Côte Ealing

The restaurant was busier and noisier than expected for a Monday evening so we did wait a little for service, not enough to be an issue. Also we had planned to have the lobster which had run out. Over all a good meal with pleasant staff.

Lobster and a cocktail- for two! Top service and great smiles x thanks. What more can a gal want?

The food on this occasion was very disappointing. We ordered croque monsieur but the bread was horrible, all soggy and pappy. I will go back as this was just a blip, usually it is lovely.

Another visit to Cotes Ealing. Although we arrive as booked at 6.45 pm on a Thursday evening, we waited until 8:15 before the main course arrived. Admittedly, the restaurant was very busy but it was obvious that the staff were struggling to meet demand and expectations. Cotes need to have extra staff at hand if the restaurant becomes busy or turn away customers who have not booked in order to provide a good service for those that have booked (although that is unlikely to happen)

As usual Cote excelled. Great breakfast with friends visiting for the weekend.

Fantastic menu for July. Great lobster and gin cocktail. Service quite exceptional with such attention to our needs. Thank you, Frances, Alicia and Anya.

Service friendly and welcoming as usual. However, my main of the pork belly was overcooked, dry and difficult to chew. An unusually unsatisfactory meal.

We were well looked after and we had a lovely meal. I think charging for bread is excessive especially as the king prawn started needs it

We went to Cote for dinner with friends. It was a great evening and in particular the service was quick attentive and very courteous. Food was great, except my Fish Parmentier, was not really good. If we are picky, it is the noise that lets it slightly down, but that is expected as the tables lack soft furnishing (Table cloths). Otherwise, Cote remains our favourite Brasserie.

I like Cote the food is always good sometimes excellent. However on this occasion we all chose the supplementary priced Rib Eye steak and two were over cooked and the steaks were not the 8oz advertised on the menu. I have professional experience, and as a chef I judge they were no more than 6oz precooked weight. So, we not only paid extra we got less than promised, disappointing, particularly as one of the overcooked steaks was my sons birthday treat!

Rubbish Truck parked right outside window by our table for some while which was no particularly pleasant. As regularly eat here when visiting my Aunt food and service good and what we are used to. Dessert of frozen berries and white chooolate sauce not quite what I expected but exactly as description handful of frozen berries!

Really good lunch, excellent food great atmosphere and great value.

Had a nice brunch and a catch up with my siblings today, first time at Cote’s for ages!! Well worth the visit. French b’fast was lovely and great value for money. Fantastic service and ambiance, will defo be back sooner rather than later.

As always, there was a warm welcome as we arrived at the restaurant. We were soon sitting down with drinks and the menus, although really we did not need the menu as we had come for the Chateaubriand! We enjoyed the heritage tomatoes/chesse and chicken liver parfait starters. The meat was cooked perfectly and was delicious. The cheese and chocolate mousse for dessert were both great. Excellent service for the whole team, including Manager Anya. We will be back soon!

Thoughtful service which made for a special evening of birthday celebration. Delicious food and nice surroundings. I have dinned here on several occasions and the food consistently good.

Despite the restaurant looking a little understaffed and busy, my family and I had a lovely time and appreciated the waitresses efforts. The food was lovely and a lovely cake was sent over to my mum for her birthday which was great!

I was very disappointed. I use this branch a lot as it is my local. 2 friends joined me from the U.S. who were already seated having drinks before I arrived. When the waitress ( with attitude ) served me I said I would have the Negroni on offer, she retorted curtly that it is only available with the A La Carte menu, at which time we didn't know what we were going to order, as it happened 1 of our orders was a La carte, but it left a very bad taste, as the previous month when I took my sisters the Rhubarb martinis were proffered immediately..Disappointed...where have all the good waiters gone...

Service with a smile as always. The seasonal lamb rump was delicious but the serving of salad and green beans a little sparse. The children's sausage and mash with honey glazed carrots was a good sized portion and very tasty.

Food was good but portions small. Service very impersonal and not welcoming. Expensive for what was served. Felt part of a large, impersonal chain.

I’m a regular visitor to Cote In Ealing it was Fathers Day so the Restaurant was very busy, my usual Prawn Gratinee was a disappointment this time not very warm little sauce in the dish. Staff lovely and very helpful.

The only criticism was that the toast and apple tart on this visit wasn’t crispy—texture was as if it had been reheated in a microwave. Otherwise a very tasty dinner, as usual. Delicious, perfect frites.

A friend and I went a la. Carte for.this lunch and took advantage of the complimentary drink vouchers I had been on my last visit last Tuesday.Food was delicious as always and nicely presented.
