Côte Esher

Staff seemed new and rather rushed. Food not as good as previous visits. Spinach cold, soup very thick and hake dish very salty. But not too bad.

We regularly visit Esher Côte and have never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh and tasty. The service is friendly and very helpful.

Very nice breakfast. Formule deal is top value as it includes a juice and coffee. Full English breakfast and no complaints food cooked perfectly. V good

Really nice staff and food was brillaint and I enjoyed myself and the atmosphere. Not a bad word to say... enjoyed it all. Steak was lush!

Staff were attentive as usual. We had paper napkins on our table whilst other tables had the usual cloth napkins. The welcoming kit royal is greatly appreciated and the pouilly fuisse wine was a delight which made my birthday lunch all the better

We experienced great service and perfectly cooked steak and their kids menu was a hit too. We will definitely be coming back again soon and looking forward to it.

The welcome was friendly. Our waitress was amiable and efficient. The time from our initial order to seeing each of three courses was well spaced and most of the food was very good. However my wife's "Steak" as part of her 'steak frites' order was 50% to sinewy. The manageress did offer to cook another one which my wife declined. When we finished dessert and asked for the bill, the manageress had reduced the steak frites charge by 50%. Good business.

I was pleased to see a separate vegetarian menu and delighted to be told that all the dishes on that menu could be vegan! Delicious!

Excellent meal with our grandsons , could not fault the food and staff were very friendly . Will definitely go back there , such good value .

Arriving at 7.30 pm great atmosphere. Staff pleasant and efficient. Food good. Unfortunately the air conditioning spoilt our visit which was turned on part way through our meal. Another party dining asked for this to be turned down.

Great food, lovely atmosphere. This is definitely one of the nicest restaurants in Surrey. An upmarket version of Cafe Rouge, which looks tired and with poor service these days

we arrived early for our table following a visit to the cinema and we seated promptly. Our waitress was sweet and helpful and our meal arrived quickly and was the usual excellent dishes we had enjoyed before. It was a good visit for us to Cote Brasserie at Esher.

It is always a pleasure to visit Cote, and the Esher branch is particularly good. The staff are attentive and efficient, some of them have been there for a while and are so friendly and helpful. We were a party of three and all three of us chose from your November set lunch menu - all was delicious.

We were made very welcome and the service we received was excellent throughout our visit. As always, all our meals were very tasty and completely met our expectations.

We had an excellent breakfast - food was hot and there was not a long delay between ordering and receiving our food. Only one tiny criticism was that one person's food arrived long after the rest. Waiter was attentive and impressed us how he remembered the order for a second round of coffees - 6 in total and all different. Really good value for money.

Excellent venue for Sunday lunch. We took my mother who loves it. Dependable good quality food, good choice from changing monthly specials menu and pleasantly served by attentive staff.

The set menu for an early dinner is excellent value for money and the staff are always pleasant at the Esher branch. Parking is easy as well .

The staff were very good and helpful and the food as good as usual. a very enjoyable evening, very helpful in changing the menu with salad instead of frites to meet with dietary requirements.

I had Parsnip Soup to start, which was delicious. The moulles were ok but a bit small and overlooked and I didn't like the sauce - way too much cream. The service and ambiance were very good. We have been several times to this branch of Cote and it is always busy with a nice vibe. On previous occasions my Main has been better. Everyone else in the group enjoyed their meals apart from the other person who had Moulles who agreed with me.

We had a Saturday night dinner at Cote Esher. Very attentive service and great food. I had the anchovy flatbread to start and minute steak and frites with a green salad. Both delicious. It was busy and quite noisy but that didn't bother us. Service, as I said, was great even though it was busy. Thanks Cote. We'll be back soon.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout. There was some confusion about ordering from the main menu or specials as there were similar dishes on both, but the confusion was soon rectified. All food was of good quality and attractively served. Thank you

Fabulous meal, absolutely everything about it was first class. Well recommended, and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The best creme’ brulee’ I’ve ever tasted. Thank you for a great meal.

Very pleasent staff, good hearty English breakfast with the family. The resturant caters for all and children friendly. We will be making this outing a regular one.

Great menu, service and atmosphere, they made us very welcome, even though we are regulars, they traded us as if it was our first visit. All courses were on time, to standard and th new waters was really engaging!

Great menu choice, excellent staff and leisurely meal in comfortable surrounds. And this applies wherever you go in the Cote chain. They get it right every time

Cote Always delivers .Esher branch is great. Food always good and service is great. The reception and waiters are Friendly and the menu choices are good . Reasonably priced .

Had lunch menu .Service quick and attentive and garlic bead very good but too expensive .Cod Goujons were bland.Plus very noisy even in a quiet table location.

Very relaxing and welcoming ambience in this branch. The service was quietly efficient and friendly but always discreet. The food was of the usual high standard and the menus offering something for all tastes including excellent vegetarian dishes. All in all a very enjoyable dining experience.

As regular visitors we are always impressed with the quality of the food at Cote, Esher, the great service and the very reasonable price. Keep up the good work!

Very good English breakfast. The restaurant was packed on Sunday but the staff did brilliantly. The Formule deal represents good value and includes filtered water, orange juice and a coffee alongside the breakfast !!

I haven’t been to Cote for a while so hopefully this was Just a bad night ... Food was average, the service was average. Overall it was disappointing.

Such a lovely lunch at such a reasonable price. Can't be beaten and the ideal place to meet up with my daughter. We'll be back soon.

Always enjoy eating at Cote. Friendly, cheerful, efficient staff. Good food & enjoyed the free bottle of wine! Also enjoyed the quieter atmosphere of a Monday evening, it can be very noisy at weekends.

Excellent value and sensible portions for a girls lunch. Delightful waitress who was extremely efficient. A regular place for us to have lunch, easy parking nearby.

We went for the early evening menu. It was a pleasant meal and good value, but not terribly exciting. The service was good and probably worth the 12-5% gratuity.

Well prepared lunch which we enjoyed, stated with Calamari very well cooked, then mussels one of the best dishes I have had and an apple tart. Food arrived without delay hot and good
