Excellent food and service would recommend with out a doubt

We mostly enjoyed our meal but I did mention that my second starter, which I had for a main meal was disappointing. I had the cold meats and toasted bread, well the bread was inedible as it was too tough to put the pate on plus the onion on top of the salad was dry and not freshly cut. As I say disappointing. Noise level was good as practically empty and we specifically asked for somewhere quiet. Manager not bothered.

We have visited Cote on many occasion and all times of the day and have always found the food to be very good and with excellent service. thank you.

Think this place is top class love service and the food is to die for definitely recommend it to everyone

As usual the food was spot on, service was good I think you need one more server as the Dorchester brasserie is always busy. The only downfall was the starter was missing the lardons. However we enjoyed everything. Swordfish cooked to perfection! Pork belly also cooked to perfection. The sea bream was full of flavour and again perfect. Thank you for maintaining the standards. Really wonderful evening supper experience thank you, we were unfortunately delayed by late train, yet Dorchester Cote Brasserie were very helpful and quickly rearranged our booking for half hour later. Menu is absolutely wonderful, so many tasty dishes to suit all, our Swordfish was beautifully presented and absolutely scrumptious too. The service was really excellent and perfectly times too thank you. Thoroughly recommended and we can hardly wait to dine there again soon, thank you to all staff there.

Fabulous brunch! Very attentive staff, quick service and amazing food. We were a very large group 45 people but the service was outstanding, thank you so much, we will be back.

We really enjoyed our visit to Côte, we chose the set menu at £18.95. My French onion soup starter was delicious, very authentic. I then had the pork loin which was very tender and tasty. Finished with my favourite, chocolate mousse, again delicious. All in all, a lovely evening...the only downside was adding 12.5% service change to the bill.

Fully booked for Valentines night but we were still made to feel special with lovely, attentive staff and excellent food. Thank you all, we will be back again soon.

First class waitress who looked after us very well. We received a warm welcome and given a kid royal which was a nice touch.

excellent as usual, we come here quite a lot now, always the same level of service, a very enjoyable experience. Dorchester is so much better than Yeovil.

Excellent birthday celebration enjoyed by everyone with good food & service

The food it great though the pork belly was slighlty on the small side. Staff are friendly and attentive just not much personality there. We went early about 6 and got a table easily it started to get really busy aroun 7pm this was on a saturday.

Very good meal, yet again, at Cote in Brewery Square, Dorchester. Menu was all so tempting we could hardly make our minds up and the waiter was very patient! Lovely food and atmosphere.

Excellent service, friendly atmosphere and very good food and wine. I would certainly recommend this restaurant.Dining at its best in a very good location in the heart of Dorchester.

Although the restaurant was very busy the food arrived promptly and was very tasty , good portion size . Was overcharged on the bill but was rectified without hesitation

Really good meal, well worth the money and great staff. Gabriella was our waitress and she was great, looked after us and was a perfect ambassador for Cote’s. My only concern and why Cote’s don’t get full marks is the mandatory 12.5% service charge in bills, this to me should be optional.

A wonderful meal for my husband's birthday and our wedding anniversary with attentive staff as usual, with special thanks to Calvin who looked after us so well. Thank you.

We had the offer meal of two courses for less than £15 and were not disappointed. Excellent duck pate starter and pork belly main. Waiters were wonderful. Lovely restaurant with a good atmosphere. Recommended.

Great ambience. Tasty food with excellent portion sizes. A quality dining experience but suitable for families too...,an unusual find! I would consider a visit to Côte a treat!

The food is always very well cooked, there are monthly specials added to the menus for variety. Service is excellent at the Dorchester restaurant with friendly efficient staff. We like that the bill is offered with service included and that the tip goes in full to the staff as it should.

As usual excellent friendly service and a lovely warm atmosphere on a cold windy evening. Our party of 4 had a variety of dishes all of which were lovely 😊

All four in our party had a fantastic meal food is lovely as usual cooked to perfection. Staff very polite and helpful we love this restaurant.

The only thing I would criticise was that it was draughty sat by the window every time the door opened. Overall a pleasant evening at Cote Dorchester.

As regular clients of Cote Dorchester I can only reiterate the reviews I have made previously - consistency, excellent staff, friendly and the food is always the same quality ie you don’t feel that you think a different chef is on duty. Thelma

Having booked table we were shown to table by kitchen door then toilet door. Finally shown table at front of restaurant. Why, when we had booked, weren’t we shown that table first?

A very satisfactory experience quality food value for money and good friendly service

Excellent as always - marvellous French formula (probably better than going to Paris at the moment), a comprehensive menu with lots of choice and a good French wine list. All four of us were delighted with both food and service hence the top rating.

We ate off the bargain January menu starting at 6 PM so there was a slight lack of atmosphere due to low numbers, no doubt explained by the threat of snow. The meal was excellent I had the soup my wife had the ham with remoulade. My mains was pork fricassee and hers was chicken, cannot remember exactly how was cooked but it was good.Out of pure greed I had a chocolate pot to finish. Two large glasses of wine and a bill of £45 including the tip. Outstanding value.

We went for a family breakfast today with two toddlers. Food was delicious as usual, and service efficient and friendly. There is not a dedicated childrens menu, however we were able to split one full breakfast between the children. A regular venue of choice for us in Dorchester.

Attended with my cousins from Edinburgh. Very pleasant atmosphere, excellent service and lovely food accompanied by a bottle of Merlot! Would recommend to anyone who enjoys good food and wine!!!
