Such great food and truly amazing service. This is a perfect place for a lovely, lazy birthday lunch. We will be coming back again. Also, gluten and dairy free diners taken care of extremely well.

First class service with usual high standard of cuisine. One of the best restaurant group of its type. Use their chain regularly and always of a high standard.

Excellent food, great service (not overly fussy!) very reasonably priced. Lighting spot on. The set up of the tables is really good you dont have the feeling youre doning with the people next to you. Definitely will be coming again.

Excellent food very well presented and the early menu is very good value. The staff were charming and polite, The only faintly negative point was that the restaurant was, not surprisingly, very full and the staff were struggling to cope. Service was when it arrived very good but a little bit slow for this reason the staff were hard pressed and were clearly doing their best to cope. I will certainly return on a regular basis.

Pleasant place to eat, plenty of space and not too noisy. Usually, as it was yesterday, a relaxing experience to spend with family and friends.

The set menu is excellent value, frequently altered to include enticing new dishes, all of which are beautifully presented. The serving staff are always attentive and the overall ambience of the restaurant is welcoming and comfortable.Definitely one of our favourites.

Great lunch as usual, great gluten free choices. The other clientele was quite noisy for some of our group but a good time was had by all.

We would have given 6 stars but due to a misunderstanding the main courses were delayed due to one of our guests from the Ukraine eating her starter course slowly (she was not having a main) and your staff rightly delayed serving the main Your manageress did her best to rectify this and she handled the situation well

Having frequented this restaurant ever since it opened, today’s visit was exceptional as the service exceeded expectations. Seven of us had a great meal and were looked after by two of your team who were professional, attentive, friendly and totally delightful. The food was almost as good as the service. We shall be back.

This was my poorest dining experience at Cote Esher which I have regularly used over the last few years but recently I had noticed that both the service and food quality had declined. Tonight, despite there being almost no diners, there was no initial greeting upon arrival; inexplicably only 2 of the 3 main courses that were ordered arrived and the third needed to be prepared while my guests ate theirs and all of the vegetables with every dish were overcooked. I don’t expect such poor food quality and service at a Cote restaurant and I’m now thinking I don’t want to return any time soon!

I’ve been to many côtes, and sadly this one wasn’t my favourite. The presentation of both courses was not up to the usual standard I have come to love.

We love Cote. It’s our go to dinner out because it’s consistent and everyone in our family enjoys something on the menu. The service today was great as usual. But the food was lacking. We walked in at 4.50pm. Which I know is probably shift change on a Sunday. But my steak was tough which isn’t usually the case and came with no salad, which it normally does. The moulles were tasty but all tiny, and the portion hadn’t been adjusted. I would still always choose cote over any other chain, but might avoid This time of day.

We enjoyed our meal at Côte; we were shown to our table promptly, the service was friendly but not over-powering and the food was excellent. The fillet steak with peppercorn sauce was cooked to perfection and the haddock as part of the March 'specials' was moist and tasty served on a bed of sautéed potatoes. No complaints whatsoever.

Steak was inedible but they kindly removed from the bill. Unfortunate because I often order it from here and is good. Excellent service.

Always reliable. Professional and friendly service. Imaginative food, well presented. Realistic pricing. The only negative is the insistence that you show “12.5% gratuity” whereas in fact it is 15% as you add it to the VAT inclusive price.
