Thoroughly enjoyable experience having lunch at Cote. Wonderful food, good service, pleasant atmosphere. Any negatives, A tadge fresh sitting by the south facing door. Require to muscle build to be able to open south facing door. 12.5% service charge is high.

Unfortunately we were charged 12.5% "Optional Gratuity" on the bill without our consent and when we paid the bill which included the gratuity, we were unware we had been charged for this. Poor customer service on clarity of billing.

As always, lovely meal and service at Cote Brasserie. Staff are always friendly. 🙂

Amazing 3 course meal for 10 of us! Perfect breaks in between courses and lovely staff. Nothing can be complained about, will most definitely be back.

Excellent food and lovely touches for partners birthday, including some fizzy when we arrived, some candles on pudding and happy birthday written on plate. Was hoping the fizzy may have been complimentary but wasnt which was a shame but more than happy to pay for it when the quality of the food is so high. Thank you!

Excellent food. Although excellent service, 12.5% service charge is very naughty - we aren't in London. It should be the customer's choice to pay a tip. Putting it on the bill would be embarassing for most customers, as they wouldn't want to request to remove it. Luckily I'm not one of those people so had it removed and left my own tip which was fine with you guys. I had a lovely time, will return very soon!

Lovely food with friends Hot Not Rushed Cocktails free as we booked on line - you have to use the correct link - we hadn’t but staff flexible and honoured this anyway.

As we were a party of 8, which understandably can be a bit tricky to handle, the staff were all quite friendly & efficient & everyone seemed to enjoy everything they ordered. Would happily recommend.

A good evening for all four of us. We all had three courses, with one bottle of wine (plus free Kir Royales). All the food was appreciated though two left some of their Chocolate Mousse as a bit too rich/large for them. Attentive staff. Good value for money.

Always a very pleasant experience dining at Cote. We have eaten at many and have never been disappointed. Firstly, and most important the food is lovely and a wide choice, the staff are friendly and the ambience is one of comfort dining. We often have the set menu at a bargain price but last night we dined from the a Ia carte menu which came with the added bonus of a complimentary French Martini cocktail. Good for couples and groups I would heartily recommend.

As I only eat my main at lunchtime (like the French) Cote provides the perfect all round food and setting. Always reliable.

I’m not happy to be expected to pay a service charge , I would rather do that myself . Also after having paid the charge I had to ask for my change . It’s surely up to the customer. Food very good but not as much as we would like .
