great food,good service and value for money. good that cote is open again.

The food was fantastic. Every single member of our party was happy with their choices, which does not happen often. The coffee was not good though (not what you would get in France, Italy or Portugal), but coffee is very rarely good in the UK anyhow.

Wonderful as always well looked after by the amazing staff to name but a few Natalia, Lola ! Bret ... all so thorough friendly and professional. I love it at Côte. My mum and I took my brother for lunch. He hasn’t been out since before lockdown ... so a lovely treat for him. He had the lamb and said best lamb ever. I tried and will get next time. Was delicious. Mum and I had the sea bream again soooo yummy. Crepes all round for pudding !!! Perfect. Thank you xxx

Always very special to eat at Cote. The staff are always friendly and professional and the food 'to die for'. So great to be out again in a really 'buzzy' place with great atmosphere. We've missed you during lockdown!

Service was very good, food came out quickly. Standard of quality on the fillet steak could have been a little better.

Great meal and excellent environment. Much nicer with a few tables removed to meet social distancing requirements, and all 3 floors open. Would be lovely to see this layout remain.

Being my first time out since lockdown I was disappointed in two of our parties Main courses of steak steak itself was tough even though cooked correctly

Lovely setting. Perfect looking out at Cathedral. Staff so friendly. Food amazing. Tables spaced apart nicely & lots of sanitiser stations dotted around. Felt very well looked after....thank you Cotes Exeter!!!

I am a Cote fan and I believe the Exeter restaurant is certainly one of their better ones. However, there was something missing from today's lunch experience. It may be the dreaded Covid 19's effect on eating out - ambience not quite the same. It could be the impact of the Rishi's special offer. The food was good but not quite as good, customers did not stay as long as usual, service was good, but communication did not benefit from the wearing of plastic masks. I will return, but perhaps not as quickly and eagerly as usual.

Our first visit since lockdown and pleased to find everything much as normal, obviously with a few less tables etc. A great relief to have the same great experience.

Côte Exeter were really good! All staff were inviting on arrival and good to see they have PPE to protect themselves and others! The food was delicious and the service was efficient but calm and friendly! Definitely recommend!

It was so good to go out to dinner once again, and take advantage of the government's discount as well. Cote's boeuf bourguignon and creme caramel were as good as remembered, and the service was it's usual high standard.

For our first meal put since lockdown, we hoped to be able to relax however other diners were seated well within a 2m distance from us and when they needed to move, were practically brushing against us which made for a very uncomfortable experience. The food was nice but the whole experience was tainted by the feeling the tables (bench seats) were too close together. Other restaurants are leaving empty tables enabling diners to feel safer and this would have been preferred.

Really nice meals, very well cooked and consistent too - we’ve been to Cote at least 4 times now and it’s always been very good.

Delicious food in a lovely restaurant opposite the cathedral. Would go again!

First class experience as usual. Very welcoming staff. Lovely atmosphere and with fewer table a more relaxing feel to the restaurant. The food was well presented and always has that feel that someone cared when cooking and plating the meal. Even with the restricted menu, there was ample choice.

We had great service and food (including excellent sirloin steaks), so would have no hesitation in recommending a visit. The staff looked after us very well, and everything was set up to be as safe as possible in these Covid times

We were really disappointed with the food .we ordered a burger with bacon (paid extra) but no bacon came .The burger was cold. There was no vegan option .Whilst we understand there is reduced menu due to covid we must say this was the only place during our break in Exeter that did not offer a vegan option, Overall the food quality was poor and disappointing !

My family and I enjoyed a lovely lunch at Cote Brasserie, Exeter. The service was excellent and the food delicious. My 5 yr old grandson was made to feel very welcome. Thank you!
