We had a fantastic evening. The manager Annia was amazing. She really looked after us, we wanted a french dessert not on the menu and she managed to get the chef to make it up for us. She really make the evening for us, hats off to her for doing her job so well.

Very disappointed.The service was prompt which is excellent at a busy Friday evening..One of the main courses we complained about.Belly of pork it was 50% fat so inedible.The waitress did not take our complaint seriously in fact no acknowledgement at all.Also when we paid there was no thank you or interaction. This is not what I have experienced before.Your restaurant has always dressed genuine complaints but this time sadly lacking.

Sardine starter was not good. Small an odd taste.. like older fish. My husband couldn’t eat it and he’s not fussy. Chicken main course was better. Only the most expensive glass of white was palatable

Large groups arriving can put real pressure on serving staff impacting service elsewhere. Also in the space design with lots of hard surfaces noise level with big groups communicating across the room can be significant. However it is always good value and nice food to compensate.

Always excellent 'steak frites' and coupon reduction made it all the more attractive

I have coeliac disease so I was delighted to enjoy a wonderful meal that was safe for me to eat. My husband enjoyed his meal too and the wine was perfect. Thanks very much!

Lovely service but I visit cote ally and the food has lost its quality, had to get my steak changed as it was too chewy and also the portion of mushroom sauce is so small!

We had a wonderful meal at Cote last night in unusual circumstances. The local staff, who are all fantastic, were going out for their staff post-Christmas party, and so the staff who stood in for them came from the Chiswick branch of Cote. I have to say they were equally superb and looked after us really well, being particularly obliging in responding to our very specific requirements. I am gluten-free and my friend wanted less cream. We were both really grateful for their kindness and professionalism. I'm not sure how you spell his name but Andrea was in charge and Irena was particularly attentive. I just love Cote - now the Chiswick staff as well as the amazing Ealing staff.

Food great, value excellent with the January offer. Usually I can’t fault the service at Cote but on this occasion we had to send the bill back as it was wrong and the waitress did try and argue with us that she gave us large glasses of wine. We asked for small and were served small but she tried to tell us she gave us large. Other than that all good!

Great surroundings, attentive staff. Good food. Slightly expensive, but well recommended. I go there at least once a week.

Understaffed. Asked multiple times to be served. When raised to management there was initially quite an abrupt response that we should have asked for more assistance (which we had), however after it was brought to their attention we were served promptly thereafter.

Very nice meal, efficient friendly staff. Will be back.

A really disappointing meal. We frequent Cote and usually love our meals here but this afternoon the service was poor and the cream on the pot au chocolate was rancid.

My friend and I really enjoyed our visit to Cote Ealing on 2 January. The stylish surroundings , the good quality and good value food and also the friendly, attentive staff made the visit a very enjoyable one. I would definitely come here again and recommend it to friends.

Lovely ambience, friendly staff, beautifully cooked food. The only downside was that I thought it a little mean not to include bread with the soup!

We always have the French Steak and Crème Caramel. This time our steak looked and tasted wrong. The manager did replace them but with the same result. I felt the steaks were different from the usual cut of meat. Had a good response from the manager. We are rather worried that the next meal may have it wrong again. I hope the problem is fixed soon as Cote Brasserie is one of our favourite outing.

The service is good as always. The only downside to our visit this time was the chef makes the mussels sauce very very watery. We pointed this out at the time too. It is meant to be a sauce on the mussels not a bowl of water.

Very good value and excellent service. I held back a star because our table was near the door and it was a bit cold with the draught.

Excellent food and service even though they were understaffed for New Year’s Day. The waiting staff did their utmost best to provide the best service and apologise for any delays.

Went for lunch on New Years Day. Booked for midday and it was very busy with breakfasts and obviously a bit understaffed as they were working flat out. Booked a specific table online but it wasn’t allocated to us on arrival, nevertheless we were given a good table. Overall it was a good experience and the staff were attentive even though they were run off their feet.. We weren’t offered the fixed price menu as it wasn’t available but we saw other people with it later on? We are regulars but I do wonder if they actually read the online requests as this is not the first time that ours has not been granted.

Courses served in a rush, empty glasses etc not cleared, main served no cutlery, drinks order forgotten. Not a good experience

The lady serving us did well. The food was good value for money. The overall experience tonight Is 4 because the amouse Bouche and starters were served at the exact same time to our table and we didn’t get our starting drinks included in the price

This is the best place for breakfast in Ealing. Plenty of choice, including a delicious veggie option and an unbeatable all-in formula making it outstanding value. Add to that the lovely ambiance and friendly service. so we don't go anywhere else.
