Côte Farnham

Lovely atmosphere, nice and buzzy with lovely staff. Food here is always reliable and well priced, the wine was great value - about £20 for a decent bottle of white wine. We regularly go to Godalming, Guildford and Farnham branches and are always happy when we leave.

We decided to sit outside as the weather was glorious. Unfortunately we were plagued by wasps which wasn't the fault of Cote but was quite unpleasant. The food and service was very good - the staff were exceptionally pleasant.

Service and food excellent as always, lovely waiting staff, but restaurant TOO NOISY. Some shouty women seem to think they are entitled to spoil the ambience for everyone else.

A lovely restaurant. Fabulous food and really friendly staff. Although it was nothing to do with the restaurant and not t he staffs fault the other diners were so loud we couldn't hold a conversation. We were friends catching up but couldn't hear each other speak. What should have been a fabulous evening was ruined by other diners being loud and inconsiderate

As usual we had excellent service and the food was very good and all in all a very enjoyable evening. One of the best Cote's that we go to.

Pleasant, helpful staff, lovely food, great choice of menus and decent portion size. Very popular choice as restaurant was very busy at lunchtime. Booked a table outside but due to a swarm of wasps , had to eat our main course inside.

We went for breakfast and the food was good, as expected from previous visits. It was busy so service a little slow. Overall a good experience.

Service was excellent, so was the food. I always enjoy your steak frites. Sitting outside in sunshine was an added pleasure, coming again today. Would have appreciated wasp repellent.

Good food and convenient parking. I am not too keen on the fixed 12.5% service charge, I normally tip 10% in restaurants. Also they do not take Tesco Vouchers, I would go there much more often if they did.

Great service, wonderful did and an excellent atmosphere. You will not regret going for a meal here and the staff is amazingly attentive and really knowledgeable about the menu and your food choices.

Very good value , relaxing atmosphere. Staff very pleasant and eager to please . Would recommend it for breakfast , never had dinner there so don’t know what that can be like

Food always amazing. Service slowed a little at the end and had to catch staff to order dessert and get the bill but staff generally friendly and accommodating. Would always recommend going here.

Another wonderful time at this top restaurant. They really know how to look after you and the food is superb! I have done a recent TripAdvisor review which says it all!

Great service - food lovely and good choice Staff helpful and knowledgeable about wine and menu. However, they do upsell and you always spend more than you have budgeted for

the atmosphere was very good, we did have a birthday party near us that were really enjoying themselves - the staff were very attentive and friendly taking our orders for drink and food and serving them without any problems. The food was very tasty, we four had a selection from the "main" menu and the daily menu. Could not find room for a pud!!!

An outstanding meal and ambiance, favourite table as requested and they even picked up it was a birthday booking & gave us free Kir Royals!

From an impressive menu, we ate delicious food which was well-prepared, chose from a good wine list, enjoyed the pleasant, buzzing ambience and the attentions of super-efficient staff. Our server Kate was particularly pleasant. A most enjoyable lunch - Thank you - we shall return!

Despite being fairly busy the staff very polite and very efficient, the wines on offer very excellent and as usual the food was very nicely presented and very tasty. The complimentary Gin aperitif was excellent I would not hesitate in recommending Cote for a meal out at any time.

Côte Farnham is a lovely restaurant set in an old cobbled lane. There is outdoor space as well as indoor. The food is french themed but very accessible. Service is very attentive. Food is very tasty at a reasonable price too.

Amazing. Best breakfast I have ever had, and I’m 56😂😂. Staff lovely, food delicious lovely ambience. Great value for money. Il be back, with many of my friends, can’t rate it high enough. Thankyou.

Excellent restaurant which always provides a prompt and attentive service. The food is well presented always hot and there is an excellent menu choice at very reasonable prices. The monthly offers are attractive. Well managed with personable staff.

Excellent service. Staff really friendly and helpful. Ambience good, not too noisy. Food freshly cooked and just the right amount of time between starters and main course. Overall great experience, we will definitely be returning.

An excellent meal which all 6 of us enjoyed. Our waitress was very helpful and attentive. Our only criticism was the wait between finishing our starters and our mains arriving. However it was a very busy Saturday evening with lots of people dining. We will happily use Cote again.

Visited for breakfast. Food delicious, speedy service, and very pleasant and attentive staff. Overall very enjoyable experience. One of which I will definitely repeat fir breakfast lunch or dinner.

This was an excellent evening wirh perfect and friendly service. The complimentary ‘gin’ cocktails were very good too. We chose courses from the specials menu which were delicious. I chose the warm prawn salad, duck confit and pavlova.

Great food and great service as always from the team at Farnham. Always attentive and friendly and our breakfast was a great way to start the day.

Fantastic meal , great service. Have no criticism at all . The veal escalope was delicious and a very generous portion , and those on our table who had the ribeye , said it was cooked perfectly. Nice addition of the fuller pre 7pm menu

Celebrating good exam results with my family. Food was as usual really excellent and good level of service. Lighting is always just right too. Very enjoyable!

We both had well presented and enjoyable meals and found the staff were attentive. Would recommend the restaurant as it is well situated in the town centre.

Really nice food and gel in the restaurant only reason it’s not a 6 is that I didn’t like the fact you add a tip to the bill even though it is optional

Great go to restaurant-calamari wasn’t up to usual standards but other than that lovely meal as always. Enjoyed the special gin & tonic drink on offer.

we always take friends who are visiting us for a meal at the cote as we know we will have marvellous food and service and again yesterday we were not dissapointed

A group of friends had lunch in Farnham to celebrate a birthday and we all enjoyed our meals from the set menu. Such good value!

ok but not as good as before, was given drink and first course then main all in 40 mins. have been going there for the past 5 years service not as good as before asked not to pay service charge then was ask in front of others if sever was ok. like to leave my own tips

My wife and I visit the Farnham branch of Cote regularly, quite often with friends, and find the quality of the food, the atmosphere, the service and the pricing all consistently excellent and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

We had the two course lunchtime menu, both had the cod dish which was a generous portion with a rather mushy mashed potato underneath but very nice and tasty. Creme caramel and chocolate mousse to follow, both delicious. Coffee,good. Service speedy and cheerful, as I would expect from Cote, it is pretty consistent as a very reliable dining experience in Farnham.

With the sun shining sitting in the outside area having brunch sets one up for the day. Good food, good service. lovely location. A place to sit and enjoy a meal.

This my favourite Restaurant in Farnham and always my first choice. Why? The food is always good and presented well and the staff are always friendly but polite.

Excellent, Sea Bream, but the steak had more than its share of gristle other dishes very good. Pleasant waitress. Another good experience at a good price.

Went on a Sunday for a piping hot breakfast served by friendly staff, this restaurant is always popular and deservedly so. Would always recommend booking, especially at weekends.

Once again Cote delivered! Great food and drink - French Onion Soup to start, Fillet Steak, Fries, Glazed Carrots for the main and Chocolate Fondant to finish, all washed down with a bottle of Sancerre Rosé. Service was excellent even though the restaurant was busy. It was a warm evening, we were booked in at 7pm, and we were lucky enough to get a table near an open door. There were tables outside but some were smoking so we didn’t fancy sitting there. Cote at Farnham has a quiet courtyard location just off the High Street so sitting outside wouldn’t have been a bad choice in itself. No traffic noise or people walking by straight next to where you were sitting. We have been to a few Cotes now and they have all been faultless. They offer very good food, in convenient locations - Windsor is very picturesque being next to the Thames, served by great staff, at reasonable prices.

Once again a great eventing with lovely food and atmosphere. Friendly staff always make this a great restaurant to visit. Will certainly be back again soon

Côte never fails to deliver. The service restaurants and food are outstanding. The staff are the best around and the food is amazing. I would highly recommend.

Excellent food and service as usual. Our favourite ‘Cote’ restaurant and we go as often as we can afford to. The difference being the staff. They are always friendly and engaging. 10/10
