Côte - Covent Garden

I really like Cote. Good food, good service , not too expensive and friendly waiters. Especially good for pre theatre meals, so I’d like to stay Longer next time.

Great location. Restaurant was busy but staff were attentive and friendly. Good selection on the menu, food was delicious and very reasonably priced. I would recommend you try it out.

We went to cote last night and had a wonderful meal including a good bottle of white wine. The food was brilliant not big portions just enough and very tasty especially the sea bass and mussels in white wine cream sauce. Service was excellent and although busy everything was prompt and waiters very attentive. We went to see 42nd street drury lane and the restaurant is just opposite this theatre. Thank you cote and Quandoo for a lovely evening will definitely be back

Had lunch with very good value deal via Quandoo for Prestige set menu. Excellent chef. My seabass was perfectly cooked served with mussels removed from their shells. Quieter than main Cote in Covent Garden.

Good food, great service and child friendly staff who mae sure the kids had a good time too. We will def come back. Very good

We were there pre theatre and NOT shown the pre theatre menu! This was cheaper! After we ordered the couple next to us asked for it. What we ate was on the pre theatre menu ! Disappointed with the service also

As usual food was excellent and good value for money. Staff so helpful. What more can I say other than looking forward to my next visit. My niece said the breakfast is good as well

Not the best experience...I’m usually a big fan of Cote...champagne was not chilled..laté was cold and pork belly was sadly dry and overcooked...waitress was warm and friendly which was a plus... The ladies loo was so cramped..we were queuing outside and no hand towels so left with wet hands! Come on Tavistock Street you are letting the Cote chain down...there are better places to eat before the theatre...

Friendly host and waiter.We arrived early but were found a table promptly. Food and drinks good at a reasonable price.Will return when next in Covent Garden area.

Excellent food,good service. This is what Cote do! Long may it continue. Today it was very busy but it wasn't a problem for the staff.

Got a quiet table as asked for... great to meet up with friends

I had 3 pre theatre dinner last week (end of November), each one were all exceedingly good. On Friday I thought I had cancelled as my friends were unable to make it but they managed in the end and we were squeezed in and had another excellent dinner (post theatre this time)

Excellent food, always fresh and tasty, with good variety of dishes. Tables a little too close together for my liking but not a disaster. The service is excellent. Alastair

I had the rib eye steak and it was absolutely delicious. Very tasty and done just right. Very tender and fill of flavour. Definitely will have that again.

Excellent location for Covent Garden. Good service and good food. Busy restuarant and tables quite close together, despite that for the price, location and quick service would recommend.

The restaurant is very well positioned in covent Garden. Just a quick walk from tyhe tube station. Our waiter was really lovely. And I can highly recommend the Breton fish stew which was excellent.

All thought I booked our table 4 weeks earlier we were sat close to the main door and spent a lot of our meal wearing our coats due to a cold wind blowing in. Asked waiter if we could move and we were told there were no other tables available. Very disappointing meal on a special occasion.

Brilliant cannot fault this chain of restaurants ....the pricing suits all pockets ...with the set menus all good value and great service what more can you ask for ....

We chose from the pre-theatre menu which offered a good range of options, but as might be expected the portions were on the small side. Service was efficient, with no long waits between courses. we enjoyed our meal.

A good breakfast and very helpful staff. We were able to have a good business discussion with a large group without the service interrupting us.

The service is exemplary. I do not know how they manage to keep us the levels of service when it’s so busy. The food was great as ever

Booked Cote for a ‘girls’ catch up lunch. Fantastic service and they didn’t once try to move us on - we stayed for 4 hours !! Love Cote

Excellent meal in a restaurant with good ambiance and service. We dined at our own pace and were never hurried to vacate our table, even though the restaurant was very busy. Will definitely return on our next trip to London.

Very nice food and excellent location for covent garden. An unhurried dinner then a leisurely stroll to the Opera House completed a very pleasant evening.

I have been to this Cote Bistro before a few times and the service is always excellent: fast, friendly and courteous. I can recommend it.

We were asked to move tables to seat a large group, but we didn't mind, and were given complimentary drinks. The food was good and so was the service. We ordered from the pre theatre menu, which gave us good choices, and was great value. Have been before, and will use Cote again !

Usual good standard of food and service. Ideal place to meet friends for leisurely lunch. Centrally located to Covent Garden Piazza and shops. Always buzzing and busy.

No problems with the food or service, but I've commented before that the tables are rammed far too close together so that some guests are "trapped" until other diners move. We're long standing and very loyal customers of Cote, but this is a serious drawback at the Tavistock Street branch. It happens to be a convenient place to meet friends two or three times per year, but Covent Garden isn't short of mid-price places to eat and I think we'll have to consider other options.

They went the extra mile to make my friends birthday very special, thank you food and service as always was first class..... we’ll be back on the 7th for Dans Birthday (tell Ben he owes him a drink 🙈🤣)

We ate here prior to a theatre visit. Good food and service as ever but if you are visiting this restaurant on a cold night , don't sit in the seats to the left of the door. Every time the door opens you will treated to an icy blast and the curtain does nothing to help.

As always we had a wonderful evening, slightly quieter being a wet Monday! The service was very good, attentive without being pushy, and always with a smile. The food was excellent. We dined mainly off the 'Prestige' menu which had plenty of choices even for the vegetarian in the group. I would certainly recommend it.

Always a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner the food is consistently interesting and good waiters /waitresses friendly and effecient ! Very good value .

First time at this branch. Right in the middle of 4 theatres so perfect for pre theatre meal. Have been to many branches of cote and always great service, food and value for money.

Delicious food and good service, we weren’t in a rush. Others around us were hurrying off to the theatre so moved through quicker. We were a large party of 7 so had a seating area to ourselves which was lovely.

Unfortunately, we waited for 1 hour for the main courses to arrive! Unbelievable! As for pre ordering food who wants to choose a week in advance what they want to eat. If a large party then probably easier for the restaurant!

This is my favourite cote and I have been using it for many years. A busy restaurant but staff are always friendly, helpful and extremelycourteous. A special thanks to Gessica our waitress who is always on good form and happy. Well done Cote.

Nice round table for 4 of us. Excellent food from the first menu. Good bottle of wine! A very efficient waitress. All very good value.

I had booked a table on line for six, when we arrived we were given a table near the bar, which is quite a noisy table when the coffee machine gets going and asked if we could be moved The restaurant was packed but we were offered a table in a room downstairs, and although it had no windows, was perfect for our group. Many thanks to the staff at Cote.

Excellent in every way - delicious food at a very reasonable price especially for London. Staff were efficient and charming + great location for theatre land.

Good food, very good service even though it was a busy early evening (although I suspect it's always busy). Very good value for money. But I do think they could improve their women's loos! Broken seats and none too clean. Needs a repaint.

Excellent food, fast service. I love the new November menu the celeriac soup is delicious as is the venison cottage pie. I will definitely be returning
