Lovely evening with excellent food and brilliant service. Great atmosphere and, even though it was a very busy, the staff went out of their way to make us welcome and ensure we enjoyed our evening.

All staff extremely friendly. The meal was superb. The three course meal was at a great price for lovely food. Would definitely return.

Lovely lunch outside. We’re warned there were wasps about and given the option to eat inside. Returned our starter as a little overdone for our liking. We’re offered replacement and discussed if it would affect mains and manager checked and reassured us. Second one better and whole meal perfect. Made better when they didn’t charge for starter or my desert. Great service and lovely afternoon in the sunshine. One of our favourite places to dine

Lovely French breakfast - really cannot beat the Formulae breakfast deal! Pleasant and attentive staff.

Our meal was very good as always The restaurant was busy & we were unable to get our chosen table. It was very noisy as the area we were seated in had low ceilings & hence more noise. We were also seated next to a large party celebration, which added to the noise

Most of the food was fine but we were a bit disappointed that parts of the main course arrived at different times and we had to send somebody to find out where our food was.

First time at Côte and from the warm welcome at the door the great service didn’t drop. Excellent staff, food & ambience. As we were leaving it was pouring with rain, my mother in law joked to our waiter about turning off the rain, he then came back to our table with an umbrella from lost property for her! Outstanding of him to be so thoughtful.

As always great food at excellent prices attentive service a winning combination. Jamie Oliver should stop blaming brexit and look at how Cote is consistently very busy.

This was a meal with my partner, his sister and her husband. We have been to the restaurant before so knew we would enjoy the evening. Great food, very nice atmosphere and didn't have the feeling that we were being ushered out as soon as we had finished eating.

We very much enjoyed this meal. The noise level was reasonable in the area where we were sitting, although the restaurant was very busy. The food was excellent and the service attentive without being intrusive.

Food good. Service below par. Asked for bill 3 times and in the end had to go up and pay as bill didn’t materialise after 30 minutes wait. V disappointing.

Bit of a disaster. Group of 3. Not one breakfast that came out was correct. Neither was any of the food very hot. One meal had to be reheated. But manager dealt with complaint

Altogether we were very happy with our meal out This Saturday lunch.

Good service. Food uninspiring but we took the cheap lunch menu so probably why.

Yet another visit with cold plates - the second time this has happened here. Beans cold and potatoes still firm. We were recompensed.

Great service, food at a reasonable price and even gave us a free drink when they realised we were celebrating a birthday.

The food was excellent, the waitress, charming, attentive and efficient. But first impressions? Had to stand by the front door waiting to be seen to for about 5 minutes, whilst the manager was playing with her mobile phone and laughing with staff! Not the best of starts!!

we really enjoy going to Côte but the gazpacho soup was very hot and spicy and the waiter kept asking us if we wanted any bread and olives!! On the 3rd time we nearly shouted out "no we don't"!!! Grrrr!

There was a little waiting time as restaurant was very busy. The manager kept us informed. Shame there is no bar area to wait at - a missed opportunity for Cote. The food was delicious as always and the service was slower than usual but adequate. Staff was were very courteous and helpful.

Love the choice. The early evening set menus are amazing value and excellent quality, enjoy trying the monthly changes My husband went a la Carte with a couple of his regular favourites and they were cooked to perfection. Cote is our go to restaurant with friends as it has a lovely atmosphere whether busy or not.

Really lovely, with a super ‘results day’ vibe. Rocket was a bit tired but we were so excited about A levels we didn’t mind.

As always, the ambiance, the attitude of the staff and the quality of the food were all very good and very good value. Unfortunately on the busy Monday evening we visited there were not enough waiting staff and we had very lengthy waits between courses. This was particularly difficult because we had young children with us. The waitresses remained cheerful and did their best, but they were clearly rushed off their feet.

Another excellent meal at Cote, Farnham. We ate from the early evening menu which was very good value. I had the pork with mustard coleslaw to start, my companion had the mackerel (there were more bones in it than there should have been - otherwise delicious). I followed with the chicken breast salad which was absolutely lovely, full of well-balanced flavours. My companion had the always reliable steak frites. It was quiet when we arrived but the restaurant filled up quickly and after a while we found the noise levels distinctly uncomfortable so left to find a coffee elsewhere

Farnham Cote is so friendly and the service is great. The new menu is really good. I will be back soon for breakfast

Lovely meal, packed restaurant but there was an enjoyable 'buzz' throughout the restaurant and we were still able to have a conversation without having to raise our voices. Excellent customer service as always.

Excellent lunch with our northern visitors. All enjoyed the fixed 2 course menu.

Service at times was a little slower than I would like. I had to ask a staff member to bring the dessert menu as we were waiting quite a while after the main course plates were cleared. Request for water refill got forgotten. However overall the staff are very friendly and polite and the food was good.

Despite being fairly busy the staff very polite and very efficient, the wines on offer very excellent and as usual the food was very nicely presented and very tasty. I would not hesitate in recommending Cote for a meal out at any time.

We always enjoy the food and ambience at Cote Farnham but the wait for our food yesterday was incredibly long, despite the restaurant not being as busy as it often is on a Sunday. Always tricky when you are dining with a child too

It's always pretty good at Cote Farnham. We did the prestige fixed price menu and it was up to the standard we would expect. I did have the mussels and there were four or five that were not open. I just mentioned and showed them to the waiter who had a word with the chef and I was offered replacement without requesting. Good service I thought. All else good for the both of us.

Having booked shortly before our early table reservation the restaurant was quiet, the service was EXCELLENT as was the food. You will see from our historical bookings that we visit frequently.

Good food as always, but we had the table by the main door which was a bit chilly. Waitress was charming and helpful. Restaurant was full so very noisy for a while but to be expected on a Saturday evening. Enjoyable evening though. Thanks!
