Côte is reliable for the quality of the food and the standard of the service and we were not disappointed.

All was very good, a bit disappointed that 12.5% (optional) service charge is added to the bill.

Everybody was very tentative at first then not sure if it was too busy and they couldn't cope but then they started being a bit lacks as in. Asked for a 2nd bottle of wine to our waiter then had to ask someone else to bring it with the first bottle every time the waiter passed would replenish our glasses with the 2nd bottle it was a case of pour your own. Wasn't something that would stop me from going again but that was the reason why we did not leave the full 12.5% tip that they recommended!!! Apart from that the meal was gorgeous and I would recommend Cote to friends.

Tasty meal and friendly service. Steak frites were very nice , only had one tiny problem- they brought me the wrong dessert but as we were in a hurry I ate it anyway.

Brilliant food and service. GF choices were amazing. Only very minor comment was that a 12.5% service charge was added to the bill by default (only 2 of us dining so not the standard addition for large groups). I was more than happy to pay this (since it was stated at going to staff) but I don’t like the presumption on the bill. I like to tip if I feel it’s deserved.

Our meal was excellent. I love Côte. As a coeliac it’s one of the few places I feel really safe. Thank you.

This was my first visit to Cote, Edinburgh. I used to eat at Cote, Oxford on a regular basis and loved it, so I was interested to see how this restaurant would compare. I wasn't disappointed. The waiter was very pleasant and attentive. The menu was great. The food was up to its usual high standard (although I asked for a well done steak and didn't get it) and desserts were really lovely. We had a table in the window which meant we weren't bothered by noise from other diners. I will definitely be using this restaurant again.

Had a lovely meal last night in Côte. I’ve never been before but will go back again and tell my friends. We sat upstairs and it had a great atmosphere.

We had our 25th wedding anniversary with you last night in the private dining Room which was great.you have us complementary kir royal and the meal was superb along with the staff who could not be more attentive and charming.
