Côte Farnham

We wanted a quick, early meal and knew we would find good food & service here. We enjoyed eating in a room which was lively, with a good atmosphere even at 6pm, and at a very reasonable price.

Lovely atmosphere and super food! The restaurant was clean tidy and the people were friendly! I had the pork belly which was divine and my fiancé had the Poulet Breton

We had a wonderful New Year’s Eve meal at Côte Farnham. The steak in particular as a main was fantastic. Very good value for money as well.

Lovely location - my first visit to Cote Farnham. Warm welcome, efficient friendly staff and delicious meal complemented with a great glass of wine. An enjoyable evening.

As ever, the food was great, staff so friendly (especially to/with my parents who are both in their 80s and really appreciate such things!), the ambiance was good and that's all I can say really - consistently excellentl, as was our server, Anna. We'll be back!

Good standard of food, as always, very helpful and friendly staff. Only slight downside was the music was a little bit too loud, but this was turned down when requested.

Another excellent brunch at one of my favourite cote's , went with some friends for their first visit and they were impressed with the quality and value.

Fantastic as ever at Cote, service and quality of food is brilliant, amazing how they keep the level so high across all branches. Had the mid week set menu which is an absolute bargain.

New Year’s Eve at Cote met and far exceeded our expectations. The menu was extensive and we were delighted with the wine pairings option that we chose. The price was surprisingly and exceptionally good value. The meal and whole experience was excellent! The service and staff were faultless. Cote is the best restaurant in Farnham..by a country mile!

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The New Year’s Eve menu was brilliant and the food was amazing. We had a lovely evening and will certainly be returning next year

Usual warm greeting, staff not fully engaged upon arrival( 17-00) maybe a bit early in the evening. Service o.k. , not totally on the ball. Food fine : good value and sensible portions. Place was starting to buzz by the time we left (18-30). Good luck and happy new year to all at Farnham.

Another excellent time at this staple Farnham offering. Brunch is an amazing deal, the £10 deal is the best around in my book. Great food, great service, friendly staff, nest and tidy, a lovely vibe in there. A great choice to meet friends for a catch up. Keep up the excellent work.

A very good meal especially with the complimentary Kia Royale. The 'special' halibut was very good but filling so had no room for a pudding. Overall a very enjoyable evening for my birthday.

Predictable but pleasant food. Background music too loud for easy conversation. More liked menu at weekends. Friendly staff but not overly intrustive. Food cooked well.

Excellent service from the young staff. We particularly liked the idea of "Light Mains", ideal for a post-Christmas supper. Overall a very pleasant evening, we'll be back.

Very good. The staff were lovely and the food very good. I took my daughter in law and her mother there and our little grandson and we had a lovely time. Thank you.

It was ok, not up to usual cote standards. We had to ask to order food after waiting for quite a while, reminded twice about our juice order and we weren't offered or brought any water for the table. Bacon was fatty and egg whites a bit runny. Disappointing.

I had a lovely breakfast/brunch with my friend recently and have no hesitation in recommending Cote. They will cook the ingredients the way you want it lightly toasted/very toasted runny or hard eggs! I look forward to my next visit!

A delicious and well cooked meal as always. The quality of the food here is consistently good. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent.

Excellent idea to make the Lunch time meals available up to 7.00pm. with 2 and 3 course offers. My wife and I chose our favourites of tuna and duck and our guest went for the 3 course meal, all of which were delicious, as usual.

An excellent good value family lunch in pleasent surroundings. Friendly efficient staff. The choice on the menu was varied and allowed for very young children.

Lovely food. Courteous service. Its a very reliable standard at Cote. I wish we could afford to go there more often, especially as we like a bottle of wine which is pricey, but also reliably good.

Had a brilliant meal tonight at Cote’s would highly recommend, the rib eye was to die for and staff, service was spot on and couldn’t of been more helpful and polite!!

Onion soup very watery, not like it used to be. Steak ok but a bit greasy. Tarte Tartin dried out and impossible to cut. Sent back for another, also dried out so gave up. Far smaller than it used to be. Quality really not up to the standard I have been used to at Cote. Will have to look elsewhere- very disappointing.

Very pleasant meal. Only downside was that two steak meals were cold when served at the table, which required fresh dishes to be prepared and these were hot. The manager dealt with the matter with efficiency and good grace and of course we were not charged, which is Cote policy.

Great family meal and the kir royale and candles for my birthday were a nice touch. friendly and helpful staff, good service and an overall nice atmosphere

Excellent service, lovely atmosphere and delicious food. We all ate from the set lunch menu and the quality of food was very good. Portion sizes were generous. We will return!

Service was unusually lax Long delays for food and drinks and had to chase for our orders Although it was close to Xmas Restaurant was not busy at this Time

Food was excellent. I had the halibut from the December specials. It was cooked perfectly and the mushroom and leeks with which it was served was very tasty.

Very good value early evening three course menu, a nice glass of Côtes du Rhône and friendly service and convenient location. What's not to like?

Table was ready on time and service was excellent. Tuna Niçoise salad very fresh and same for friend’s salmon. Another great experience at Côte and good value for quality.

Cote in Farnham is a lovely place to eat. The service is always good and the staff are great. I would always recommend for lunch and dinner.

Very good food at reasonable prices. The Cote de Rhone was excellent. Service was a little bit slow between courses. It was our guests first time at Cote and they were very impressed.

The service was good and I was happy with my food. Unfortunately, my companion struggled with her calamari which she found too greasy. The complimentary kir royals were delicious and much appreciated.

The Food was great as always, however, it was all very rushed and we hadn't finished our bread before the main meal came out. Not relaxing as we felt rushed and the waitress wasn't very attentive.
