Côte Farnham

On a busy Friday evening, we had a very nice three course meal that was cooked and presented professionally. And it didn't break the bank!

Enjoyed our lunch and so lovely to sit outside. It was too hot so asked to move tables and the staff were very accommodating. Sadly our order hadn’t gone though so it was a long wait for lunch but really enjoyed it anyway as the setting/company/staff were great. A great place to enjoy for a long lunch And the food was good value.

Very pleasant lunch outside in the sun. All staff friendly and helpful as usual and the food was first class.Def return soon. the courtesy bottle of rose was also delicious.

Little bit noisy to start with but everything else was perfect

Very friendly welcome on arrival. Very enjoyable lunch . We had the 2 course set £11.50 menu. Very good value. The chicken was delicious. always enjoy eating at Cote. Looking forward to having Cote in Haslemere in the not too distant future .

Very nice meal similar to Shepherds Pie. Pleasant and clean restaurant with friendly, polite staff. Thought the loos could have been a bit cleaner but suppose it can’t be easy to keep floors nice with so many users. It was generally a pleasant evening meal, thanks.

Good food, as always, but poor service. Lots of excuses provided, but no change throughout the meal. For example, the food arrived before our coffees, which were ordered first. More or better staff desperately needed!

We love going to Cotes Farnham for breakfast, they have great service and great food at a reasonable price. The veggie breakfast is a personal favourite of mine!

Breakfast with the parents. Always good quality and service and not disappointed this time. We’ll be back in a couple of weeks as this is now on the new favourite list.

Didn’t like the 12.5% service charge they added to the bill. Very busy restaurant - felt as if I was in the middle of the m25.

cote farnham is the most reliable place to eat, as always the food was excellent, the service attentive but not intrusive. Always my first choice would recommend to anyone.

Not much avocado in the chicken, bacon and avocado salad. Our guest said not enough apple in the crumble. Roasts looked good and lemon cheesecake was delicious but rather small.

Really get fed up with being offered “complimentary filtered water”. It’s water that you got out of the tap! Surely it’s only complimentary if you paid for it first and then passed it on for free?? Food expensive but OK. Service good.

Went for lunch on a beautiful sunny day. Staff were very friendly and the FOH Manager extremely welcoming. Food was good and reasonable value for money. Good service and nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent experience. We are regular guests at the Farnham restaurant due because of the excellent service and consistently good food. We look forward to our next visit.

The main course arrived before we had finished our starter so it had to go back to the kitchen. When the main course was served 2 of the meals were cold and had to be replaced. The manager reflected this in the bill but this was disappointing especially as it was my Birthday.

The service friendly and efficient and the menu offers a good variety of dishes with a lot of fish options which suits me. What we chose was delicious. We will definitely go again.

Area for people without screaming children would be nice. The meal was very passable and the waiting staff very impressive considering the warm weather and extra customers on a Bank Holiday.

We regularly visit Cote as the food is simply very good and so is the service. It’s a little pricey, but we keep gong back!

Love Cote in Farnham.....always good service & food at reasonable prices.Love the way they have specials changing all the time, & the fact that you can book a private room for a crowd. My favourite. Last night the veal dish & the Breton fish stew were absolutely amazing. Well done the chef!

Delicious food and great service. I have never had a bad meal from Cote, breakfast, lunch or dinner is fab. The service is always very attentive without being overbearing.

Service good. Meal was well presented and nice and hot. The only complaint I had was that the toast was not brown enough and the butter was hard.

Good food and happy staff. Service was a bit inconsistent. When first seating they were reallly keen to take drink and food orders. Then some of the food order was missing and our second drinks order didn’t arrive until after the meal. Would still go again because they have been good in the past.

Enjoyed a lovely birthday evening. Six of us sat around the rectangular table in the alcove beyond the bar. Food and service were superb as always. I return to Cote again and again because it is consistently good.

Prompt, friendly service, and very good food as always. Fixed price menu is good value, roast pork belly was cooked perfectly, and out in time for cinema :-)

First class meal and service as usual. Very happy to see the new set menu that is available up until midnight. I had the asparagus followed by the salmon - both were very good.

Vouchers for Christmas from our granddaughter we went to the restaurant in Farnham, Surrey this was our first visit. Although very busy for mid week, the service was excellent and the quality of the food superb. Definitely will go again.

Starter of mushroom in pastry was excellent but the rib-eye steak was not as good as last time, what a pity. The rest was good as always

Always love going to Farnham’s branch of Cote. Staff are friendly and food is always fab. Been here for their breakfast, lunch and dinner and they are consistently excellent.

Good service on a busy Friday Lunchtime. One of my party had a disappointing salad but otherwise a pleasant experience. Some of the tables are a little bit too close together.

We had a very pleasant dinner with friends. The service was friendly and efficient with an attractive and reasonable priced menu. Cote have a winning formula.

We had the daily special cod supreme. We are used to a smaller quantity with this menu but this time the dish was almost full. A little more than I could cope with so missed out on my dessert.

The usual good food, value and service but very noisy, maybe think about keeping us oldies away from large birthday groups! We were in the end section to the right as you go in which is more suitable for large parties.

I ordered the Eggs Royale - poached eggs were cold and the base of the muffin was very hard. The other orders were very good.
