Côte Farnham

Another lovely visit to Cote Farnham. Staff are always so welcoming and atmosphere is happy. Food is very good and a huge selection to choose from. Just love the Calamari and steak frites.

A warm welcome from lovely friendly staff. The food and service was very good indeed! You can’t go wrong with that for a birthday treat.

Lovely breakfast and excellent service. Arrived early but still given choice of table. Breakfast choices on menu just as we would like and at a very good price.

Myself and my parents went to Cote for breakfast. The formulae package was perfect and a great deal - full breakfast with a hot and cold drink included! Breakfast was fab and the service was excellent - as it always is when I go to Cote whether it be for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Went for lunch with a friend. Lovely meal and excellent service. The restaurant was very busy but not noisy. The menu was varied and reasonably priced. I often go to Cot and always have a nice experience.

Great late breakfast, including gluten free options and they offer this until midday during the week. Our food was really good, we were not rushed even though customers were starting to come in for lunch. Will definitely be back.

Restaurant is excellent. Good location, good management, everything tasted great and nice atmosphere in restaurant. The sunday breakfast option is a real treat and very good value for money.

Very relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant, which is well located in town centre. The staff were attentive and a variety of tables were offered on arrival.

This branch of Côte always struggles! Yesterday we had to contend with very slow service and cold food served on cold plates. We were told that they had suffered a bad experience with a waitress burning her hand on a hot plate, so the chef had decided that everything comes on cold plates!!!! The food has to travela long way from the kitchen so ends up as Luke warm - not good in the Winter. However, they did make a reduction on the bill.

As always at Farnham, the staff were great. Our seating was nice for four at a round table. Overall another great meal.

This is one of our favourite restaurants. The area is nice and when the weather is good it is really nice to sit outside.

GOOD FOOD AND SERVICE OFFERING A LIVELY ATMOSPHERE. ALWAYS RELIABLE. COTE FARNHAM IS LOCATED IN A PRETTY SPOT WITHIN A SMALL AREA OF CAFES AND SHOPS. MAKES THE EXPERIENCE SO MUCH BETTER.

Conveniently located in the heart of the town but away from traffic in a quaint courtyard area, this is always a busy and welcoming restaurant. Friendly and efficient staff, good food and general ambience make this a great place to enjoy a rest from shopping.

7th time ive eaten there normally fantastic but food was cold undercooked and tasteless .service was great staff were great. not sure what went wrong .

Great location with a good menu covering lots of choices. It was a Friday night and very busy so I think this slowed down service but still a good meal out and I would go back again.

Welcomed on arrival, a nice table for two, the starters of squid and duck pate were excellent, the sea bass and mussels was good, the sauce was overpowered by too much dill for our taste, and the desserts were excellent. Service was very good.

Enjoyable set lunch, efficiently served considering it was so busy. Beetroot starter was tasty enough but felt presentation could have been refined - looked like a pile of lettuce on a plate,

As regular visitors to Cote restaurants, we are usually impressed with the quality of food, which is why we return so often. On this visit, our starters and main courses were excellent as usual, but we were disappointed that our apple crumble was only warm and not hot. These things happen, and it is not the fact that it happens but how it is dealt with. In this instance it was dealt with adequately.

Excellent value, good food, very friendly and efficient staff. Experience only spoilt due to cold draught whenever external door opened. We will be returning when the weather is warmer.

Very nice atmosphere, helpful staff. Didn’t enjoy meal. Spinach crepes, expected stuffed crepes but had all been cooked in the oven with sauce over it, so crepes very sloppy. Coffee nice.

I always enjoy Côte the food is excellent as is the service. The staff can’t do enough for you and the set menu which we had changes regularly and is extremely good value.

First time visit. I ordered the fillet steak. Probably the best I have had in Hampshire. Table service staff were very attentive. Will certainly come again.

I celebrated my birthday at Cote and was very pleased that we were given complementary Kia royals. Another friend had popped in earlier to put a birthday balloon on my chair which I thought was thanks to Cote but I was not informed by the staff of this so was very embarrassing as I had not thanked my friend. My guest is 5 foot tall and finds the benches very low and so had to sit on two rugs, would be nice if Cote could supply cushions for small people to sit on please.

Good location not too far from a car park. Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Menu and food choice was wide and at a sensible price for lunch time.

We received a warm welcome from the manager as soon as we arrived. The restaurant was very busy but rhe staff were very quick in finding us a table..we given the menus promptly and all through the meal the staff very attentive. The food was excellent , we chose items off the set menu and very not disappointed, my porktenderloin was the best I had had for ages. Certainly would return to Cotes next time we are in Farnham. All good and staff very helpful when my companion was worried about the noise of children. (beginnings of dementia) and moved us to a different table. Delicious lunch and only downside was the noise from the coffee/milk/crockery/glass banging beside us! I managed to stop her bothering about it but must remember to ask to sit in the conservatory area another time.

The meal was excellent. Service was good as ever. The flavours of the meal were goo and it is the most consistently good restaurant in Farnham no wonder they are always busy.

My meal unfortunately was far too salty and the artichokes in my friends risotto were too numerous and not cut small enough. The piped music was too loud and unnecessary. The staff were lovely.

Good quality food served quite quickly by attentive staff. Both set lunch menus give a good choice of food for for all. Good value for money well done.

This restaurant is always busy, probably due to the excellent food, service and ambience. We booked a table for 2 at 1.30 on Sunday, peak time with a queue at the door. We were shown straight to our table, no waiting. We ordered a main course which took a little while to arrive giving us time to enjoy a drink and catch up. Poulet grille and boeuf bourguignon were delicious, really tasty and filling. Excellent as usual!

Cote, Farnham offers a menu of great variety and caters well for my gluten-intolerant daughter. Staff are cheerful and professional. I just wish it was a little quieter!

Fantastic service and amazing food. Will certainly be back. Best breakfast in Hampshire. Only thing missing is some beans, that’s only my opinion. Everyone is all so friendly.

This was our 2nd visit and we had a voucher due to a previous poor experience. Unfortunately my main mail was cold and my partner had to eat alone as I did when my second meal finally came out, disappointed that the bill also came out and no offer in reducing bill and I had to ask
