As usual the food and service was very good. I would recommend Cote in Edinburgh, Glasgow and London, al very good for breakfasts, lunch or dinner!

cote is my favourite restaurant and my most favourite dish is their French onion soup....omg it is to die for . The Staff are so friendly and very attentive.

Good choice across the a la carte and set menus, attentive service throughout from the waiting staff and overall it was an enjoyable lunch experience.

Food very good and well presented. Service excellent. I love the way two waiters bring the food for four to the table so all served at once. I will be back yet again!

We brought two friends with us who have never been to Cote before. They were very impressed and will look out for a branch near them. As on our previous visits to you we had a very enjoyable evening with good food and service.

Meal for 4 We went for set menu rather than a la carte No complaints about chicken, steak, or linguine Or starters I’ve had lunch there too and happy with service and quality of food Just be aware that service charge/tip is already added to bill

Lovely atmosphere and Greta service but increasingly poor choice of vegetarian and vegan food. Shame as it means veggies won’t come along so often. 🙁

Booking online was so easy. The restaurant is excellent and the food was delicious. The quality and presentation cannot be faulted. I have been there several times before and will definitely return.

A satisfying lunch with some of the party selecting from basic lunch menu and those who did not want a dessert using the higher priced lunch menu. Everyone was pleased with their choices and the service was just right for lunch time. Friendly but crisp.

Lovely food in a relaxed atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. This was my second visit and cannot fault it lots of menu choices and reasonably priced. Look forward to my next visit Laura Feeney

We have been coming to Cote for our early evening meals now for some time. On ever occasion we have been Delighted with the service , food and general ambiance of this lovely restaurant. We had starters of Mussels and Melon and Ham both were simply prepared but delicious. Followed by Rib eye steak and Breton Chicken again both cooked to perfection finishing with heavenly coupe Noir . Each course is served altogether so there is no person sitting salivating before there food arrives. The selection of wines and drinks is also very good wines in the main French and not well overpriced.

Service and food great, will be back later this week, great choices for a celiac. Also serve one of the best breakfasts at a reasonable price. As good as York.

From being greeted on arrival and seated in a booth , which we had requested, to our departure, the staff were so lovely, attentive and professional. We had the set lunch menu and the portions were plentiful and food delicious. Nice relaxed atmosphere and we were in no way rushed. Would definitely recommend

Lovely staff, immaculate restaurant, great gluten free menu options and very reasonably priced, had a thoroughly enjoyable city centre dining experience and chose this one as have enjoyed a similar experience with the same company in a different city previously.

Food and service very good but the price of a glass of wine was, for me, over the top. As in any of the Cote restaurants in Glasgow and London the food is very good and the service grest.

Fantastic restaurant, great atmosphere, delicious food and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this restaurant and the staff are very attentive without being intrusive.

My friend and I had an excellent night here, the dinner deals are great value and the wine doesn’t cost the earth with it being so central. Busy and vibrant, the waiters are attentive without being OTT and you can hear yourself think. Looking forward to next visit.

Plenty of choice as usual (we eat here several times a year) and everything we chose was excellent. Service very efficient. Only grumble was that it is rather noisy.

Delicious food and very attentive staff. Only negative was the upper level bathroom, dirty, no toilet paper or paper towels. Would suggest a member of staff check the bathroom hourly.

They automatically place a service charge on your bill at 12.5 per cent , they did not offer this at the point of sale . Waiter keyed in full price with no option

Great food, great service and great atmosphere! Only reason it didn’t get full marks is that a 12.5% service charge was added to the bill. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable meal will definitely visit again!!

Great food as usual and excellent choices. Friendly, helpful staff. Creme caramel is amazing and also the chocolate pot. Only complaint is the chocolate pot wasn’t big enough!

The staff were extremely welcoming as soon as we walked through the door; no hanging round waiting to catch someone's eye! Throughout the event, great service. Thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and a warm atmosphere (despite a table of 5-6 who'd clearly had too much to drink judging by their direction of travel when upright!). Will definitely be visiting again.

This one of the most proffetionally run restaurants in Edinburgh. Food is always enjoyable great value too. We visit this place with our friends every three to four months when they visit from Aberdeen and we are never disappointed.

All 4 of us are regular guests at Cote in Edinburgh and all enjoyed another excellent lunch and it was very nice to be introduced to a gin with which we were not familiar.

We always enjoy meals at branches of Cote, and this was no exception. We visited with 4 friends during the Festival. The food was good, the only criticism is that the service was slow, although the restaurant was not particularly busy. We had to wait for dessert, and then again for the bill, although we had stressed that we were pushed for time as we had a show to go to.
