Great service as usual from all the friendly and efficient staff. We are always spoilt for choice at Cote and the new June menu additions look interesting-the Hake was good. Cote Crème Brulee is delicious!
The service was poor, with long delays, and when we queried the delay for our main course, explaining we had a train to catch, the waiter was impolite. Two of the extras we had ordered were forgotten, yet we were charged for them on the bill, so we suffered a further delay while the bill was corrected. The food was quite good but overall we were disappointed as we have both been keen fans of Cote.
Such a nice gluten free menu I felt spoilt for choice and not like I was being inconvenient as you often do being gluten intolerant. A true treat with delicious food.
My experience was as always (I am a great fan of Cote but my first visit to this branch) good food, fair price and friendly staff, what more can one ask for
I went with two friends before going to the theatre. We chose the premium menu which is good value with plenty of choice. The restaurant was busy but the service was very efficient and the food excellent.
We always use a Cotes wheneverwe can as the food and service are consisitentley very good. Also good value for money as there as several types of menu to select from.
Although it's a very busy branch, staff are friendly. Booked for birthday offer (free glass of kir royal). At other branches, I've to remind staff, but in here, I don't!! Thank you very much.
Excellent as always. Though busy, service was fast, efficient and friendly. Great food and wine too.Convenient location. The best way to start an evening at the theatre.
Excellent value, as always. Delicious food, good service and - unusually - not too busy (it was Sunday evening). We will certainly be back again.
My experience at cote at Covent Garden was lovely the atmosphere was friendly and buzzing, the food was very good and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely visit again.
Very hard working staff, good service and excellent food. Very busy so a little noisy. Everyone going to a theatre nearby so poor staff rushed of their feet but they coped very well.
Service was very good but food was not hot, very disappointed. Waitress tried to make up for it with a free dessert which was good but still disappointed overall
Brilliant food good wine good service good ....just can not fault it ...
Terrific atmosphere, excellent, speedy, service and great food......not to mention the complimentary Kir Royal and Starter! The staff, as always at Cote restaurants, were extremely friendly and efficient.
Food and service very good. Good Atmosphere lovely but not too noisy. Enjoyed the set menu reasonable price. Only quibble the coffee could have been a bit larger for the cost
Our table by the window was ready for us. The staff were very attentive and they coped with our dietary requirements very well. The meal was excellent.
As usual the food was excellent and of good value. I had a special offer and the system recognised this immediately. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Lovely French restaurant, with excellent food at a good price. Staff were very attentive. There were 6 of us and we were going to see Tina the Musical. Cote Tavistock street is only 3 minutes walk from the Aldwych theatre.
A very pleasant experience, nice food, nice wine at a very reasonable price with staff who took great care to make us comfortable. Thank you.
Love this restaurant, attentive staff and always a good meal. I had lamb rump today, cooked to perfection and delicious. Also perfect creme brûlée. Will be back!
I would like to praise the hard working staff. Specially in a such a busy time they manage great, Silvia from Italy was great. Thank you
Good food At good prices. Great location for Covent Garden and theatre land. Fantastic, professional and friendly staff. They are competing with a lot of restaurants in the area and doing it well!
Excellent food and drink as usual, very busy but quick service. Excellent location. Check bill though as they tried to charge for the complimentary welcome drinks.
Great location for the opera house and the pre-theatre menu is good value and offers a reasonable choice. Couldn’t fault our food and will definitely return.
Another lovely meal and great customer service as always. Thanks Cote!
Very friendly waiters and great service. The manager helped out when needed.
Great place and great value! Always have a nice meal here.
Excellent service and great value for money. Friendly attentive staff. Perfect for any meal; especially recommend for a pre theatre meal. Thanks to the staff.
Great food, great atmosphere and brilliant staff. Some tables a little tight in the tunnel but didn't ruin anything and we were able to easily move :)
Very good experience - next time we visit London we would definitely go again to this restaurant and have no hesitation in recommending in to friends and family.
Another fab meal and experience at this busy Côte but not to busy to look after the Birthday Boy with a complimentary Kir Royal and birthday pud avec candle and chorus Brilliant Many Thanks to the team 👍👍
Went for lunch on a Saturday. Restaurant was busy so a nice buzz creating a nice ambiance, good service, great food and at a reasonable price for Covent Garden area. I would recommend
We had a Sunday lunch here and really enjoyed. Food was absolutely delicious and stuff very professional. Please visit this place and you won’t be disappointed!
We had a perfect meal and the service form our waiter was first class. We had 3 delicious courses and a bottle of Pinot Noir, absolutely delicious, thank you!
Staff were very attentive and friendly, the service was great. We ate of the set menu and food was lovely and good value for money
Helpful staff. Great food. Central location. Very busy in main restaurant asked for quiet part of the restaurant. Sorted with minimum fuss. One ladies loo not flushing.
Excellent service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and not badly priced considering we were in the heart of theatre land. Will definitely go back again.
We enjoyed our meal at Cote before the theatre yesterday. Despite experiencing problems with the gas supply the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and the food was as good as ever. Cote is our first choice of restaurant when in London and will continue to be so.
A great atmosphere on the edge of Convent Gardens. The evening menu contained a good variety of dishes, which coupled with attentive service made for a pleasant experience.
A great venue to have a quick but satisfying meal, pre/post theatre or just meeting up with friends at the end of a wroking day.
Good atmosphere. Good value food served with a smile. Food was perfectly cooked and there was plenty of choice. Will be returning next time we go to the theatre.
Tavistock Street is our favourite branch in central London. We love the tuna nicoise- it’s so good we have it every time. Staff is very welcome and friendly.
Excellent as always. Delicious food, excellent service and great value in a lovely setting. Wide choice on the menu. I would highly recommend dining here.
We have been to Cote on numerous occasions and as always the service and the food were very good. Perfect place for a pre or post theatre dinner.
Mediocre food and service - bit fast food quality maybe just it's location and number of covers the try to fit it. My chicken was a bit dry and no dressing on salad and chips nothing special. Not like other Cote restaurants so it was a bit disappointing
This was excellent as always. Great service and lovely food. The steak frites is the best and the pre theatre menu continues to be great value
excellent good value pre theatre menu. very busy restaurant but good service from attentive staff. food excellent too
As always service was excellent but was very disappointed with my fish, dry and flavourless but my comments were listened to and reaction was perfect
Great service and great food pre theatre menu has a very good choice & value for money. Very attentive towards us considering a very busy restaurant
Good service in a very busy setting. Food excellent. Even coped when an unexpected family member arrived towards end of our meal. Unfazed a place setting was added and meal arrived very quickly. Highly recommended.
