Great food from the October pre-theatre menu. Waiter very attentive. Tables to close together. Serving times erratic.

Nice restaurant with good quality food on the set menu. The table spacing could be a little better to create a little more room. The timing for the courses was inconsistent.

Service was excellent staff so friendly I had steak but tough and smaller then the other 2 steaks ordered all should be the same

The brasserie was very busy when I arrived. However throughout our stay all staff were friendly courteous and attentive. The only disappointment was the Creme Caramel. There was very little caramel sauce which made eating the creme hard going as it was too solid, so I left it. They were unable to provide extra caramel but were polite and offered me another. Good service in a busy environment. Rest of good was tasty.

Very obliging and helpful staff, great food and service especially as my wife was delayed due to protest road closures.

Table wasn’t ready on arrival and seemed to be some confusion between staff however was rectified in sufficient time. Food was of a very high standard and the serving staff were trying their best in busy and testing circumstances. Very good value for money and a great pre-theatre option.

Ideal location just a quick walk from the centre of Covent Garden. Food was excellent as well as the staff, and the lunch menu was also great value. We were not rushed at all and spent a long time there catching. Would definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed our lunch again. Service very good and food delicious. Pity about the very noisy large table nearby, but nothing you could do about it and they were enjoying themselves!

Pre/post theatre set menu, very good. But we chose a la carte. Not rushed. That's very important to me. Food cooked just right. Waiter understood my vinegar intolerance and got it right. So many times I've sent back food because of dressings and balsamics flooding my food.

My wife and I really enjoyed our visit at the Cote in Covent Garden. We are not knew to going to the Cote restaurants and found the restaurant in Covent Garden to be as good as others we have enjoyed meals at. The restaurant was busy however, the staff made us very welcome and we soon at our table. Must say we now always try to book in advance which makes it so pleasant and easy on arrival. The food was really up to standard and we were look after without any pressure. Come to the view that the Cote staff are always very customer focused and the food is always very enjoyable and well presented. One thing that is different is that while part of group of restaurants somehow each restaurant has its own individual character which adds to going out to eat. Well Done

Very popular venue for pre-theatre supper; which tells its own story. Usual wide choice on the menu, great value and service. Ideal for a mid priced, quick supper or lunch.

Excellent value! The pre-theatre menu is affordable and has lots of choice. Lovely atmosphere, sadly on this occasion we ended up being pressed for time as the waiting staff were less attentive. This however will not stop our return as the overall Cotê experience is a very enjoyable one.

Great choice on set menu, food was lovely. Only downside was that music was too loud, which makes other diners raise their voices to talk over it, despite having requested a quiet area when booking. Music was turned a bit lower at our request, but got louder later on. Otherwise I really enjoyed my evening, excellent service from staff.

Disaster . Service appalling but food good as always with a Cote. Bill was wrong which needed correcting after a struggle. General manager very apologetic & cross with our treatment. Got bottle of wine free but totally spoilt the day & made us later home than planned.

We know our booking was at a very busy time early on a Saturday evening in a very busy restaurant. Having eaten there before at a similar time also on a Saturday, I felt the service was just a little less good than previously experienced.

Service was really slow - we sat down at 13:30- and didn’t leave til 15:00 only having had two courses - took them ages to clear the table from the first course, we had to chase the second course

We had a superb experience at Cote, Covent Garden. The staff were very welcoming and professional. We had a lovely table with good outside views. Our starters arrived promptly and were excellent. I had the crab mayonnaise with sourdough toast. It was very tasty and beautifully presented. We were not aware that our mains were overly long in arriving but one of the managers thought they were and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine to compensate. This was unexpected but very much appreciated. Cote, Covent Garden is a class act. My seafood linguine was lovely as was my dessert, apple tartine. The red was full, very busy and had a real buzz about it - great atmosphere. We will definitely return and I recommend it, unreservedly. Excellent evening- thank you, Cote.
