Spent as always a most enjoyable time at Cote. The service was excellent and the food delicious. I have never been disappointed visiting this restaurant.

As usual an excellent meal. It was a wee bit cold in the restaurant tonight. Would have been good to have been sat further from the front door.

We were in a room surrounded by mirrors, with no visible acoustic treatment. Older folk (I’m 79, and one other is 89) find conversation difficult in such conditions. That’s why I requested a quiet corner. That’s not what we got. To be fair, on leaving I saw there wasn’t a quiet corner anywhere - but we did enjoy the food and the excellent service. Chilton Inglis

excellent lunch food a delight prices reasonable and a fantastic selection of wines,unfortunately i was driving so missed out on wine but plan to return for evening meal and intend to enjoy full experience

Last time had lunch at cote we were very disappointed. I have to say you’ve upped your game myself and my four friends thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. We had two course prestige menu and despite choosing different options we all really enjoyed it. Staff were great. Well done.

The food was good as was the service. However we did take exception to the 12.5% ‘optional’ service charge. We probably would have rounded the bill up to about this amount anyway but felt forced with this being added to the bill. Left a bit of a bad taste in what would otherwise have been a lovely evening.

I booked this for a very rare family meal. My husband is coeliac and they have a beautiful gf menu. Almost exactly the same as their normal menu which is unusual. The manager came to take my husbands order which, while I know happens in some places, we have never experienced. The food was very nice overall. French onion soup could have had more onions but very tasty, the breads (garlic and caramelised onion flatbread) to share were very fresh. All mains were lovely. The haddock goujons looked especially good. My pork tenderloin, while very nice was a bit overcooked and dry. Crumble and taste tatin were delicious. Great evening. Lovely food and atmosphere. A special mention to the lovely girl serving us. Confident, efficient and very pleasant. My family from Glasgow had never heard of Cote Brasserie but all loved it and are keen to go again.

Used this restaurant many times and it never disappoints. Good food,drink and staff always make for an enjoyable, relaxing evening.

Meal was good quality, but choice was limited due to food set menu food delivery van crashing. Also, Christmas menu not available as we hadn't booked it - disappointing. Hard to have a conversation at a large table due to noise level on a busy night. Regular gusts of icy air blew by our table later on in our meal which made for an early exit.

Wonderful service and food as always. Tuna was not quite as rare as usual and chocolate sauce with coupe noire as it should be! Will not stop us returning

Attentive service and nice choice from set menu on a Sunday night. Pork tenderloin and Grilled Chicken breast were both very enjoyable. Relatively quiet at the back of restaurant but nice to be able to talk while enjoying our meal, rest of restaurant was busy but not noisy, just a nice vibe. Would definitely eat here again

We always enjoy Cote and this was a first time for a friend. She thought that the choice of food, the quality of what she ate and the ambience were excellent. The cost is splendid,too. Great attentive service makes dining in Cote a pleasurable experience.

A very nice evening , the restaurant was not too busy and so the service was timely. Waiters very friendly and helpful. Good food and reasonably priced.

The meal was itself very enjoyable, but the service was much slower than usual. Two of our party had a train to catch - we had deliberately booked for 12.00, allowing plenty of time to catch the 2.30 train, but in the end were quite pushed to get there on time, as we had to wait a long time to be served each course.

Really lovely restaurant and perfect place to meet friends. Food is always delicious and there's a good selection of wine. Staff are friendly and helpful and the service is excellent. Which is good, as they automatically impose a 12.5% service charge, which although is discretionary I have never had the nerve to dispute it.

A good warm welcome and we got the quiet table at the window which meant I could hear my husband (advantage?). The complimentary cocktail was delicious. The food was served promptly - it was hot and delicious. We also enjoyed the recommended wine (Malbec) Nothing I can fault - well done. Oh, and the price was not exorbitant.

Great venue and excellent food. Refused to pay 12% service charge. A tip is at my discretion but the staff were very understanding so a tip was left. Definitely go agsin
