Really Excellent value formule breakfast at Cote Esher combining a full English Breakfast with a juice and coffee and toast. Food is lovely and strongly recommend the restaurant

Consistently good food and service. Fav restaurant in ESHER! Plus they have a Gluten Free menu which being coeliac is incredibly important to me. Will be back!

Very nice example of a Cote restaurant. Buzzy without being crowded, nice big table for our group. Attentive to our needs. We are new to breakfast at Cote but it is very worthwhile trying.

Choice of three menus ... Service was friendly and efficient.. Beetroot starter delicious, my steak was cooked perfectly with very little fat .. tomato salad deltas always.. Creme caramel a must

I'm afraid it wasn't great. We usually love Cote but it was the worst meal to date. The food wasn't hot and neither were the plates, and my medium steak was rare, IMO. However, the staff were very helpful and friendly and tried their best to rectify the situation. Please ensure both plates and food are piping hot and aren't left standing around before serving to guests. Elderly MIL couldn't chew her minute steak and hers wasn't hot either.

Celebration for eight people. The table was ready on time and the attentive service by Denis helped to make the evening. Great food, what more could you want.

Never tire of eating here. Excellent food and attentive service. The ideal place to meet up regularly with my daughter midway between our homes in London and West Sussex.

Friendly and helpful staff but the odd miscommunication was unnecessary since they were not that busy. A little more time listening would be very beneficial.

Food was good. They served us early menu although it was 7 Service could have been better very difficult to attract the attention of the staff to order, to pay etc.

Good food, courteous service and apart from having to wait for my food to arrive (my two guests had had theirs for 10 minutes before my steak and frites arrived) all was excellent.

Love Côte always and Esher is particularly good and friendly too. The room is large and comfortable and there is always parking opposite in Waitrose car park

Service was excellent and food delicious. It was bus and it had a lovely atmosphere. We were given enough time to look at the menus and when we wanted more water and he the bill both arrived promptly

Great time thanks , we enjoyed a really good quality meal after visiting the cinema and it really finished off our night out brilliant time had by both of us.

Service was not as good as the times Ive visited as there were short of staff! Steak frites from 2 course was tough as boots but Mario offered a replacement and 2nd time round the steak was fantastic??? Can’t believe why the first steak was so tough???

We booked our table for 7.30 on a busy Friday night, service was a little slow, which suggests the restaurant could have benefited from a couple of extra staff. The food was delicious !

It is always a pleasure to go to Cote Esher. The staff are so welcoming and efficient. The service is good and the food fresh and tasty,

Very pleasant with attentive service. Only bugbear was a noisy party whooping and shouting. Maybe you could consider the manager having a a quiet word as this kind of thing interferes with other customers' enjoyment.

Nice lunch - I love the frozen berries. I was disappointed with my choice of main course. The risotto wasn't all that special so won't have that again. Cote Esher is nice and it was a lovely day but we didn't sit outside as the noise of the traffic would have been annoying. We will definitely visit again

As always this restaurant never disappoints in food and service. Keep going back time after time, and will continue to do so. I would thoroughly recommend it

excellent food, wine and service as always. We love going there - it's always relaxing.can't think of anywhere better, except perhaps another Cotes, say Kingston or Windsor (though the latter is much noisier!).

The food unfortunately becomes more and more average, service is ok , 12.5% service charge is a joke, would have got the same meal at the ivy for the same price but in a better setting and better service, so i think my cote days after being a regular customer for 10 years are over. There are better places around now.

We go to cote probably twice a month. Usually ok. This time the crab mayonaise starter ehich we have had many times before was made up only of chopped raw onion and no crab!! pretty inedible. The veal escolop dish was just a veal escolop on a plate with nothing else. Had to add another 6 pounds to make it a dish. The rest was ok. Hope this was just a one off and not the start of a cost cutting exercise to make more profit at the expense of the customer as always seems to happen. .
