The set menus are always superb value and my partner went for his favourites - warm Roquefort salad and Pork Tenderloin, which never fail. As it was a celebration I splashed out on the February specials - Seared Scallops and Filet au poivre. Both perfection, and still good value for the quality. Nowhere else in Ealing can you match this quality, range and value. And as always, the service was superb - friendly accommodating and efficient. Manager Anya runs a tight ship. Such standards only come through hard work and commitment. Thanks again Anja for a lovely and memorable evening.

We booked a table for 2 last Wednesday for 6:30 and 1) there was no specific table reserved 2) When we arrived I cannot say the waitress was welcoming and that followed through the whole evening and they add on a service charge for that 3) Because I had received an email saying that we had a free orange cocktail if we booked from the a le Carte 4 She immediately took the special menu off the table without asking and presented us with the cocktail; I did not at any stage that I wanted it. In the end we complained and she brought the special menu back again. The mains was so small; a bird would be hungry after ingestion! Never again would I visit this restaurant

As ever, a wonderful meal on a cold, windy, wet night. Cote is always warm and friendly, and the food is so comforting when it's cold outside. We had delicious French onion soup and salmon with ratatouille, after a gorgeous blood orange martini. Agniesca (probably not spelt correctly), Monika, Anna, Panos and all the staff are so professional and delightful. Such good value. What a lovely way to start the week. Above all, excellent gluten-free as usual.

The waiting time for our order to be taken was very long and eventually, after about half an hour, we had to catch someones attention. Dessert menus were not brought either and after attracting one of the staff we were asked if we’d like the bill. No one had noticed we had not been served dessert. The waiting staff were polite, but perfunctory. I don’t think anyone smiled once. We didn’t feel like particularly valued customers! Although the food was very good value as ever, the two chicken and bacon potato topped pies ordered came looking very different. One with breadcrumbs on the top, as described on the menu, but the other with a lattice of mashed potato. Not as described.

Absolutely brilliant meal and fantastic service. The blood orange martini was gorgeous. Also the pepper steak and frites. We had an excellent birthday meal for my friend. Frances, Karolina, Panos, Macjiek and Ewelina are just wonderful and always make me feel so very welcome.

I booked a table for my mother's 90th birthday but had to change it from 5 pm to 5.30pm so I rang and arranged this. However, when we arrived we were told our party had arrived at 5pm and were seated. After some delay we were placed in a draughty table by the door. My mother kept her coat on. There was no apology or recognition that it was her birthday. Normally we are very Impressed with Cote but this was very poor.

Waited 5 minutes at the door without a single person even acknowledging we were there. We were waiting behind 6 others so there we lots of us waiting and the staff went out of their way not to make eye contact with any of us, whilst they set tables and moved menus around. In the end we went and found our table as luckily another guest had already arrived. We were never offered service. We had to flag down people each time. 30 minutes before we ordered drinks. rude Unhappy stroppy staff. no time to pay us any attention, I resented paying the service Charge and the extra items added to our bill that we ordered but didn’t receive. Just really bad today for for what I rate as the best restaurant in Ealing.

Great food (we had brunch), lovely decor in the restaurant and good service. My only quibble is that the gluten free breakfast equates to less food that the non-allergen option, but is the same price. Still worth visiting though.

Everything was great, service, atmosphere, and food except the strip steak was over cooked, which was a shame as usually very good. The only thing that needs attention is the entrance to the restaurant, as only a curtain to hold back the cold air which is constantly entering with the client as entering or exiting the restaurant and this made an uncomfortable draft, which obviously no one can do anything about. Perhaps some thought needs to be put into rectifying this? I have to say that the Richmond restaurant is my preference.

Utterly fantastic meal and service in warm, friendly surroundings. Majiek was absolutely superb and looked after us beautifully, as do all the staff at the Ealing branch of Cote. It really does offer exceptional consistency of high-quality service and food. The prestige menu have great choices and the gluten-free menu is the best anywhere in London for choice and quality. The wines are so reasonably priced but delicious.

We are regular “Côters”. Had a generally good dinner tonight. I ordered French onion soup which was sort of French. Just not really authentic. The main courses were nice, and we had a very pleasant dinner. Well worth the price. The wine offer seemed to be a great success. Place was full. We will continue to dine at Ealing, Marylebone, Brighton. Thank You.

This was my first time in the Restuarant, overall it probably will be my last time, the service by our waiter wasn’t the best, this was the first time any waiter has made the issues our fault resulting in my girlfriend too afraid to mention her potatoes were cold. The food was awesome and was everything that we hoped for in taste, it certainly lived up to our expectations, the decor was typical of what we would see on our trips and a nice reminder of paris

First of all a big thank you to our excellent server Macieck who was attentive, helpful and smiling. We all started with the warm roquefort salad - an old favourite. Then the new Guinea Hen Ballotine, Duck breast and (weekend special) Breton Chicken. All were delightful. and of course the legendary Crème Caramel. (if that was unavailable, there would be a riot! Altogether a delightful evening. You can't do better anywhere else in Ealing.
