We thoroughly enjoyed our time here - a pre theatre meal which managed to seem leisurely and efficient at the same time. The waiting staff were without exception delightful. We would definitely come again in similar circumstances.
fab Food amazing staff and wonderful service atmosphere was good have been to many Cote restaurants all of good standard also greT value for money
Excellent food, great staff and very good value. The restaurant is in a superb position, ideal for Covent Garden and the theatres and shows. Definitely worth a visit
Fabulous attentive service, beautiful food, well presented, in a lovely atmosphere- we had a wonderful evening celebrating my birthday before going to see Tina the musical a few doors away! Thankyou!
A lively Brasserie with an efficient pre theatre menu beside Covent Garden. Lovely hearty French food,I would recommend the pork tenderloin was melt in the mouth tender.
Please let me start by saying we had Brilliant service. Food was as good as always and we consider Cote to be extremely good value for real food NOT fast food.
lovely food and great service! for a table of 3 the value of food was great, the amount of food given as well was very good indeed. highly recommend it and will be going back again.
Essential you book as we arrived at a very busy time and people queuing out the door. Good service and lovely food. If you get sat near the front door though staff may not have been as diligent as they could be in keeping it closed so we were sat in a phenomenal cold draught. Overall good experience, just watch where you sit!
Thank you, Cote Brasserie, for an excellent venue and pre-theatre lunch. Your staff were delightful and the food delicious. One minor complaint ... on a cold day we would have appreciated it if our soup had been piping hot. We will certainly come again.
Always cheerful and busy and yet good quality food and at,osphere - our favourite Cote venue
Great food as always! A very warm welcome and Tom the maitre 'd was very hospitable and charming. Another good evening. Thank you to all
We had an enjoyable meal which was well cooked and served quickly in an efficient manner by our friendly waiter. We also very much enjoyed the French 75 cocktail.
Really lovely evening very attentive staff was a special evening for my daughter and her boyfriend, they had a fabulous time thank you. Always guaranteed a lovely evening xxxx
The restaurant is amazing. The food even better. The wine selection is really good and the staff was very professional and kind. The price is really fair compared to the overqualified food and wine! This is my second time and I will be back at the Leicester Côte Brasserie. Thank you!
Very good ambience and excellent service at just the right pace.
Excellent proper French food and good service at a very reasonable price for the area (pre-theatre menu).
Great food, service and good value. Busy pre theatre time but didn't affect the speed of service or quality of food, staff friendly and welcoming Great food, service and good value. Busy pre theatre time but didn't affect the speed of service or quality of food, staff friendly and welcoming
Had a lovely meal with friends celebrating my birthday staff were attentive and charming thank you all pauline
Food was very good with excellent service, the only minor issue was that the restaurant was very warm and stuffy, an open window or air conditioning would have made the experience more enjoyable.
Food always good but service had no engagement from staff .They always seem so rushed. I will dine again as I always dine once a month at the convent garden Cote
We had a great meal here! The food was delicious and the staff were really friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. And great value too.
Always good. Charlotte the waitress is always charming efficient and attentive. Food excellent as ever
Visited here before the matinee on a Saturday afternoon at a nearby theatre with my my Mum. Great service, great food what more can I say.
Great food, great service and great atmosphere, will return I went with a friend before theatre and was not disappointed, the waitress was very friendly and attentive.
The warm Roquefort salad - the sauce was not warm. The fish gouging were cold and had to be sent back. It was disappointing . We usually really enjoy eating at Cote.
Prompt and courteous service with a great value menu which also has superb food. The french onion soup, followed by the pork belly was excellent. We come back again and again to this wonderful restaurant. Thank you.
excellent location for theatre, good food, good service although very busy, and very good value. Would be happy to go again, when in London. Great overall.
Service was excellent as was the food, but the skin of the belly pork wasn't completely crackling like it was on the previous visit. The only blemish in a very good value meal.
Excellent service, had pre theatre meal. lovely food. Will visit again
Staff were very obliging and pleasant, food was lovely and the atmosphere was good. We will definitely be coming again before we head to the theatre!
We enjoyed the food, the negronis, and the charming service. Thank you for a delightful experience.
Fantastic meal for our family party of 6 in very relaxed atmosphere. Our waitress was very friendly and efficient. The only slightly negative comment is the condition and location of the toilets - in the basement by the kitchen.
We have had a lovely meal with friends. There were 9 of us and we all had a category if started, mains and desserts. All scrumptious. Service from all the staff was friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend. .
Very good food warm and friendly service like all cotes would thoroughly recommend cote in Covent garden and the prestige menu is very good value and not price hyped like a lot of London chain restaurants
Very nice meal at a competitive price and choice of courses, served by very efficient and friendly staff.
Great food, great service! A little noisy. Gluten free options are amazing
It was very nice service, good ambience and super food.
We were expected and a prepared table was waiting for us. We decided on two courses and were very happy with not only the quality of the food and its presentation but the service provided which was welcoming friendly and professional. This was an excellent experience with friends after a very enjoyable matinee at the theatre. Jim.
An excellent meal, wonderful waiter service and attention. Nothing was too much trouble, although when we arrived, having pre-booked over 2 weeks before, it was slightly disconcerting to find that our table for 7 was not ready. As the restaurant became very busy leter on, we were glad that we arrived early and could be fitted in easily. We wonder what would have happened if we arrived an hour later.
Although we had to change our reservation time at short notice the staff were unflapped and seated us without fuss. Food, as ever, was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Thanks to all concerned.
Great food at a resonance price. Perfect for a couple up to a group of friends!
This was a very ordinary meal. The sourdough toast that was served with my wife's salmon rillettes has obviously been sitting around for quite a while and was consequently dried out and too hard to eat. The watercress garnish was limp. The salad that came with her sea bass was past limp - it was brown and slimy! Not a good advert for a chain that stakes its reputation on serving consistently good food.
Good food, reasonably priced for central London. A little cramped (maybe too many tables in to smaller area). Staff could be a little more friendly. Doesn’t cost anything to smile and show some personality.
I am gluten free and my friends and I had a good meal which was served and presented very well! We have used this restaurant in the past and always had a good meal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this restaurant to friends
We have been to this branch before as it is ideally placed for pre-theatre eating. We were, though, amazed that you charged for a small pot of tartare sauce, my wife's fish was bony and we resent the default tip being 12.5%.
Really lovely people working here! Great food and atmosphere, it was very busy but all the staff without exception were helpful and nothing was too much for them. Thank you for a wonderful meal!
As always excellent value for money with courteous service. we were allowed to stay at our table for as long as we wanted with no hassle
As usual Cote give you good service and value for money. The Breton fish stew I had tonight was especially good. Well done again Cote that's why we keep coming back
We live in Tavistock Street and always suggest this Cote to friends. The staff are friendly and seem like a real equipe. We give is a high score but sometimes find the noise level a bit off putting, though we appreciate this is not an easy problem to solve. Carpets get dirty and some people just shout! It is fast becoming our local.
The usual good value meal - excellent choice and everything was very tasty. The waiter remembered us and was his efficient self. All in all a very good meal before the theatre. Jasper
