Côte Farnham

Very busy due to fathers day, so wait was a bit longer than usual but food as good as usual and service fantastic.

Starters came before the bread and olives , after declining desserts but saying we would have coffee, we were given the coffee menu but waitress did not return to take our order, after 20 mins waiting we requested the bill and left. Too much concentration on clearing and setting up tables ready for tomorrow.

Excellent service ,as always, exemplified by the Manager for whom nothing is too much trouble.

This was a quick visit, whilst we were passing through Farnham, and was just what we needed. We chose from the early evening menu, just having two courses each, and were delighted that Cote's quality of food and service was as good as always. Value for money is exceptional for the quality.

First time to this branch of Cotes. Went for lunch with my mum. Good service, food and atmosphere, however we were sat in the main seating area where the entrance and bar is which seemed a little noisy, so maybe try the side conservatory room next time.

We took my wife’s brother and his wife on their wedding anniversary and everything was terrific. We can always count on continuity of food and service when visiting Cotes.

As always, delicious food. Good and quick services and booking online got us a free yummy cocktail

Two of us went for late breakfast. Food was servered nice and hot. Atmosphere was good.

Have alresdy answered but will repeat. As with the majority of our visits to Cote this time 3 out of 4 steaks were underdone by one step. Rare was blue and well done was medium rare. Once this was sorted no further problems and everything was delicious.

We booked a table early to take advantage of the early meal deal and had an excellent, well cooked and delicious three course meal. We treated ourselves to the "house" wine, which was also very tasty. The service was just right, quick enough but not at all rushed and everyone at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. All in all, a very good experience.

just perfect! we only go there in Farnham!! it is really the best place for coffee, light lunch and dinners.

On this occasion our breakfast experience was disappointing. My poached eggs were cold. I asked for them to be replaced with scrambled eggs which were better. Staff didn’t seem as happy and attentive as normal. Had to work hard to attract their attention. A great shame as Cote has been a favourite for breakfast in the past.

Disappointed in the bread - outer pieces dry so felt like lunch time left overs (we ate at 5pm) service was not given top marks because it was too quick we didn't have time to eat our bread & relax before the first course came. Having said that we both enjoyed the menu items

We had a lovely waitress who couldn't do enough to help us. Unfortunately, they had run out of rhubarb cocktails (free in May) but they gave us kirsh royale, which was fine but, personally, I wad looking forward to the rhubarb and ginger. In all, we had a very nice night with friends.

Disappointing 'special' - expensive, poorly cooked - could have done it better myself.

The food was good but our Hors d'oeuvres came together and at the same time as our starters. Not cool, as suddenly we had too much food in one go. Don't think it was the waitresses fault but more a kitchen error. I ordered a bottle of wine but as I wasn't going to drink it all at the table, i had to ask for the cork - turned out it was in the ice bucket. I put it on the table and the waitress took it!! Had to ask for another - a minor kerfuffle but staff tried their best to sort it. We spoke to the 'floor manager' who took off the price of our wine. Overall it was an OK evening but could have been better had the starters not arrived with the Hors d'oeuvres
