Staff excellent - very friendly and seemed happy to be working there. The food was also good - we went for the special pre 7 o clock deal so good value for money too.

The service is outstanding, very attentive staff. The food is also really good quality for the price, the products seems fresh and the dishes are well cooked. Easy dishes with good flavour.

The food and service were both excellent. The best place in Esher to dine and reasonably priced. It is little wonder it is very well patronised

Don't get me wrong, I love this place. However, Frites a bit overdone today, as was the creme brulee and service a slower than normal. Hence down on top marks this time. However, would still come back and the lunchtime specials are amazing value.

Côte is amazing as always. Great service, great food. Worth every penny! It will always be our favourite place for celebration different occasions and for a quiet night out.

Excellent Food and service with friendly staff, good ambience and reasonable prices. We've been to a few different branches of Cote and they are very reliable. It's a chain of course, but doesn't feel like one.

Monday early pm. Restaurant only had a few occupied tables. Service very unattentive, except for the statutory "How's your meal" less than 2 minutes after you're into it. Will we return ,yes it's convenient and reliable but maybe Monday 23 the staff where having a very off day!

Food and service OK but still too loud - the early evening menu is excellent value and the house wine drinkable. Ice cream had a very welcome home made quality.

Excellent service. Good overall selection on menu but separate vegetarian menu which very impressive - not many restaurants do this. Will definitely go again and would recommend it

Food was good but the noise level was very high, mainly from other guests and one noisy party of 6. Kitchen service seems somewhat slow.

We visited Cote Esher on a Saturday lunchtime. We found the service excellent, with friendly, attentive staff. There was a pleasant atmosphere, with the French doors open to the street that sunny day. And the food we chose was delicious and good value.Thank you!

Despite asking for a quiet table as one of our party is deaf, we ended up in rather a noisy place next to a table of loud voiced people, and at one time, a child was screaming. It appears that downstairs was out of bounds as there was "something on" unfortunately. The food was very good though which made up for it.

As always excellent food and service. Eat before 7 is value for money and with a different menu every week its something to look forward to. I would highly recommend a visit

Food was good, but the service was lacking last night. Normally very attentive but we kept being forgotten in a corner. Asked if we wanted olives or bread on arrival, but nothing appeared.

great food great service great ambiance well thought out tables and busy it was a pleasure to go there and the service is impeccable and the waitresses could not have done more for us they were very attentive

Once again we enjoyed a very good meal before going to the cinema. It is a pleasant shaped restaurant in that you are not too close to the people at the table next door. Will go again.

Great food and service. Only annoying point is the Esher phone number for Cote is not working so you cannot speak to staff ! All phone options do not connect you to the restaurant.

The Staff are verly helpful & go out of their way to make sure that you receive an especially good time ! Food excellent , with a good choice of fish , meat & vegetables . Lovely atmosphere . We will certainly visit again soon !

The restaurant is busy but not too crowded with a good mix of people - couples, families and ladies who lunch. The place has a buzz. Food is good, service is as well.

Fantastic food..authentic and delicious...friendly efficient service from lovely waiters..the menu has something for everyone..the beef dish was exceptional and my husband absolutely loved the profiteroles!

Booked for a late birthday lunch. Restaurant was busy, however my friend and I were escorted to a window seat. Started with a glass of Kir Royal (free reward) followrd by the usual high standard of food we have come to expect from Cote. Thank you all for making it a lovely day.

We all received our drinks apart from my husband so he mentioned it and the waitress told him it was coming but to be patient because she was really busy!! The same waitress made a mistake on our bill so we politely mentioned it then when she brought it back she threw it at us!... such a shame because the food was great.

When ever I visit Cote in Esher I am never disappointed. The food is always great, together along with the service, which is always efficient but not overpowering. Especially like Lyndsey who has been there for years.

The staff were very nice and the gluten free options are amazing! I think you should have some colouring for children to do while they wait. This is pretty standard in most restaurants.

Great food and atmosphere as always. Friendly service. Need to change the specials on the menu more regularly as can't go to Cote too often as end up having the same dishes. Need more main meat dishes. Currently 2 duck dishes on menu.

Lovely food, unfortunately sat next to a table of very loud drunken racists. Being a black / white couple, we found this very uncomfortable. We feel they were so loud, the management /servers must have been aware and therefore it was unfortunate it wasn't dealt with. We didn't feel comfortable addressing them directly, given their behaviour. Sad end to a rare date night with my husband.
