We had a lovely evening thank you. Our food and wine were excellent and the staff were extremely attentive and pleasant.

Lovely meal, soups cold but teas and coffees free to compensate

This was my third visit to Cote. I would visit more often but living in Australia makes it a little difficult. Every time I have dined here it has always been a memorable experience. Especially for wife who has a gluton intolerance. Cote restaurant pays particular attention to this type of dietary requirement and this in turns gives my wife the security to dine without worry. Thanks to the staff for their care and consideration. Looking forward to my next dinning experience.

I treated my brother and his wife to lunch today and the food was excellent. They fly back to Spain tomorrow where they live but are definitely going to go back to Côte when they come here at Christmas!! I have been many times with friends and never had a bad meal yet, well done!

Been a few times to vote.never been disappointed. Food and service cannot be faulted. Both the early evening or prestige menues good choice good value. Would recommend.

Had the Prestige menu which was excellent. Don’t agree with the service charge though. I know they say this is optional but you feel you have to pay it. I would rather leave a tip.

Overall a very good experience. Nice ambient atmosphere, friendly efficient service. Good variety on menu with a Greta early evening/lunch menu. Will return

We had great service and the food was lovely as usual. Separate gluten free and vegetarian menus and great care taken to keep the gluten free food separate. We will definitely be back.

Always enjoy our visits to Ćote in Edinburgh tho Glasgow is nice too! Consistently high standards in kitchen and nice variety each month with specials and seasonal. See you in October

Such helpful staff especially with 2 of our party having nut allergies. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole allergy information was professionally displayed. One of the best experiences we’ve had in a long time. We will be back! Thank you!

Nice, hot breakfast. Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs were lovely. Toast was a bit soft and pale on one side.

Once again a nice relaxing evening at one our favourite Edinburgh restaurants.

Always good food and service. We have been three Fridays in a row. Also like the fact that you are never pushed out no matter how long you stay it’s our first choice when eating in Edinburgh

Excellent service from everyone we encountered, especially from Justyna and Colin. Most of the food was excellent, but unfortunately the chef had rather too heavy a hand with the salt on the steak tartare, and especially with the spinach which came with the veal sirloin. The spinach was also too oily. However, the truffle jus with the veal was delicious!

Another great lunch, food original and cooked to perfection and of course staff, as always so helpful.

This was a wonderful venue for my friend and me to share a catch-up lunch. Although we sat, ate, drank and chatted for 3-4 hours, there seemed to be no problem and the staff were charming, attentive and efficient. We both thoroughly enjoyed our 2 course lunch and hope to repeat the experience

Service not what it should have been. Placed order and when asked if we would like some bread, we said yes but it did not arrive. Had to ask another waiter, it was put on the table but we had no plates, so had to ask again. When our food arrived they had brought me some sort of Shepherds Pie instead of Rump of Lamb. Clearly the waiter did not clarify that there were several lamb dishes and assumed I wanted that. They offered to bring the correct dish and then said it would take another 20minutes. My friends would have finished their meal by then, so took the Shepherds Pie. Not great was expecting more since I have been to the Hampstead Village Cote which is excellent.

A pleasant meal with good service. I thought the room was rather dark and cool, though.

Its a bit dingy inside and we were put next to a very noisy family- not the restaurants fault I know but it might have been better to put us somewhere further away

Food was lovely as usual and the service wonderful. I would recommend Cote to anyone. We were in for dinner, but have also eaten from the day menus, which are great value with superb choices and they change it every month. Superb.
