3 meals all excellent - service top class - good to be back!

Cote Farnham's first day of opening since lockdown and as usual the meal was absolutely delicious and the service excellent. Sat outside on the terrace on a lovely summer evening. I have never had a bad or mediocre meal at Cote. Their food and service is always consistently good.

Lovely warm reception. Outside eating area spotless. Staff delighted to welcome customers back. Great menu choice. Excellent standard of food. Well done to everyone at Farnham cote. Staff were continually spraying table and chairs maintaining a very high level of hygiene meaning we all felt Covid safe.

Really good - clearly a lot of work has gone into the Covid disciplines - felt clean, safe and as always the food and staff were excellent. Russ and his team are a credit - not quite sure why you waited so long to open......?

It was a good experience. Probably I will pay another visit soon.

Calamari was served warm, dessert was also warm. We have had better food before.

Great to see the Farnham restaurant back with many of the same friendly staff, and excellent service. We used the Cote at Home service while you were away, good though it is, it is not the same.

It was so nice to get back to some sort of normality and meet your lovely staff again. But we were a little worried by the amount of people walking around. We will go again but only when we can sit outside.

Fabulous meal and an outstanding Creme Caramel ! We had booked for 8.45 as the website wouldn’t let us book any earlier however we turned up at 7.30 and they let us in early even though we were prepared to sit and wait. Beautiful steak as always !

It was perfect - just as before lockdown, delighted you’re back open.

We are regular visitors to Cote and we were very impressed with how they had adapted their service to the restrictions imposed by Covid-19. The menu, though very understandably simplified, was very well thought out, and our own particular choices were as delicious as ever! Very well done to Joanna and her staff, especially Alex who looked after us very well. Thank you.

As always the staff were helpful, friendly and polite, at long last the Farnham branch is open, I have missed it. I felt very safe and saw lots of cleaning from the pdq machines, to tables, condiments and chairs etc. Food was great as always

Lovely to Be back in really pleasant surroundings and enjoy a well cooked meal. Staff extremely helpful and fun.

Despite all the problems of lockdown and this being the first day of re-opening, as usual, we had an excellent lunch accompanied by a glass of wine. The only drawback was sitting hear to a couple who obviously wanted something for nothing and despite getting £10 off per head, wanted another free meal by complaining about food that was perfectly OK!

It was the first meal we’ve had out since February and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. The food was incredible and the service was perfect. Thank you to our lovely waitress who made it the best it could be!

Excellent meet and greet with Russell - great to be back - all staff their usual attentive selves - excellent food and relaxing atmosphere. Warm enough to eat outside too. Always make us feel very welcome.

Good but not as great as previously. Food not up to usual standard. Scrambled egg more like a whisked omelette. Fatty bacon. Ran out of black pud

Hi there, having dined at Cote Farnham many times I thought booked here for Mother’s Day (As my parents also go there) would be a lovely idea. Unfortunately I think it might have been too busy for them in some respects. The starters were fine but then we were waiting over 35mins for our mains (our waiter has changed) and I had waited 20mins for a Diet Coke, I had to prompt a waitress to got a coke (not diet) but at this point I had given up. When the food arrived the duck and fillet ordered were lovely but the minute steak my mum had ordered (and I was sharing) was cold - the butter didn’t even melt. Mum did mention this and it was taken off the bill which was nice. I have to say I probably won’t come back for an occasion but look to visit during quiet times if I can. It’s such a shame as we don’t get together as a family much. We didn’t order desserts as we didn’t want to wait ages.

Amazing food great service pleasant atmosphere what more could you want. We have dined here on many occasions and never been let down. One of our favourite places to dine..and the breakfasts are just as good..

Cote in Farnham was up to the usual consistent and good standard.

Took my mum for Easter & she thoroughly enjoyed her breakfast & ambience The waiter was most polite & attentive coupled with the lovely weather she had a fab start to a beautiful day! Thank you!

Food was great, staff where very polite and professional. Only downside was the table, being close to the front door meant a constant draft as people were entering the restaurant

Perfect birthday dinner. Lovely thought to be presented with complimentary kir royal. Food cooked to perfection. Service exemplary & all staff polite without over attending. Looking forward to next visit!

Booked a lunchtime table as a treat for my mother (and me!) arrived early but a table was found for us . Just perfect lunchtime menu at a very reasonable price , great professional staff , service was spot on. It was so nice to feel spoilt just for a casual lunch .

The meal and service were excellent as usual. I am always impressed that Farnham Cote consistently achieve delicious meals. The birthday cake for my birthday was a lovely unexpected treat. The management and staff are all excellent at providing an enjoyable evening

Had a lovely two course set lunch. We were asked if we wouldn't mind moving tables near the end, to accommodate a larger party. We were given a free coffee for obliging. All very good service as always.

The best restaurant in Farnham by far food excellent service excellent staff especially Joanna the manager nothing is too much trouble wouldn’t go anywhere else have recommended to friends & they love it

Cote Farnham is my favourite restaurant, the choice of menus is excellent, the food and presentation is always good too. The staff and general ambience of the restaurant is excellent.

Excellent service great food and great staff lovely evening and value for money

After a bad experience previously, we were invited back for them to demonstrate how it should have been, and we were not disappointed - it was an amazing meal, surroundings were lovely and the service brilliant. We will certainly return again and also recommend it to others.

Slightly slow service - especially on arrival - had to try to get the attention of the staff to ask to order a drink ) Coffee frothy but not particularly hot - both times we had a cappuccino

I have always rated cote top mark's but Last thursdays experience and the one before that was lacking, primarily in service, food was exceptional as ever.

The restaurant always delivers excellent food and service in a professional yet friendly manner. Great value for money and something for everyone. The manager runs a dedicated team of staff and nothing is too much trouble.

Despite being extremely busy the staff very polite and very efficient, the wines on offer very excellent and as usual the food was very nicely presented and very tasty. I would not hesitate in recommending Cote for a meal out at any time.
