Underwhelming . The service was poor and food mediocre and we were seated right next to the noisy kitchen area

Good selection of food. Something for everyone. Good portions. Not too much, but also not too small. Staff excellent. In fact out of all restaurants I would say your staff are the most professional as well as friendly and willing to please. Your staff are good in all locations of cote Brasserie. Other restaurants should take a lesson in customers service from you.

Yet another successful visit. The staff are very attentive and the food very good value.

The service and food was good, however a neighbouring table bottle of ketchup exploded all over me and my friends. Apparently it’s not the first time it has happened so think this needs looking into.

Great food, great service, great location but needs to attention to address the very high noise level created by dinners conversation.

Ambiance excellent. Service very pleasant! Food very nice but steak grizzly and tough - Mum had to leave most of it! Surprisingly waitress did not come to check how the food was otherwise we would have said! She did offer us another one towards end of meal but by then it was too late! Would defo go again but we felt they should have beeb more on it re steak!

On arrival the person saw I was on crutches and found me a table on the ground floor - I was really impressed with how he accommodated me. On the whole the service and the food was really good. Everything was fine until I ordered a tea, but this never arrived. I called another waiter and asked for the bill and told her the tea had been forgotten but could I have my bill and to ensure the tea was not on the bill. Other than a sorry at the time the gratuity was still added to the bill and no discount was offered. It was a shame this one incident affected our enjoyment, however I will be back as in the scheme of things it was minor but I did want a tea but time had run out.

Good food at very reasonable prices, excellent service, our waitress Charlotte was very attentive without being obtrusive, exactly how restaurant service should be.

Nice weekday evening meal. Pretty quaint location for the restaurant, which is to the best of this chain restaurants standards. Surprisingly busy for a week day evening, but the service did not suffer at all.

Good tasting food but a shame that the main course does not have vegetables or salad with the meal

Very busy and the service was not upto the normal expected standard. It felt as though the staff were under training and this was later confirmed. In two weeks time we are booked for an evening meal. We hope that things will have improved. Food was excellent as usual!

We were 2 adults and 1 toddler. The staffs were friendly, the food was nice and the atmosphere was good.

Really enjoyed our lunch here today. The food was well presented, cooked to perfection and very tasty. Staff were friendly and efficient.

We regularly eat at Cote in Farnham and enjoy the experience. However, on Friday 11Oct we both ordered fish and both meals were only Luke warm, although we were warned that the plates were very hot.

Visited with friends....excellent as always never disappoints!! Will be back again very soon

While the food was good and the service excellent we were seated upstairs ( first time this has happened ) and the surroundings were soulless and a bit tatty. we were hosting a friend who was staying with us and so that aspect was disappointing. Part of the reason we like Cote is that the main dining room is pleasant and has a good vibe. I appreciate you need to do as much business as possible but make the upstairs ' overflow' more attractive.

Delicious food from the October specials. Crab bisque was particularly good. Only one tiny negative was that the Jerusalem artichokes were too hard for me. The waitress got her manager to reduce our bill which was a kind gesture. Creme caramels yummy as always....shame for Cote that the restaurant was very empty.

Breakfast at Cote, great food, outstanding service, and a fantastic atmosphere as always. Cote always deliver with their sophisticated escape from the rat race on the high street outside, always a welcome retreat from the morning rush.

Good service and reliable standard of food. Had to wait a little longer than comfortable for our main but it did not marr our overall experience.

The anchovy flatbread starter could have had more anchovies on it, I only saw 3 halves on the bread. I had a salad with apple pieces in it (can't remember its name) but it was very tasty and would have again. My companion had steak but the chips that came with it were like McDonalds chips - tasteless.

It was like eating by the side of the 25, the waiting staff were rushing in and out of the kitchen and bumped into me 3 times, food was carried over my head, not a nice experience for a birthday meal

As a regular customer to your restaurant, on this occasion I was extremely disappointed. I took my family to celebrate my 70th and the feeling overall was complete dissatisfaction. Having been told to pre order our food we were then told on arrival the menu had changed and had run out of one of our pre-ordered main courses. My daughter in the health profession was disgusted at the cleanliness of the toilet with sanitary towels overflowing...poor hygiene!

Had an excellent meal , couldn’t fault it , although busy the staff we’re very attentive and helpful , will go back as a great experience

Bit busy and noisy Poached eggs were hard boiled but they made some fresh ones which were better

Ordered steak medium rare, came out well done. Another steak then came out almost blue and then a 3rd steak arrived and over cooked again. The same happened for my partner also... The meal also took just shy of two hours, not the best experience.

Twice the waiting staff knocked my jacket off the back of chair and didn't pick it up, the table we had was like trying to eat your meal on the edge of the M25 with the waiting staff rushing in and out of the kitchen. My seafood pasta was gritty, i had 4 clam shells, but no claims in them and the waitress couldn't open a bottle of wine, apart from that it was a good meal.
