices.

Pleasant enough although not enough ready chilled bottles of wine - and not the first time this has happened here. Had to send one of desserts back as was mainly Cyrene Frau he and very little chocolate mousse!

Too little staff although they were very friendly, little experience did not ask if we needed more drinks when offering dessert menus or taking plates away. Used to spend a lot more here but couldn't be bothered to wait.

Good value quality and service as always. The location in Lamb and Lion Yard is excellent with plenty of out door tables for the warmer days and evenings

Go at least once a week to Cote in Farham,everything is great,staff,food and atmosphere.They are always busy so I book a table before we go.

First class as ever, great food, terrific ambience and friendly staff that made you feel very welcome. We always see this as a treat for occasions and it didn't let us down.

The restaurant was very busy and warm but the service was great, very friendly, and the fish stew was delicious and a decent portion, would definitely go back.

Very welcoming by all staff. Food was as always superb and excellent value for money. Only issue is I would like choice of leaving gratuity.

Brilliant Staff. We had a very small child in a push chair. The staff could not have been more good natured and helpful. Very impressive.

Lovely setting away from the traffic. Enjoyed a beautifully cooked breakfast including fruit juice and a hot drink. Quality food at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend to others and will be returning.

My party and I were given a very warm welcome and the service provided throughout our stay was excellent along with the food we ordered.

Superb French food served rapidly and efficiently by capable and pleasant young staff. I'm a regular here and have never been disappointed. New spring menu offers fresh takes on seasonal ingredients. The fact that the restaurant is usually very busy is a sure sign they're getting it right.

The food was absolutely delicious- just wish we had a bigger capacity! We all had different starters, each tried by all and so we determined to return for them alone. Some of us had Escaloppe de veau and the other had the poussin with mushroom sauce - fabulous. Two squeezed in a pud - making the others jealous. The only thing that spoiled it was a table near us with a bunch of very loud, raucous rugby types - having a good time and not aggressive but we couldn't hear each other speak. It would have been kind if the maire d' had had a quiet word along the lines of 'glad you are having a great time but remember the other guests are not part of your party'. several tables around us had people grimacing when the noise got really burdensonme. however, we will go back.....

Welcoming staff. Pleasant ambience. Good food. Fresh mint tea very refreshing. On downside, didn't get e-mail notification of booking, which would halve been helpful .....and needed to wait considerable time for requested water refill.

Excellent food as always, very tasty and not the usual junk you get from the other chains on the high street. The service was a bit slow but given it was very busy doubt it could have been better. I can't recommend it enough great location good vibe and excellent value. Pity more restaurants don't follow suit.

Booked a specific table which was correctly reserved. Cheerful, prompt and efficient service. Really good food at a great value price. No hesitation in recommending Cote to anyone.

Went to FARNHAM we were sat at table 59, took a while to order waitress said she didn't know we were there. Took our water glasses even though water is complimentary told us you have to ask if you want it! Breakfast was good as always both had the formulae at £9.95 inc juice & hot drink. Different waitress served us was very helpful (blonde hair) Napkin had 3 holes in it & table was sticky. Hope standards aren't slipping!

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the staff were efficient and very attentive. The bench seating was a little low in respect of the table height, but I appreciate this kind of format offers more flexibility. We will definitely be visiting Cote again, maybe Guildford will be the next visit as we go there quite a lot.

Extremely busy evening but same great friendly service and high quality food. Shown to our reserved table and served complimentary kirs as it was a birthday celebration. Very enjoyable and great value.

As usual I had a very nice experience eating at Cote. The food and service were very good. I always find it very good value for money.

Good breakfast for 2 (including 1 gluten free), meal was V hot and arrived quickly. Have eaten here before and the staff all seem friendly whilst being efficient.
