Côte Farnham

Lovely meal as usual in Cotes, an early Tuesday evening in January and the place was buzzing, I don't think I have ever seen it quiet, good value, good service and excellent food, what's not to like.

Excellent table location for our party of 8 cousins to be able to catch up on the latest family news and gossip. Food, as always, was delicious and well-presented.

Really interesting menu and pleasant venue. A bit pricey, wish they just added veg rather than charge extra for them. Yet we had a lovely evening there, the staff were very efficient. They have an early evening menu, if you can order early enough.

Consistently good food & service, Cote Farnham is my go to restaurant in Farnham. I love the Breton Fish Stew. Great value week day lunch & Early evening menu!

Lovely evening Good was really tasty staff very friendly . Will almost certainly be going again. We are both pensioners so only go for special times . But well worth the wait

Very happy with our lunch at Cote Farnham.Great service and great food,our first visit to this venue as we normally eat at Cote Guildford.We recommend this venue nice atmosphere as well.

All was very good but not quite up to the same standard as our last visit. We had rump of lamb but the roasted veg was not as good as previously.

The food was very good, the prices reasonable, and the service friendly, but it was so noisy that we could hardly hear ourselves speak. As a party of 8, we really wanted a round table, but they don't have anything big enough, and they didn't volunteer to make up a 4x4 square one, which might have been possible.

always great food and service in Farnham, Russell the manager is a great guy and always friendly. Nice atmosphere and good value, wine list sensibly priced too.

Waitress had to be called to place our orders. Order incomplete .... had to call and ask waitress again about missing bread accompaniment for dish.

Excellent as usual but the fish dishes probably need a small,portion of potato or similar or a reminder that none is included. Very good service too.

Service is always great here. Had a perfectly cooked medium rare rib eye steak and the side order of carrots were delicious. Will be back again soon.

We were seated quickly and the waitress was friendly and did not rush us to order. She was able to answer the questions we had. We did not have to wait too long for our food.

Lovely evening. Staff were attentive & welcoming as always. I chose dishes from the specials which were very good, as know the main menu well.

Only issue I found was the photographer taking photos. It made me feel very uneasy and I was glad when he had gone. It felt an intrusion into a relaxing lunch with a good friend.

The service was not good - we had to chase the staff to take drinks and food orders and were not informed that one of the drinks ordered was out of stock.

Wonderful value and absolutely delicious.....2 course January kunch menu. Will try and get another visit in before the end of the momth! Excellent service and we were last to leave at lunchtime but didn’t feel hurried vynanyne.

Good food, well cooked. Great service. Not rushed to vacate table which was nice. A bit noisy as they were fully booked. Value for money.

Good service, our guy was very attentive. The food was very good with lots of choices. Also very impressed with the large gluten free menu.

The food was excellent and the staff were great as always. This is our favourite restaurant in Farnham and hope to go again soon !

A lovely meal with good food and efficient service, great value too! The mains were particularly good and we left feeling that we’d had a very good lunch. If there was a negative then it was only that the restaurant could have had better ventilation - there were quite strong cooking smells in the area where we were sat - not bad ones mind you!

Friendly staff. Always someone at the door to greet diners. Good food. Staff very helpful especially good with an arthritis suffer like me. Samihr is a gem, so kind and anticipates my requirements.

The food (a steak frite and a chargrilled chicken) was good, but it's not a place to go for a quiet birthday meal. The restaurant is essentially the floor space in front of a bar, and so, you get all the noise of the staff chatter, bottle opening, door slamming etc, plus, the staff were very young.

We were welcomed and all four of us enjoyed an excellent meal. We all had different courses and all enjoyed the food. New will definitely return.

As always, an excellent meal and service. We eat here regularly when we visit our family near by, lunch or evening, always our restaurant of choice, wherever we are, if there is one.

Brilliant service and fantastic meal. Staff very attentive and made my husbands birthday extra special. We will definitely be going back to the restaurant again.

Excellent food and service, and value for money, too. I could become an addict! Some minor problems with being seated on arrival. I was asked to return after 10 minutes.

Excellent service. Staff very accomadatibg despite the fact we were 15 minutes late and also the table given to us, was very functional to stay with the baby.

Generally speaking I have a good experience at Cote. However, on several occasions I have had to send a dish back because there was a hair (usually black) in it. It may not necessarily be human it could be from a brush of some kind. Nevertheless it shouldn't be happening no restaurant should serve food with hair in. The staff did not seem unduly bothered they just apologised and replaced it. This is something that needs investigating and dealing with so that it doesn't happen again it is after all a health and safety issue.

A good menu selection and always great food. Friendly, attentive staff and a nice warm atmosphere. Always a good experience and overall good value for money.

Superb as usual. Food great. Staff very friendly and efficient. Seating in the conservatory makes a real treat. Definitely will return, hopefully in the near future.

My friends and I were able to enjoy a glass of wine and a delicious two-course lunch from the Specials menu while catching up on each others' life and gossip in an inviting and very relaxing environment, The service was friendly, efficient and non-obtrusive. Two of us went for food at 3pm. We had the the 3 course set manu. The starters were fine. The main courses and the desserts were excellent. Bonus point the food was served nice and hot.

Good service, lovely restaurant. Took my mum for her birthday and was treated to complimentary bubbly upon arrival. Food arrived promptly and the atmosphere was pleasant. Highly recommend.

We had a very nice lunch. The food was excellent as always and the waiter was pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was noisy but it was a busy Saturday lunchtime so that's not surprising

Good food, I had the lamb rump from the special's menu which was delicious, starters were all good too. The desert menu was perhaps a bit limited. Prompt service from attentive staff, a very pleasant evening.

Great welcoming and attentive service, good food and drink and a fantastic relaxed atmosphere. My wife and I had a lovely evening and will be back.

Excellent as always! The service and food was first class, the puddings, particularly the January special were a high point. The lamb was also very good.
