The food is always delicious and the set menus good value for money. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I also enjoy the busy atmosphere and would definitely recommend Cote to my friends.
Excellent bistro style food and decent wine at very sensible prices. Service is fast, efficient and friendly. Do book though.... they get very busy. Just the job pre or post theatre .
Friendly and efficient staff. Reliably good food at sensible prices. Nice ambience. Varied menu. Good wine choice. Ticks all the boxes plus it's located centrally for West End.
I go to this Cote quite often and like it! Service is good - friendly staff - and food is nice, but the restaurant seems to have got more noisy which makes it difficult to hear companions' conversations and the overall experience less relaxed. Anything you can do to cut down on the noise would be much appreciated!
Very convenient for a pre-theatre meal. Took advantage of the complimentary aperitif which was very pleasant. Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. Food enjoyable and good value. Slight rush at the end but difficult in busy period.
Even though very busy, the service and food quality was of the usual high standard.I would recommend Cote's as the ideal place for a pre or post theatre meal.
We were very pleased to be able to sit at a table on the ground floor. The service from our waitress was outstanding. The food is excellent value for money.
Very enjoyable meal and quick service. Staff very attentive. Will certainly recommend this Restaurant to friends and family. Hope to come again when we are next in London.
Have visited several Cote branches but this was the 1st time in St.Martins Lane - I did book in advance. Very busy, hectic but excellent service
We went for my wife's birthday and had a very lovely experience. The staff and food couldn't be faulted. The whole place had a lovely ambience.
Reliable food reasonable price. Best creme caramel. Good set price menu. Convenient location. Free drinking water. Need to book particularly on Wednesdays. Go there regularly
Great food. Veggies arrived late so given free and then given 2 free coffees. That is brilliant service and client care and much appreciated thanks Cote, we will come again. mikew
Had booked a table for two but were joined by two friends and manager quickly found us table for four downstairs. Service quick, friendly and food good. No complaints.
Excellent service from delightful waiter. Food as good as always! we always come to Cote for pre theatre meals and are never disappointed.\\thanks to all the staff.
The food and service were excellent. The only reason I am not marking it as 6 is that it was quite noisy and crowded - but as we were there in order to eat early before going to the theatre, we didn't really expect anything different. Very good value for a 3-course meal.
Excellent venue and given lovely round table in the window. Food very good and lots to choose from on the set lunch menu. Very busy, so pleased we booked.
Was surprised at how full the restaurant was. Good food, and excellent service but a little slow - probably due to the amount of customers. This is not my first visit to Cote and will not be my last.
Very busy but as always the staff were very friendly. Are the portions smaller ? Perhaps I am mistaken xx Still good value for the Westend
Friendly and helpful staff. Good food. Restaurant very busy and people were being turned away so very glad that I booked. As the restaurant was full it was rather noisy. Paul gurley.
Service & food / drinks v good as always - we were seated towards the back of the restaurant & it was very warm, though
I have visited this branch many times. It always has excellent service and is very good value for money if you have pre-theatre dinner. on this visit again excellent service but my mussels were not hot and sauce had little flavour
Very busy pre-theatre slot and we were running 15 mins late due to tube issues, but we ordered quickly and they managed well and got us out in time for curtain up (2 courses off the pre-theatre menu). Good service and good food. Table next to us were not so lucky - had to rush starter and main course in less than 15 mins after a 45 min wait. Give yourself a bit of extra time and you should have no problems!
Great meal, great prices, very busy, but service was efficient and friendly, very happy, overall, definitely a must for return visit to London, won't hesitate to recommend it to our friends
Great service and very good food! Location is in West End near Leicester Square was a good place for a breakfast meeting for my associate coming from the City and me in West End. Staff all very helpful and cheerful. Highly recommend
This was our second time here within a few days. The service is always very friendly, and the food tasted great and was reasonably priced. A wonderful way to start a theatre evening in London.
Food was excellent, good atmosphere. Waiting staff were friendly and accommodating when we asked to be seated upstairs, due to one of our party no being able to manage stairs.
Excellent service and wonderful food as always. Staff were wonderful with the veterans that came in after the remembrance day services despite being so busy.
As always, a well produced meal in busy surroundings. Good service. The crsb and avocado starter was tasty and enjoyable as was the crepe with grand marniere sweet. Gluten freemenu excellent
Really excellent meal, first-rate service, nice table, one of our best meals ever! We always go to Cote St Martins when in London because we always get a great experience
Service is so slow if we never called for the waiter we would never have got a drink, food or the bill. Won’t be going there again.
Very enjoyable meal at a reasonable price and very quick service. Ideal for pre/post theatre. (There is nothing more to say. If it is too short so be it)
Food and service excellent. Lunch time menu is always great value for money. Busy location but good atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed it all and would highly recommend!
Excellent food, wonderful service, friendly staff, fantastic evening. We will definitely be returning after being looked after so very well. Thank you to everyone there
Lovely meal and goid staff dedpite the restaurant beung very busy. They had run out of two of the wines we wanted, so that was the only downside.
Overall the ambience was good and the service excellent. The steak was chewy although full of flavour and they made an adjustment on our bill after only an observation on the steak. The portion of fish was just sufficient but the food was good. my starter of poached egg with hollondaise sauce was not hot enough but otherwise excellent.
Excellent service from all at Cote Brasserie in St. Martin's Lane, food was delicious and a special mention to Alessandro, lovely waiter and very attentive, thank you!
Very good and quick service despite the restaurant being very busy. Helpful staff who explained dishes. Great food and good value for money. Great atmosphere.
Excellent food and service but the noise levels were too much not helped by the extreme closeness of the tables!!! This really spoiled what was otherwise an enjoyable meal.
Staff were all cheerful, helpful and well-informed. They gave us a perfect table (we were a party of 8). They did not rush us. The food was perfect.
We always visit Côte for a meal when we are in London. The food is always delicious. The staff are very welcoming and attentive . We shall continue to recommend Côte to our family and friends.
The usual friendly and efficient service at lunch time on a very busy Saturday and jolly nice food to boot! It was a very enjoyable occasion.
Cote St Martin's Lane was very busy, very good service, very good value, good but not amazing food: altogether a very good pre-theatre dining experience.
Meal was of a good standard, restaurant was very busy and looked to be understaffed. Overall experience enjoyable and would return when next in London.
One of my party was disabled and the staff were very helpful in getting her a comfortable chair to sit on and a table which was easily accessable.
Never been here before. The menu and food were good. Excellent friendly service. Nice busy atmosphere. Just the thing before our visit to the theatre.
Cote is consistently a great place to eat - we particularly enjoy the pre theatre menu and service is always good and staff are very pleasant
Great atmosphere, good service, generally very good food, a shame the cheeses were cold, but I'd definitely go back. it was good value for money and well paced for pre-theatre meals.
It is very noisy & crowded between 6pm & 7.30 with pre theatre diners but after that much better.. the food was good & service too. Great location.
All was good as it always is. Good service, good value and most importantly tasty food. Booking again for today knowing I will not be disappointed.
Good table at rear of restaurant, in a not too hectic area. We were welcomed without problem by front of house staff. We ate two courses from the a la carte menu plus wine. All good: food well-prepared and well-served. Good value. Restaurant very busy, justifiably. Will return and recommend to others.
