Excellent food, hospitality and service as always. Cote Dorking never fails to impress and it is for this reason it's my number one choice for entertaining guests. I can highly recommend this branch. You will not be disappointed.

We like going to Cote because the food is always consistently good, service is excellent and the ambience lovely. No matter which restaurant you go to, you are generally assured of a pleasant dining experience!

Two words........absolutely fantastic!!! Parents over from Texas, so my partner and I decided to take them for dinner. We all had a wonderful time. Very busy tonight but the service was outstanding.

The credit card machine was unusable, so I had to pay cash. If I had not got some with me, it would have meant no meal! Not good enough.

Good food and pleasant waiting staff. We booked a reward of two Kir royals but they charged us for these.Irritating that we had to spend time getting these off the bill when it was a birthday meal.

The full English breakfast was superb value for money and included a fruit juice and pot of tea in the price. Everything was cooked well.

The waiter interrupted our conversation to take our orders on a couple of occasions during the night. The offers menu was almost identical to a few months ago - not much variety.

Always a delightful experience at Dorking Cote. The friendly staff couldn't be more helpful or professional. Food is always delicious, fresh & presented well. I'd definitely recommend.

Service quick, calamari tasty but a bit oily, steak was a bit chewy. Delicious puddings. Overall tasty meal & excellent price with the set menu before 7pm

Service good. I feel that spending £17.95 for a main dish (Sole) and then having to spend extra for a vegetable is excessive. I also feel that having 12.5% grats automatically is wrong and tips should be at. the clients discretion

A very nice brunch. Friendly staff. It became harder to attract their attention as our meal progressed, but we had a good experience all round.

Good atmosphere, once a rather noisy large group had left. Efficient service by the staff. and very nice food which was also good value. Anniversary menu gave welcome additional food choices.

Always a treat to go to Cote in Dorking. Excellent two course meal. Good service with a nice atmosphere. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Have visited this restaurant many times and have always found the service and quality of food very good. Prompt service and very attentive staff, any query promptly dealt with.

Friendly and good service. Food was good and hot when served our only criticism was that the fish pie was tasty but too small. Would happily return and recommend to friends.

We were celebrating our friends birthdays. The staff were very accommodating, attentive but not intrusive. Went here with my parents in law. The food was good. I would recommend the steak frites. Very tasty and tender meat great with the garlic butter and good value.

We had a very nice breakfast. Tasty food and good service by friendly and helpful staff. The vegetarian breakfast is fresh and tasty. I'm not vegetarian but still really enjoy the breakfast.

Fantastic service and a good range of choices on the menu. We had steaks, lamb shank and sole and they were all excellent. It's a shame vegetables have to be ordered extra and that is not immediately apparent. There is also a great choice of wines which are very reasonably priced. We left feeling very full and disappointed that we had no room for dessert.

The set menu at lunch is great value and provides a good choice of starters, mains and desserts. The waiters are very attentive and the restaurant setting very relaxing.

I love the Cote chain and Dorking is one of my favourite places to go. The food is always enjoyable and reasonably priced with attentive service.

COTE Dorking was really superb today....the staff are very professional, the service is excellent, the food superb...we had the plaice and also the seabass..the restaurant is spotlessly clean, and well worth a visit. We have eaten at several COTE Brasseries, and Dorking is certainly the best one we have tried, consistently high standards, well run, and very motivated staff who operate as a quite exceptional team...try it for your self...you will not be disappointed..but probably best to book ahead and there is an opportunity to comment if you have any special requests, or allergies..

The staff are always very friendly and helpful in the Dorking Cote. As usual the food was of a good standard and plenty of choice. We went to the restaurant as we had received an offer for a complementary glass of Kia Royal to help celebrate a birthday, when the bill arrived we had been charged for the Kia Royal, but this was soon sorted out and the bill changed. We will be going again :0)

Excellent food and service coupled with a great atmosphere meant that we had a thoroughly enjoyable evening to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary - very agreeable!

Four of us had a very nice lunch here. Menu and food excellent. We all enjoyed it. Have been in here previously in the evening but preferred lunch time. It gets too dark, gloomy and depressing when the lights go down too low.

Green salad was old and brown and the replacement not much better. Roasted carrots - weren't. Seemed to be lightly boiled and then glazed. Everything else OK.

An excellent meal as always. The Tomates Breton starter was delicious and has even been enhanced since last time with the addition of capers to add some piquancy. The rib eye steak was cooked perfectly. The creme brulee was delicious, with a perfectly crispy thin layer of sugar on top. The waiter helpfully advised against the choice of dessert wine with my friend's chocolate mousse, advising that port would be a much better option - and he was right. Service was genuinely friendly and attentive, as we have come to expect from here. We always have a lovely dining experience here, which is why we keep going back!

Good food, good service, a lovely ambience - a little bit if France in England. Alot to choose from on the menu with an adequate wine list.

Overall experience excellent, I was happy about the service but my friend found it too slow, the restaurant was busy but I think meals are for savouring!

We had breakfast. Tasty Vegetarian breakfast and crepe with good quality coffee. The staff are always friendly and attentive. The service is efficient and prompt. I'd always recommend it.
