Côte Esher

Afraid that the mushroom crepes we ordered were very mushy . Too much sauce . The staff were very nice and offered us a coffee on the house.

Free bottle of wine offer was great, bread was fine, both dishes of mussels had a few very soft potentially under-cooked molluscs.. though sauce was good and we're both well today! Waiting staff v pleasant and attentive.

Can’t rate Côte Esher too highly! Of all the Cote restaurants I have visited, this is the one for me. Maybe due to our wonderful waitress Lindsey!

Another great night. Staff are so lovely and the food plentiful and tasty. Even surprised the birthday girl with a cake and candle. Will definitely be back. Thank you :)

Same standard of food and service as at other branches. Conversation was limited due to rather intrusive acoustics - too much bouncing off the ceiling.

As usual, we were looked after perfectly by Christian and his team. So much so, that we had booked a table on Saturday evening, and the food and service was so good, that we booked again for follow up lunch on Sunday. Having lived in Esher for many many years, naturally, I have seen many restaurants come and go, but everything is tip top from Cote, and I know it will be here for many years to come. Well done Christian for running everything so efficiently, it really is appreciated.

Lovely meal but this restaurant is always rather noisy. This is the only problem at this restaurant.

Met up with friends and had the Formula brunch. Restaurant very quiet - guess because it was just after New Year. Service was excellent and our server was very friendly. Unfortunately, as I found out afterwards, my wife’s scrambled eggs were cold. She did not want to spoil the occasion by making a fuss! The food for the rest of us was excellent.

Miserable waitress who was lacking in social skills. We felt like a nuisance to her rather than her wanting to help us all evening. Shame. Also I ordered the fish stew which had half a new potato at the bottom of it and not even one small slice of leek as the ‘vegetable’ which I was told by a different waitress, that it had as a portion of. My husband ordered the same and his dish had a abundance of sauce whereas mine had hardly any. Not the bet meal or dining experience. No one came to ask if our meal was ok etc either.

Service was fantastic and food delicious would highly recommend. Very good value for money.

Friendly, helpful staff. V nice food and wine - although, personally, my vegetarian main meal option was a bit dull. They do actually have a separate vegetarian menu - I am new to being vegetarian. I think the costs are v reasonable. Well done Cote; I'll certainly come back.

Fantastic atmosphere and excellent food, value for money and service was on point.

Probably our favourite restaurant,Chris ,Lyndsey and the team always make you want to come again,which we do often.

We enjoyed an excellent New Year's eve dinner at Cote Esher. Our waitress Lindsay was really nice, attentive, with a lovely personality, which all added to our dining experience.

The whole meal was fine, just as good as we ever had at Cote, and I have to say that the young lady who was waiting our table was exceptionally good. Ee look forward to our next visit to you

Great menu, simply cooked food, excellent quality, friendly helpful service

Another lovely relaxing evening and delicious food. Chris, manager was most attentive and friendly. Disappointed that no Christmas decorations present as it’s still the festive season. Other restaurants I have visited still have theirs up.

A fabulous evening- great service and food. You couldn’t ask for more.

We had to wait rather a long time after ordering for our breakfasts, 3 of us ordered full English. We ordered crispy bacon , floppy stuff arrived , 2 came without tomatoes & we had to send one back as the eggs we not cooked properly. I have to say if anything is wrong it’s put right & the cost of one meal was taken off the bill. Staff as usual so pleasant & helpful,

Excellent service and food as always. Told them we were there for our friend’s 40th and they gave us a bottle of fizz, very nice touch for a special occasion. In fact going back tomorrow with another friend it was so good.

Very pleasant friendly staff, speedy service. Let down by the quality of the food. Poor quality ingredients served at luke warm temperature. The lamb was undercooked and not fresh. ‘On the turn’ was the comment.
