Portion sizes just right for us. Bill size also good! We will there go again for our get together. Good choice of dishes and we all enjoyed it.
Friendly staff, lovely food, busy but great atmosphere 😊 Would be very happy to go there again, hope to re-visit before too long. Thanks to all the staff ...
As usual an excellent meal, attentive staff and very good value. I have recommended Cote to many friends who now also use them on a regular basis.
Nice food, quick service, polite staff. The only disadvantage is that the restaurant could be a bit bigger, the tables are too close to each other.
We were. greated with a complimentary glass of Ker Royal. Very welcome on the hottest day for many years. We choose to have the pre theater menu which is excellent value and very good. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back to Cote again.
Good food and atmosphere but service was a little slow and one of my guests did not get his full order i.e the sauce for his steak was missing and he had to ask for his butter. Otherwise an enjoyable meal.
food lovely but service slow for pre theatre. We felt pushed for time as more than an hour for starters and mains to be served.
Excellent and innovative pre-theatre menu - good value. The crab and avocado is delicious and it takes an accomplished chef to be able to cook a thin minute steak while leaving it rare inside. An enjoyable experience.
Convenient location for pre theatre supper and the usual high standard of food and service at a reasonable price which we've come to expect from all Cote brasseries.
Amazing pre restaurant food. Very good food, three courses for £14. There is nothing not to like. Very quick service but not rushed and gets you to the show on time.
Service was great and genuinely friendly - we were in a rush and the waiters were very attentive and accommodating. Food was yummy and sitting outside was lovely as the side street is busy enough to have a buzz yet quiet enough to feel intimate and not hassled. A great find in Covent Garden
Risotto horrible, not up to usual standard (I often order it at Cote). Very very noisy - but what else would you expect here, at this time. Otherwise OK!
The restaurant was busy but we still received excellent service, professional, friendly and speedy. We had excellent advice about the wine and food. Plenty of space around our table despite being busy. Thank you
Great food and excellent service. We were particularly impressed with the way the team dealt with the pre theatre rush. Definitely one for a revisit.
The meal at lunch was good overall, except for the slowness of our mains to be served to us - others who came after us were served before us, and one of our fishcakes had a small fish bone in it.
Excellent food, service and prices. Great pre theatre menu. Definitely will come again if I am in London. Great location; only 3 minutes from the theatre to see Beautiful.
Great food, great service at a very busy per theatre time. Excellent menu with plenty of choices and a good wine list. Would definitely recommend. Lovely evening.
Great service, food and location especially if going to the theatre royal drury lane. Will definitely be back again. Nice also to have outside seating
Fiery busy for the pre theatre rush, but food very good and the service coped well under pressure. Would definitely go again - good atmosphere, good prices for West End
Good value, excellent food, but service becoming a problem as it is at other Cote branches, which is a result of so many customers at peak times (i.e. before West End shows)
Perfect place for pre theatre supper close to lots of theatres and a wonderful menu that changes monthly. Staff are fast, efficient and very friendly
Very busy venue, food good but service a bit slow. Don't like service charge being automatically added to the bill, and a bit steep at 12.5%
We arrived early and were met by all the staff with smiles and friendly greetings. The service was excellent and our pre-theatre meal was delicious! Would definitely recommend.
At 6 pm the restaurant was very crowded and noisy. Good value for money for a pre theatre meal, but crowds made conversation difficult. Starters were better than the main courses.
the meal was acceptable but pricey for what it was a. Staff were very good, very attentive and very friendly. Decor was quite tired though.
Very good food, service and atmosphere. Have been to this branch a few times and it can always be relied upon for a pleasant evening.
Set menus is very good value for money, service is fast and the wine a reasonable price.the restaurant is very well situated for the dury lane theatre.
Service excellent even though very busy. Catered for our gluten free requirements with no fuss. Even have gluten free deserts which is rare! Thank you.
Excellent service in a busy restaurant in central London at peak time. Great food and prices. Very enjoyable evening with friends and family. Would highly recommend.
Average. Too few staff and mediocre food. Worth going for the 13.95 pre theatre menu, but sadly overpriced at other times. Won't return anytime soon.
Despite restaurant being very busy & hot due to the exceptional weather we were served quickly and our food was delicious, thank you for my birthday drink.
Helpful friendly staff, good food and wine. Good value in an expensive area. Pleased to find several acquaintances coincidentally also dining and enjoying the venue.
Arrived 15 mins early for our booking at 1pm, but seated straight away. orders taken promptly, food great. Cheeful staff, all in all a good experience.
Very good experience and needed to get out the restaurant quickly which the MD took care of so that we could arrive on time at the theatre. Thanks again and would strongly recommend this restaurant
An excellent pre-theatre meal with good service. A good choice of food and drink. We were served in good time to get out for the theatre without feeling rushed.
Nice food & ok service, but had to wait a long time someone to come & take payment at the end which meant we were just sitting there for ages trying to catch someones attention!
Poor service and mediocre food. Big unreasonable delay in serving. Lacking attention to details. Great shame as we had VIP foreign visitor with us and it was embarrassing! So disappointed!
Very Helpful staff . Food was very nice and menu for the Pre- Theatre dinner very good . We both enjoyed the experience . Thank You !
Restaurant was v busy - we were given a drink while we waited for our table which we appreciated. First class food and service as always.
Fabulous value for their pre-theatre menu at £13.95 and it was delicious. Staff were friendly and attentive. Wine was yummy too. We will definitely re-visit.
We eat here regularly as we like it. We were welcomed and given a choice of pleasant tables. The food was as usual very good. My friend particularly loved the Breton Fish Stew. I stuck to my usual Steak Frites. Drinks, bread, olives and starters were at the usual high standard. We keep coming back and visiting other branches. In fact we already have 2 bookings for next weekend. That's a recommendation!
Good relaxed service and food on the hottest day of the year. The menu is flexible enough to accommodate dishes very suitable for summer eating.
Excellent food, service and price. Will be back. Great post or pre theatre venue, lovely atmosphere. Couldn't be better in central London for value and standard.
Excellent venue in Covent Garden. Food is always good and surroundings were great outside table on a lovely sunny evening. Staff very attentive but not intrusive.
As good as usual. Excellent food, great service so we'll be back again soon when we next go to Royal Opera House before the end of the season
Another very enjoyable meal at Cote. Excellent service by very cheerful waiter if rather over zealous in his pursuit to encourage us to have additional items from the menu.
Slow service not good for a pre-show meal. We didn't have time for dessert, the starters were served at different times for each of us, then a very long wait for main course. Food was fine.
Good food and prices and good service. The offer menu was particularly good value. Booking was easy and we liked the atmosphere - the restaurant was packed at 5.45pm
Perfect for a pre-theatre meal. The service was brilliant and very fast, the food was very tasty with a great choice of food. The pre-theatre menu and deal was very good value especially considering the location.
We ate at Covent Garden Cote on Saturday evening, the service was good and we enjoyed the excellent value Pre theatre menu of 3 courses.
