Côte Farnham

The coffee was good, however this was let down by the Eggs Benedict being very mediocre. Better breakfasts available for the same price. Not that enjoyable.

We are never disappointed. Food is always good and the staff friendly and efficient. Nice atmosphere and well priced food. Farnham restaurant has a lovely chilled atmosphere.

The chilli in the fish stew was too hot for me so the manager happily changed it to milder recipe for me. We enjoyed all three courses. Will diffidently be going back soon!

Ate with family and grandchildren. Good as always with no fuss and staff pleasant and helpful. Good portion sizes and plenty of room for 2 highchairs.

We both had different meals and they were delicious. The service was great and the restaurant atmosphere was fun and vibrant. Very nice restaurant to have a meal.

We entertained some friends who have never been to a Cote before, as they have been living abroad for 8 years. They were both very impressed and we knew they would not be disappointed.

another great visit to ojr favourite restaurant in farnham. looked after from start to finish, the food was as always well presented and flavoursome. recommended to all and a great location too.

Service awful. One meal arrived cold and had to be made again from scratch. Meal was tasteless and almost inedible. usually good but not today!

Over the years the tuna steaks get smaller and presentation gets messier. Hard floor low ceiling, makes for a lot of noise. But I still go regularly, so must be the quality staff

Not very accommodating in comparison to other cote restaurants I've been to. No flexibility of willingness to see an alternative. Food ok though , cheers

Service friendly but very slow and we were left for about half an hour without our plates being cleared following our first course. The restaurant was very busy, but we felt forgotten.

Excellent lunch and attentive service. As always a nice buzzy atmosphere. We had roast chicken, duck breast and fish pie. All were very good and served piping hot.

Good service but my wife's chicken was undercooked. They did take her meal off the bill. Waitress was very attentive. Will probably use again as have visited a few times in the past.

It was a pretty busy day at cote in farnham being the A level results day. We had a table outside we were seated quickly with drinks and nibbles provided...... a little wait for starter and again for main course, but extremely good value from the set menu as usual. Very friendly service when they were extremely busy.

food service very good not happy about optional gratuitous charge which was added to my bill. I think a tip should be my choice and not forced upon me

Dined at this Cote branch amongst others many times and as always the food was delicious, each of us had an incredible meal and there was plenty to choose from. The only problem was that the service declined throughout the evening, initially very attentive but after we were given our starters we were somewhat forgotten about and waited 20 minutes after we had finished for our plates to be cleared. We don't mind a gap between courses as it is a nice break but it was frustrating that it took so long for plates to be cleared. The same happened when trying to pay our bill, it wasn't until we got up to seek someone to take payment that someone came over.

As a coeliac I love Cote as they do gluten free so well. Another successful visit where I made full use of the gluten free menu.

A regular stop for us for a breakfast treat, this visit was particularly good as everything was at its best. The food was piping hot and the Staff very friendly .

The veal escalope is one of my favourite choices on the menu and it never fails to disappoint. The staff are excellent - friendly and efficient. Thankyou

Food was very good but the service was slow this particular evening and my daughter's main course and mine were served five minutes apart which was below par service.

Fairly regular users of Cote, but last week's experience was not good. Waited a very long time for food and my chicken arrived overcooked. Manager replaced and took something off the bill, but not my normal experience.

A nice restaurant in a good location. The food was rea Lay fresh and tasty just shame the Tables are a bit to close together and service was somewhat lacking.

Good attentive friendly and professional service. Food was well prepared and promptly served. Cote continues to be one of the better group restaurants and despite its national growth, has not lost the essence of what made it good in the first place.

Service very slow 0ne of the meals selected was chicken and avocado salad when served it was a bowl heaped up with lettuce and a hunt to find the chicken and avocado other meals ok. The staff are all very good overall we keep going back so next time hopefully it will be back to how we know it can be .

We had a very good meal today at Cote Farnham. We met up with friends we hadn't seen for a long time so asked to be placed in a table where we could chat without causing too much noise to other diners. The food was really good today, as was the service.

Absolutely fantastic. Service was just as good as ever. Choice of wines were great - not so many that it boggles your mind! The specials were particularly delicious. An all round spot on experience with no complaints. Thank you for a lovely evening x

It's always a pleasure to eat at a Cotes restaurant and particularly so in Farnham where the charming setting adds to the overall experience. On this occasion the service was good, the food delicious and perhaps the only downside was the location of our table. We had booked but so had many other people so our choice of table was limited. Nevertheless, we'll be back!

We sat upstairs and it was like in a canteen.... Noisy with no atmosphere and you cannot hear each other. Food was good but overall poor value for money. Staff were very nice but clearly over-stretched.

Friendly staff. Good service. Hot food. Presentation excellent. Good choice of menu. House wine chilled in ice bucket. Free champagne with anniversary menu excellent. Comfortable seating.

Very welcoming. Went with friend who had not been to a Cote restaurant before and she really enjoyed the food and the experience. Look forward to going again soon.

Another good evening at Cote, service attentive and food excellent. we were looked after the entire evening and the complementary Kir Royals and champagne made the occasion special.

A friend and I both chose the same meal, she said hers was good but my steak frittes came with the stringiest piece of steak which I could not cut, let alone eat. The charming manager agreed and took it off the bill. Still had a pleasant visit as was with friends, but it spoiled the meal for me.

Went to celebrate a good friend's birthday. I requested a treat and the restaurant organised pink champagne and a birthday cake. Excellent service as always. Good food and nice wine. Always a pleasure to visit Cote in Farnham.

As always a lovely experience. We dine regularly at Cote and are never disappointed. Our meals were delicious, we sat outside in the sun, and we were very well looked after by our waitress, Anna. What more could one ask?

We were told at the last moment that my daughter's chosen dish could not be prepared and she had to choose something else. This then arrived after mine. Totally unusually for Cote there was no adjustment to the bill or further apology

Excellent and very friendly service. Wine recommendation first class. The food was served by a lovely team of waiters and was hot and very good. We had a very enjoyable evening.

Farnham is a lovely, welcoming restaurant. It was nice to sit outside. Service was friendly and very good. Food as always excellent, clean plates all round!

Meal was love and reasonable value. Our pudding got lost for some reason but they did eventually arrive and the staff were apologetic. Perhaps it's me but service is added automatically when I think it should be left to the discretion of the diner.

Local Cote at which we are regulars. Always a wonderful welcome from well mannered staff here. Went for brunch (not for the first time) and food always fab.

Lovely food - took advantage of the special deal for 2 courses before 7 pm. Pleasant staff and a very pretty outside area with blankets on offer if it got chilly.

We regularly dine at Cote Brasserie in Farnham, last night's dinner was excellent as always, a warm greeting, delicious food, all in all a great evening.

Good fun food service could be more attentive but not bad not too busy so could have been quicker prawns yummy and kir royale fresh champagne
