Côte Dorking

Overall very good experience, especially given the size of the table with 26 people. A little disappointed that despite putting through all the orders on time, when we arrived they said we were missing 3 orders (when I called the day before they had them all though) and they missed the allergy again despite me reminding several times. However the staff were very good even with the errors and the food was great.

Spacious restaurant, but with a good feel. Staff were attentive but not overly so. I had the cod coujons with fries and minted peas.it was excellent and a very good size portion .

Super meal with lots of choice and special season menus. Good value and friendly attentive staff. My favourite - warm endive salad starter - delicious!

Delicious and arguably, the best breakfast around, with wide choice - including gluten free - superb service too. Thank you Cote for always coming up 'trumpet'

As usual with Cote Bistros the overall experience is always good and the food is excellent and the Service superb. Always pleased to return. In fact I went to Cote in Esher yesterday, booked by a friend.

Great atmosphere, great service and excellent food. We were looked after very well and all the staff were friendly and attentive. The whole restaurant was buzzing.

it was a lovely meal...the manageress was charming and let us choose our table...the service was very good...by a lovely smiling waitress...the food was lovely and it was excellent value for money !

The reason that we keep returning to eat at Cote in Dorking is not only the excellent food, but also the interaction between guests and staff. We are always welcomed warmly and looked after during our visits.

Delighted with our meal. The service was excellent, so friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious exceeding our expectation. The atmosphere was just right, lighting perfect. The staff provided superb customer service, attentive but not over bearing. Will be back again soon!!

Always reliable. Manager and staff on hand , nothing too much trouble. Relaxing experience all round. Will definitely come again. Food first rate, well presented and tasty.

Enjoyed the whole experience but was slightly disappointed with the sea bass rather a thin fillet served with a very small amount of spinach & only noticed the sauce at the end. The service was excellent and all the staff very helpful, courteous and welcoming

We made a last minute decision to go to Cote in Dorking on Saturday evening. Fortunately, they had a table left when we booked. We had a truly excellent meal, with all four of us having different starters, main courses and puddings every one of which was delicious. The service was, as usual, friendly and efficient and we have already booked to return.

Food and service here is always good. Took advantage of the £34.95 Smart Offer with four additional items. Final bill was completely unfathomable showing nine itemised entries totalling £80.10 with a £8.90 gratuity and £62.33 credit from Quandoo. This left a sub total which I was able to confirm with the aid of my phone calculator was for the four additional items and service charge. Took matter up with manager who said that this was for their accounting purposes. Someone should look into simplifying the bill format in these circumstances.

As always food consistently good with lots to choose from and great service. Cote offer a menu for everyone and affordable options which really matters.

Food was good. Staff very attentive. Price was about standard for a mid week dinner. Was more expensive than anticipated had to go for the more expensive set menu as the cheaper one was not to my taste.

We enjoyed another delicious meal at Cote in Dorking. There were 6 of us and we all had different meals all of which were excellent. The staff, as always, were charming and personable.

A special breakfast before taking my husband to the rugby for his birthday. A great way to start the day. Great food and great friendly customer service.

Lovely atmosphere. We had three courses from the a la carte menu.I had the calamari which was delicious, followed by a beautiful rib eye steak with blue cheese butter.To finish-,a smooth chocolate mousse.Very scrummy. Great wines to go with it.

We had good courteous service and the three of us enjoyed our well presented meal, which we all agreed was good aluette for money value

After a warm welcome by name, the food was served quickly. It was well cooked and ho, on a hot plate. The best value restaurant I know.

A warm.welcome as ever. Great selection of breakfast.I.had the french breakfast which was delicious.Would thoroughly recommend. The breakfast deal with two.drinks and hot breakfast is very good.

I felt everything was a bit of an effort for the staff. It was a shame. Not as efficient as Guildford Cote and definitely not as welcoming.

Friendly welcome. Helpful staff who are polite and not in your face. Great atmosphere and would recommend to anyone. Breakfast is scrumptious and worthy of trying.

A nice vibe in the restaurant and the regular staff welcoming and provided good prompt service. The food and drinks were fresh and tasty as always.

I was served very quickly, with a perfectly cooked meal. £11.95 for a steak is the best value any where. I always get a warm welcome.

Quiet Sunday night supper, impeccable service, superb food. Duck with veg, lovely sides, crottin and salad. Music level (jazz) just right, so perfect for conversation too. Couldn’t fault it.

Great food, good atmosphere, nice wine list. Met up with a work friend for lunch and had a good time. Creme caramel was soon good.

Situated off road, the restaurant has a lively atmosphere and the service is good. Our salmon was a little over cooked but the other courses were very fine.

Overall good experience. however my Steak Frites was served lukewarm and was rather tough. Good atmosphere . my guests enjoyed there meal . Convivial venue

Cote Dorking's early evening menu is such good value. We prefer to eat early so always benefit from their deals, especially if we have children with us

Cote DORKING never let's us down. Wether it's for breakfast,lunch or dinner . Happy smiley staff and reliable menu. Food is always fresh and well presented. We know we can rely on getting just what we ordered and served with a smile!

A beautiful restaurant with friendly, helpful staff. Tasty food as ever and great lattes. Could do with a bit more English breakfast as portions have definitely gone down and price slightly up.

Fantastic service by all the staff and the food was excellent. We had starters main courses and a dessert plus a Kir Royal for all. Really recommend
