Wonderful service the staff are very polite and the food was amazing great value for money. second time we have visited here the first time was a few years ago so thought we would go back and it didn’t disappoint. Very highly recommend

Delicious food, fabulous atmosphere and amazing attentive staff! We were kept waiting for 15 mins which was a shame but we were given free Kir Royals to make up for this . We were out to celebrate my daughter's 21st Birthday and the waiters were brilliant and made a big fuss of her ....all singing Happy Birthday as they brought her pudding with a candle in it !

Had a lovely evening at Cote Covent Garden with my friend. Food was good, had a nice quiet table so we could talk. Waiting staff were friendly, informed when I asked questions about a few items on the menu, happy to make changes to our selected items- swapped over two items when asked and overall a really nice experience.

Poor service front start to finish. A lady seated the first of our party near the door in a really awkward spot. Following out arrival other staff were telling customers to pick their seats. The waiting staff removed drinks before they were finished and then when they were took a long time to take our order. The bill arrived with the complimentary cocktails on there it despite us not being able to see the other menus due to us taking this offer.

Very well welcomed, very well served, food was great and at a very good price !

I like the food, the wine is great, customer service is excellent, they are always available whenever you need them.

LIke all Cote's we have been to service, food and surroundings excellent.

Very crowded restaurant, not enough space to have a chat in peace. Food was ready and techniques of having parts ready and mix them just before service wasn't executed in a right way. And this average service cost £100 for two people with two starters and main and only two glass of wine.

Really lovely food and cocktails. Excellent service from the friendly staff. Enjoyable experience all round. Will be back soon.

Good service and food ok but to busy and tables to close, just lacking the personal touch.

Service is good and you always know what you’re going to get with Cotes. Only downside is feeling a bit cramped in. Been to this Cotes numerous times before and every time I go it feels like there’s more tables crammed in than last time Also chips were a tad cold with the steak frites

Good food and very friendly staff, we had pre booked for a party of 8 and the table was a squeeze, we were cramped and this did remove some of the enjoyment from the evening, also some of the sides arrived late and only after we had reminded the waitress.

Pre-prepared Onion soup obviously microwaved. Warm on outside and stone cold at bottom. Very disappointing. Waiter very good. 1st time at CB..hoped for a little more authenticity and less chain.

We waited a while for our table to be ready but were given a glass of champagne each as an apology whilst we were waiting. When we finally got our table we explained to the waiter that we needed to get out by 7.30 for the theatre. He made sure that the service was quick and we managed to fit in three courses plus coffee and out in plenty of time. 👍🏼

The food was lovely - as always - my only complaint was that the main course I ordered was not available and I was only told this well after I had finished my starter. Apparently it was already sold out when I ordered. I understand food does sell out and sometimes the waiting staff are only told once they have placed an order, but I can’t understand why the waiter didn’t come back to me straight away to inform me I would have to change. I had ordered off a set menu and, as I had already eaten my starter from that menu, I had to choose something else off the same menu, but there really wasn’t another main course I particularly wanted. It would have been nice if I had been given the choice to have something off one of the other menus, at the same price as the set menu I had chosen, but I was not given that option.

We had a lovely meal, with kindest good will from our waiter. I did not take his name, but he was from Brazil, and should be complimented He helped us move the table to a quieter spot, and was attentive throughout our long lunch. My only criticism is, the disabled toilet needs restoring. The floor tiles are old, and some, where the door opens are missing, so one could trip on entering. They now look really dirty and marked and let the place down.

Excellent food. Very good value. Great staff. Only complaint was the very limited bathroom facilities.

Our visit went really well from the moment we arrived to a warm welcome, to the wide range of food on the menu and the efficient and friendly service. The meal represented excellent value for money. We shall certainly return, when we are next in London.

Delightful location in London's theatre land.Reception and service were very good, the pre-theatre meal could not be faulted, wine good value per bottle! Will definitely be visiting other outlets in Norwich and Chester. Thanks for helping to make a great evening - Mama Mia!!!

This is a great Cote; always a good atmosphere and the staff are lovely. The food as always was excellent and at a great price. The pre-theatre menu is well priced and excellent.
