The Food was OK. The restaurant is too noisy and the Service was poor.

We go to cotes Esher at least once a week and have all kinds of celebrations there.! We love it but for some reason yesterday fri March 1 st the meal was really quite poor.the bbq chicken was very dry and my friends tenderloin pork so salty she didn’t eat it.!my husband who often has the beef burgignon said it wasn’t as good.this will not put us off going regularly as the ambience and staff are excellent just thought you might like this feedback! I was not keen on the main dishes on the lunch menu but had a chicken and walnut salad from the main menu. They serve it in a bowl with the chicken on top of the salad - impossible to eat. If you tip it on to the plate you end up with a huge dish of salad hiding the chicken!

Foid and service were great. We were sat near the entrance and it was so noisy that we couldn't hear each other. Will request a table in a different location next time.

A lovely buzzing atmosphere, staff are lovely, friendly and very professional. We had an issue with one of our main dishes but it was quickly resolved and compensated. In my book it's how you deal with an issue rather than the issue itself. The stand in Manager was great along with the lovely Lindsay and we had a lovely evening. I use the restaurant a lot and would always recommend it to friends.

Excellent selection of bistro style food both on a main menu and also a shortened Daily Menu with options for all tastes on both menus. Some might say almost too much choice. Likewise a lengthy wine list but all quite highly priced. Service good but a little pressurised at times as waitress was relatively new into the business. Overall excellent evening and our request for a table in a quiet position so that we could enjoy a sensible conversation was duly noted as requested when booking made.

For a birthday celebration the table I’d requested was reserved, attentive good service with delicious food, the manager even honouring the January complimentary wine offer made this an occasion to exceed expectations. Well done Cote Esher. We will be back with our next birthday group.

The chef who cooked the minute steak didn’t read the request of pink steak n butter on a side dish! Sane mistake as few months ago when I did the same request??? 😱

Food was fantastic. But being asked to sits by the kitchen entrance and Bumped every time someone passes by dampened the whole experience. Especially we booked it few days in advance.

Fantastic atmosphere at Cote, Esher. The food was stunning as always and a brilliant waitress made the evening. She was polite, attentive, humourous and efficient without being over bearing. Will be going back very soon.

Good food, friendly, helpful, polite staff, nice decor. Although the restaurant was very busy, the food was fresh, well presented and well cooked. Parking is a bit difficult.

We had lovely food and attentive service. The set lunch meal is also very good value. We were planning to have three courses but were full after two. We enjoyed our meal and would go back again.

Friendly, efficient service and delicious food. I am vegetarian and, although Cote doesn’t change its vege offerings very much, I enjoyed my lunch. I would recommend.

Service was excellent – yet again your Chefs are not cooking the sausages properly– They must be browned on all sides. They were cooked only on one side – I believe you must East European shares that are used to cooking their Tapas sausages and not the UK sausages – I’ve noticed that this has been the case in some of your other restaurants. One should not ask the chef to cook the sausages well when basic training tells him how to cook a sausage.

Cote Esher is a favourite of ours. The team are always welcoming & the food constantly good. It would be nice to see a few changes on the main menu.

We were very happy with all aspects of the visit to Cote. as we had booked in advance and wanted early seating as we had a small child with us, we received a kind reception and a very suitable place for our little one as for us. The service was good, knowledgeable when questions asked about the menu, and prompt and comfortable times bringing and clearing our courses. we have been regular visitors and did not expect less than excellent every time! Well done.

The service was excellent and the waitstaff attentive. The food was particularly good today, we have never had a bad meal at Cote, but the food was exceptional.

Usually my favourite local restaurant but rather disappointed when going for a Xmas get-together to find not one Xmas decoration inside. The food was not quite as good as usual and the waitress asked rather too often how the meal was. Hopefully better next time!

Great food and service, good menu choice and excellent desserts. Nice ambience and we were served quite quickly. Food obviously freshly cooked and served piping hot.

The service was quick and excellent. Although very busy the waiter was respectful and attentive. We ordered a starter and main course together with wine. The food came out hot and the price did not break the bank

A lovely lunch and such good value . I chose the parsnip soup and sea bream which was delicious Nd my feelings chose the cow au vin also delicious.

Easy to book online , friendly greeting on arrival , good service without being intrusive and very good food. Everything was well presented and the whole evening was a great experience.

Good friendly staff and and I always find their varied menu caters for all tastes and food likes and dislikes. . Lunch menu is very good value.

My husband's fish goujons were completely tasteless. I was presented with THREE scallops, an insult at that price! Tuna was too thin and over cooked.

The food and service were fine. It was the smell of roasted meat that lingered throughout our whole breakfast experience. The moment you walk in the door it is like you've entered an oven. It seems like the restaurant is NEVER aired. Quite disgusting.

I always enjoy visiting Côte in either Esher or Cobham. There is a lovely ambience, friendly staff and a wide choice of food. Great value for money too.
