Great food, great restaurant. Booked the table for four people about two weeks ago, and appreciate it’s Xmas but we would have preferred not to be seated by the giant gaggle of women who talked and laughed so loudly that our concert was drowned out.
I booked the table for my daughter & her friends to celebrate her 18th birthday. I phoned to ask if a sparkler could be stuck in her pudding - just to make it a bit different but it didn't happen - which is a pity. Apart from that they had a good time.
Excellent food and service, reasonably priced , great quality food, highly recommended, you can never go wrong with an evening at Cote, will be back soon
Polite service. Good food and delicious food. Clean restaurant. Lovely and friendly service and staff. Quick service. Fresh food. Had a lovely birthday breakfast with sister.
Good and fast service. Serviced with a smile. Good food
Great service and good atmosphere food was cooked well and staff were welcoming it was clean and definitely did get a warm welcome and service with a smile. Thank you.
Cote Eaking was quiet- perfectvforva meet up with friends. Great coffee but the scrambled eggs came cold and flavourless. French toast was amazing with a good choice of fruits.
Always a great experience. all round Good food, good service. Maybe would prefer a little less salt on my food but didn’t stop me enjoying my meal
It’s my favourite place to eat wether it be Breakfast, lunch or dinner. Which ever Cote you dine at you’ll get great service with a smile and nothing is to much of a problem. Bravo
As usual had a very enjoyable meal at Cote Brasserie in Ealing. Busy and buzzing atmosphere and the great blessing OF there being... NO MUSAK.
Food was brilliant. Goat’s cheese salad to start was delicious and so flavourful. For mains I had the special (lamb) which was tremendous. Cooked beautifully. Partner had chicken liver parfait with brioche which is always a hit. For mains he had butternut squash risotto which was cooked perfectly. Service was ok. Not the most attentive ever but fine.
As always, good food and quick service by very pleasant and attentive staff. I eat at a lot off different branches and find them all to be of same high standard.
Cote Ealing always producing food.that is absolutely delicious and nicely presented. The service is good and the staff very friendly. The only downside is that it is very noisy like a lot of restaurants.
Marked down slightly as one if the meals was cold and one of the group had to wait ten minutes for a replace, ent steak, by which time the rest of us had finished our main courses. However the bill reflected this issue. Otherwise a lovely evening with great food, thank you
Great food and nice friendly service, probably one of the best restaurants in the area, would recomend
A busy bustling restaurant with good food and service without pretensions. Premier fixed price menu has a great selection of classic bistro dishes. Most enjoyable!
The best Dover sole I have eaten in years, and so generous. And preceded by delicious crab bisque. those were monthly specials, but our favourite from the regular menus the duck was as pleasing as ever, as was the creme brulee (better at Cote than anywhere). All this with smiling helpful service from the staff bringing the food from the kitchen, the waiters and manager Demetrius.
Nice ambience and, when it finally arrived, good food. Our starters arrive promptly. The onion soup was excellent - rich and tasty - and the Breton tomato salad also excellent. But then we waited, and we waited, and we waited, for our main courses to arrive. Nothing happened. We pointed out to the waitress that we had been waiting over half an hour. She said it would just be three minutes, it was another 10. Clearly something had gone wrong, as people who had arrived later than us had been served well before. When it did come the sea bass with fennel was perfect, the salmon very good, and the fish parmentier also good. What is disappointing is that there was no proper explanation for the delay, nor any proper apology. In the end we felt we had no choice but to ask for the 12.5% "optional gratuity" that had been added to the bill to be removed. Again when we asked for that, there was no attempt to apologise or even to ask why we were dissatisfied. Previous experiences at this restaurant had been excellent, so it is disappointing that this should happen. We'll give it one more chance.
Very helpful and attentive staff, remembered I was gluten free, and overall a nice afternoon with good food. Fourth time I have eaten there and its good value for money too.
As usual, a great meal, well presented. We were a group of 4 and we all enjoyed our food. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Above all - excellent value
Great atmosphere, with staff who are always polite and really helpful. A great Sunday lunch (the food was lovely, as always) and we’ll definitely be returning soon.
The staff seemed to 'go the extra mile' to provide a good service in spite of my having dining alone on a busy Saturday evening
We had another really good meal at Cote. Food was excellent - sole and steak. Was a slight mix up with the wine but that was fine. Service was good and it was great to be welcomed warmly by the Manager and Assistant Manager and by some other staff. There was a table nearby that started to get a little loud as the night went on, but not too bad. A really great Ealing restaurant.
Very nice food served in a well laid out restaurant with excellent surroundings which comes with a brilliant and efficient service - highly recommended -
Very curteous and helpful staff. Good food including a good selection to choose from. Although our breakfasts were a little late arriving, we were given a reduction to our bill without us requesting this or making it a complaint! A very nice surprise -we will use Cote Ealing again!
Friendly and attentive staff and delicious food. It was my birthday, and my dessert (on the house) was brought out with a candle and the staff sang Happy Birthday to me! I would really recommend going to Cotes.
I ve never been to cote Ealing before( only the one in Turnham Green Terrace,) but excellent food and service! We will certainly visit again.
Beautiful Crab Bisque, Excellent Sole Meuniere, Friendly service as usual. We go here about once a month and have rarely had anything but really good food and great service.
My wife and I enjoyed cote eal ing Good food Good selection off wine Serv Ice fast and efficient We will be back.as we have only just found this jem
Excellent Breton fish stew, served with slivers of French bread. The service was attentive but not intrusive. There was. background music, but not loud. Enjoyable experience overall.
What can I say Cote is one of my favourite places to eat, for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Nothing is a problem for them even when they are so busy. Highly recommend for all ages. Bravo
Pleasant service, though a tiny bit slow in taking the order given that the place was half empty. Food was good except for one very tough steak frites. Unfortunately it was a youngster who had the tough one- the other two steak frites were fine - and we all thought he was just being fussy until he'd nearly managed to finish it and one of the adults tried the piece he couldn't manage. But Cote is a good place for an informal meal, with plenty of choice, and I would certainly recommend it.
Our first visit here. Ambience, selection of food and staffing were very good. We were there for Sunday lunch. We will definitely go back again.
As always enjoyable food and company! The new August menu had new dishes which were very good and tasty! The service was as good as usual! Good experience
As always, greeted by attentive and friendly staff. We started with a fabulous elderflower gin and tonic which was fabulous and looked beautiful. The food was great - I really enjoyed my duck confit and the wine flowed.... lovely.
Excellent service as always, we booket very early so the place was empty, which felt like we had the whole restaurant to us! Amazing Lattes definitely recommend with your breakfast!
The food was amazing (as it always is). Unfortunately, we were charged for the complimentary gin and tonics, which were part of the deal. This was particularly embarrassing as we were treating our boss to a meal and had to challenge the final bill.
I would definitely recommend the chicken liver pate with the onion marmalade..absolutely delicious. Fast, efficient service as always and not too heavy on the wallet!
As usual great service and food. Excellent Parmentiere and duck. House red needs a bit of breathing, but good then. Excellent chocolate pot and lemon tart.
Very good service. Good weekday lunch menu (particularly good on a bank holiday Monday). Good fries. The crème caramel can be on the too-sweet side. Overall always a good experience
Party of six First course missing for one guest.all had to wait. Side courses ordered and failed to turn up. Have dined at Cote for many years and have always been delighted. Sadly on this occasion very dissapointing.I hope that in the future this will not become the norm
Nice ambience and plenty of seating areas with space. The food was lovely and tasty, the service was a bit slow later in the evening, but the staff was friendly and provided good service.
Food and wine excellent. Good, unobtrusive service. Free cocktails provided on arrival without having to ask. Altogether, we has a very pleasant evening, and will certainly go again.
Went to celebrate our daughters birthday. Lovely meal ,good service and a good ambience in the restaurant. Even gave her a surprise cake/ birth day desert.
Still love it here. Service felt a bit rushed and understaffed.
Outstanding service ! ! ! Thank you for made my daughter’s birthday special. You are the best of the best ! ! ! X x x
We had a most enjoyable time at Cote Ealing last night. It was my Mum's 92 nd birthday and the staff made it extra special for Mum. The staff in Ealing are really lovely and kind and efficient, without rushing you. The food was delicious and the service excellent. We love Cote Ealing.
We went at a very quiet time of day but the service was still good and had a large choice of menus and prices to choose from.
We had a warm welcome from the Assistant Manager, who seated us at our requested table. It was nice that he had reserved it based on my online booking request. We had very good food and service throughout. It was my partner’s birthday, as I had mentioned in the reservation, so a small recognition, for a regular visitor would have been nice. Looking forward to returning on Friday!
As ever the staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive and quality of the food was excellent as it always is...always a pleasure visiting Cote in Ealing!! Thanks - Bron
