Great service, great food but the tables are packed in and the restaurant is very noisy. The staff are well aware that most diners are heading to the theatres, and ensure you are not left hanging around.

Lively branch of Cote and very busy. I chose different main course but didn't enjoy it as much as previous choices-will remember for next time! Service was ok until it came to clearing first course-we had to ask to se the dessert menu to hurry them along.

Main attractions are the quality in dishes ingredients and the recipes giving a true French bistrot feeling.

Really tasty food, especially fish stew. A truly wonderful Italian waitress, who looked after us splendidly, and even tried to eliminate the cold draught blowing from back to front of restaurant. Who needs cold air when it’s actually cold outside?!

This is a lovely restaurant that has an extensive a la carte menu, a special offer pre and post theatre menu and excellent wine list. I have been to Cote restaurants many times now and would always recommend them to others who like French food.

Daughter’s chicken was over cooked and very dry, service slow and indifferent and the automatic addition of a 12.5% service charge adds insult to injury. Very noisy.

As always, Cote Tavistock Street provides great food, lots of variety and great service at sensible prices. £15.00 for a three course meal anywhere is superb value, in Central London it is astonishing. As this one is slap bang in the middle of Theatre Land and Covent Garden, it gets busy, so it is really worth booking in advance.

Our table wasn’t the best of all , as my boyfriend got his head banged from the waitress rushing around tables. we were not to kin about the tomato salad being a tomato slices with some vinegar. After all the food was delicious. The vine was superb. We will definitely go back there on other occasions.

Excellent start to a Theatre night - have dined here before and the location is excellent. I had the salmon, with beans on a bed of new potatoes, house wine very good, and the dessert creme caramel was just right - attentive service even though mega busy.

Lively and friendly Brasserie in the heart of Covent Garden. Ideal for pre-theatre supper, but best to book as it’s so popular. Usual wide menu and dependable service.
