Beautiful breakfast as ever. Friendly staff who always have a warm welcome. Would recommend thoroughly as the food is always fresh and to a high standard.

Lovely welcome , smiley waitress, given plenty of time to choose food, which was well presented and thoroughly enjoyed by myself and 3 guests. We will return.

Food and service were great although my tuna (nicoise) wasn't quite as pink as I expected. That didn't spoil our experience though. Service was attentive and friendly but not obtrusive. Great Sunday lunch.

Very good new Spring menu. Service appropriate for an evening meal. Wine not chilled enough. Noise level quite acceptable in back room. Will return soon.

Good food. Service was extremely quick. Perhaps just a bit too much. Felt rushed. I know it is a fine line between waiting and rushing. But that was our opinion.

Very good service. Wide choice of dishes for breakfast to suit everyone. My full English breakfast was delicious. Cote always delivers at anytime of the day.

Friendly staff, tasty food. We had the set menu which was good value. Prompt service. Easy to park nearby. Would go there again. Did not try the a la carte menu.

A lovely brunch with friends. Just a pity the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon plate is not included in formule, especially given it's the same price a la carte as the full English, French and vegetarian breakfasts and the eggs royale, all of which are included in the great value formule.

Great food, ambience and service. Would highly recommend. Best meal out for a long time and will definitely be returning. A very pleasant experience in a comfortable and relaxed environment.

Good food, excellent service and great atmosphere. We had the 2 course menu with starter and main. Plenty of choice. Cheese for dessert which was very good.

The usual high standard reliable menu we went for a family Easter catch up. Little one, 2, well catered for aswell, small plate to share from us all and single scoop dessert.

Always a lovely atmosphere, staff are most attentive.There is a wide selection of excellent meals.Eating at Cote’s is always an enjoyable experience so we look forward to the next visit.

My rib eye steak was inedible as even with a steak knife, it could not cut through the gristle. The staff were most apologetic and cooked a replacement. It is for this reason I rated my experience 4.

As a regular visitor to Cote Dorking today was disappointing. The service was slow and there was a long hair in one of the main course dish.

Really delicious food. A well run ship regarding staff and attention to my lupin allergy was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend. Love the menu and the atmosphere.

Was looked after by multiple attentive waiters and even the manager. Very special evening made more enjoyable by cote staff. Already planning the next visit.

Abosoltuley amazing food, can’t fault at all, been to this restaurant a few times, never fails to dissapoint! Great way to celebrate anniversary! Will be back!

My daughter's steak was covered in black pepper. It caused to cough violently and her fries were already salted. We believe that condiments should be used according to the taste of the customer and not the chef's. Not everyone would use black pepper or salt. The steak was changed but there was no apology. We were told that if we didn't want pepper on the steak we should say so when ordering but the menu gave no indication that there would be pepper on the steak or salt on the fries.

There were five of us seated and we ordered starters and mains. The starters came but the mains were one short. So consequently we had to wait ages for all our mains. Then when they brought them out they were still one short. So one steak and frites was cold on arrival. The service was not as it should be.

Lovely meal, attentive service. Managed a group of 7 without any problems. Enjoyed our meal. Second time eating here, both times have been good. Will go back

The restaurant offers a varied menu catering for all and the food is tasty and well presented. On arrival the staff are friendly and service throughout the meal is good. The restaurant offers a genial atmosphere for either couples or larger family groups.

Food was goof. Just about hit enough. No atmosphere Restaurant half empty but we were sat near a large noisy party. Didn’t complain at the time as was invited by friends.

Food and service as good as ever. Very good value and even gave us the complimentary kir royals I was due, but had forgotten to book.

Warm welcome, prompt and attentive service and food that hits the spot. That this is consistent is why Côte becomes our first thought and frequently our natural port-of-call.

Côte Dorking is a very well run restaurant. In my own experience the food there is consistently good and the staff always friendly and courteous.

The service this week was very good, last week it was a bit poor. The food was excellent. The wine deal was very welcome and appreciated.

It was very noisy, maybe we could have been offered a table further away from the large group. The food was delicious but my husband ordered lemon tart but was served tart au pomme. I suspect the waitress could not hear us clearly in view of the noise level.

Fantastic venue with extremely professional and friendly staff, we just love going to Cote Dorking - food always delicious, great specials, can’t fault it. Highly recommended.

9 of my friends and I enjoyed a very successful lunch today. Most of us had the set menus and the food as always was delicious. Some of my friends had never been to a Cote before but will certainly go again.

Cote Dorking: Booked online, couldn't be easier, Slightly dodgy greeting with the Maitre d' rushing out saying welcome, one of the staff will deal with you but very friendly greeting and attentive service thereafter, communicative, helpful, gave time to settle in with menus and wine lists then drinks provided swiftly, orders taken and starters provided in minutes, food was good and sufficient, house-wine (white) good with Chicken and surprisingly tasty with tarte au citron. Compared with a recent local italian eatery, service in half the time despite being busy.

As always a beautiful meal at an excellent price. The staff at Dorking are helpful and courteous. As a coeliac requiring a strict gluten free meal the careful attention to detail at Cote means I can relax and enjoy my meal with confidence.

Good food and service at reasonable prices. Complimentary drink offer as we had tickets to a nearby show was an added bonus. Would definitely visit again.

Three meals were good my fish was raw in the middle, they handle it very well did not charge and we will go back. again as we like the food.

Food was good standard, as expected. I was surprised at final bill as, although it was correct, I had not expected it to be as large.

Fantastic meal to celebrate a birthday. Perfect table in corner of restaurant. Delicious crab followed by fish parmentier and lemon tart. Definitely be coming back.

I've been to this Cote a few times and the food and service have always been good. On this occasion I took my mum for Mother's Day lunch and we both had the pork belly, which was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The staff were, as always, friendly and attentive and all in all it was a lovely meal. My only criticism is that it does tend to be a bit noisy in there and we were seated near the cutlery / trays etc station and there was a bit of dropping of things and so forth, which was very very noisy, perhaps a rethink on how that area is used. All in all, a lovely meal though.

Staff seemed distracted on a special day ( mother’s day). Wrong order came, fixed quickly but other meals were cold. Not the quality I expected from cote.
