Côte Farnham

Very noisy Saturday night as large group. However food was delicious and staff very accommodating Would go back but probably avoid 8.30 on Saturday night!

The food was great as always! Lovely meal every time!

As always, high quality food and service. The atmosphere is always good too. Even though busy, you never feel as though your fellow diners are on top of you. I would have scored a six except that they appeared to be understaffed and waiting time was extended although not overwhelmingly so.

As ever, great food, choice and value. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. This is a place I visit regularly and is remains consistent.

Great food, great service as usual. My husband hates mushrooms, we usually ge5 these on a side plate for me, today they were incorporated to my crepe making it awesome. Will be bac’ soon.

Lovely, comfortable interior, great staff and service. Cod Supreme absolutely Delicious. Free, cold water served at every meal in quaint stone jars with proper linen napkins.

Enjoyable experience at Cote, Farnham. Service was friendly and attentive. Warm buzzy atmosphere. The food was generally very well cooked and presented well. The only detail that let the whole thing down was my main course - Rib eye steak - it was tough! In fairness it looked and tasted great- just glad I still have my own teeth!

Hi We are regular customers at Cote, Farnham. The staff are very friendly but always courteous and efficient. The food as ever was excellent. This evening they were very good at adapting dishes from the menu for our 2 vegan daughters. The vegans were enjoyed their vegan dishes. Our waitress, Jenny, was lovely and very helpful at identifying dishes that could be made vegan. We highly recommend Cote at Farnham.

We were a party of four. We all ordered a different meal and we were all pleased with our choice. The staff are always delightful and the food was delicious

Excellent service, food and value. We intend to visit yet again before too long. a lovely rable in the conservatory on what was one f our first sunny days this year.

Lunch taken at Cote Farnham yesterday was most enjoyable because both the service and food were very good and helped the day go as it was our anniversary.

Saturday lunchtime visit with my husband.unusually for us not a brilliant table just by the kitchens but I suppose someone has to sit there. Excellent service and food as always. Will be returning.

Great food and service. I only have calamari here! They are always good at chatting with you too and for the right amount of time. Very accommodating towards the older generation.

Lovely food as usual. The restaurant was very busy but staff handled the situation really well. We have been going to this restaurant for quite a few years now and it will always be a firm favorite.

It was a real treat to have an excellent breakfast prepared for us and served by very good staff. Very pleasant and enjoyable and excellent value.

They had run out of garlic bread and service was very slow. Considering they had Easter weekend coming up you would of thought they would be well stocked up. We ordered normal bread and had to ask for plates.

All the food quality was very good - just one plate was cold. However the service was so slow.... We had difficulty attracting attention to place orders and to pay the bill even though we were, I believe, the last table occupied. Our US guest was amazed about the service. We have previously enjoyed evenings in Cote, Farnham, but it will take recommendations in the future from others to persuade us to return.

As usual prompt and friendly service, so looking forward to my next booked visit. The food was up to it’s usual standard and the dishes arrived hot.

as always service was excellent but a little slow but we didn't mind as we were not in a rush the food you cannot ever fault so a lovely time was has by us and our 2 guests

Very welcoming when you arrive, you definitely need to book a table as it can get quite busy. They were great for accommodating gluten free as 1 person was celiac. Food cooked to perfection and piping hot!!!!! unlike the guildford branch. Would definitely go there again and recommend to others

Busy and buzzing at 8pm on a Saturday night. Disappointing slow service at first as we waited 40 minutes to place our order, leaving a few of the group in hangry mode. But it picked up as the restaurant emptied and the food was excellent, so made up for it!

The meal arrived in 2 halves-5 minutes apart! Cold seat by the door also. The sweet was very good- creme brûlée/and apple tart.Will give it another try

It is always a great experience at Cote and look,forward to our visits. Visited for Breakfast this morning. Excellent except the poor staff were rushed off their feet with customers who could have been more understanding. Keep,up the good work.

Staff were really nice, quick, efficient and friendly. Our meals arrived quickly. Starters were delicious, my main course was a little over salted but, that is just my personal preference. Good food considering it is a chain restaurant, not too pricey, we had the set menu. Nice simple decor, good atmosphere.

Food was fine, no problems at all. Service was fine too. The only challenge was 4 of us having to squeeze onto one of the smaller tables such that when our breakfasts arrived there was barely any space for the cups, tea pots, milk jugs, toast and plates, orange juices glasses. We had booked in advance and were on time. there were a number of smaller groups on bigger tables than ours. I'm sure it won't stop us returning again but it's not the first time this has been the case and we feel it could be avoided.

Fantastic atmosphere and excellent food as always. If anything the restaurant was a little chilly but could just have been me. Very polite staff and extremely clean

Good Friday So very busy and some delays but great food and service. Good atmosphere and interesting wine list. Very nice setting in central Farnham.

The service was very efficient and friendly. We enjoyed a delicious brunch and found the prices both fair and good value for money. Great atmosphere.

Wonderful right from the start - I telephoned to say we would be late ... absolutely no issues. Service very friendly throughout the visit and food very good and very reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again. Thank you Côte :)

The restaurant is attractive and the food is excellent. The problem for me, in Cote and most restaurants in the UK, is the intolerable noise ! Because of its popularity it is nearly always full, but because the British think it's OK to make as much noise as they like and impose it on the other diners, I have not returned to Cote for about five years. Lunch today was excellent as expected, but the noise problem has not changed. Indeed the four women at a nearby table were laughing and positively shouting outrageously. Being full also means that there was a long delay before the main course arrived. The restaurant, staff and food are excellent. The problem is the badly behaved customers. Sadly, I won't be back for a long time.

Lovely food and great service. Superb location and ambience. The complimentary Kir Royale was much appreciated by my friends. We will certainly be back in the near future.

Great service and food. One of us had a fairly cold meal but still enjoyed it and we were very impressed that the bill was reduced for her. You can't ask more than that!

The menu was good with a varied selection to suit most tastes i would think. We had the fixed menu, which represented good value for money. The staff were polite and attentive.

Our first vist to this Cote. It provided the same good quality, well priced, reliable dining experience as others we've visited. We'd certainly eat there again. Our only dissasatisfaction was that the background music was not only unnecessary, it was also much too loud.

Excellent food with good waiter service. I would recommend this restaurant to my many friends who live locally. We plan to go ther again soon.

As always ,excellent service,good food,in a friendly comfortable environment.We as a family love cotes,whether it is for breakfast,lunch or dinner.We are never disappointed with food or service.

Is Tarte Fine aux Pommes the same as Tarte tatin?? I used to love this at Cotes but I do not enjoy the current version so much

Two portions of the Duck was undercooked and had to be sent back. Left one person eating alone. Not ideal. Usually better. Dessert was better though even though waiter dropped cutlery on my white jacket...

Good service, nice atmosphere but noisy as tables were very close to each other and we had to raise our voices to hear each other. We spent the whole evening there from 7pm and weren't made to feel we had outstayed our welcome.

A little disappointed with portion sizes this time! Come on Cote!
