Food is always consistently good. Although we were disappointed that two of the items on the post-theatre menu were finished, even though it was only 10.15pm when we ordered and that menu was only available from 10pm.

Good food, good atmosphere good service. Pre theatre menu is good value and extensive. The steak was far better than I expected - tender and tasty.

My wife and I agreed that we had one of the best pre-theatre meals ever. Great space great food great service! We will go out of our way to use Cotes again.

Had lunch with my daughter at Cote St Martins Lane on Monday 29th January. My daughter chose the whole Sea bass from the specials menu. Unfortunately it was unavailable which was disappointing. Her second choice was ribeye steak and salad which she enjoyed. I had the roasted belly pork which was delicious. Service was good and attentive. Would recommend.

We had excellent service and food, definitely one of the best cotes we have eaten at. We are never disappointed here with the dining experience.

I have been here multiple times before for a pre theatre dinner. Usually it’s very good, but tonight multiple things weren’t available from the menu and the service was very slow. Could have been just an off night, but is a shame!

This is a fine restaurant with a good changing menu and can (and should be )prebooked on line. The service is excellent and the pre theatre menu good value

We had a very pleasant pre theatre supper. We were celebrating my husband’s 80th birthday. Staff couldn’t have been kinder. Côte is always good value.

Very busy pre theatre and unfortunately our waitress could not cope so service was poor. My main course was cold when it arrived so had to be sent back but the food was generally all fine when hot. We have been to many Cotes with no complaints and certainly our bill was reduced without us requesting it so no issue with that and indeed good pr.

Good service and delicious food. Plenty of choice on the pre Theatre menu. Disappointed that the free bottle of wine was not offered with that menu.

The staff are nice but the restaurant is too crowed. And the food is not up to standard by comparison to the other 2 Cote restaurant within Covent Garden and Soho

When you have a waitress like Precious, you cannot but have a great time. She has an infectious smile and was there for all of our needs. As for the food, all three courses were excellent including the starter and one of the main courses on the Specials menu.

Very friendly and efficient service, good range of well cooked dishes on the pre-theatre menu at great West End price of £14.95, and perfect theatreland location

Usual very high standard of food which thoroughly enjoyed, even though our side dish of creamed spinach was not hot. Slight downside was that we had booked with the special offer of a free bottle of wine. Although this was checked at least three times, when the final bill arrived the bottle of wine was still charged. Of course when I pointed this out it was immediately removed but I felt I should not have needed to.

It was as good as ever Part from my friend’s starter which was disappointing. Large stringy leeks in acidic vinaigrette. This is the only time i’ve Ever had a bad meal at Côte and we were given our coffee/ tea free as a goodwill gesture.

We visit these chain of restaurants quite frequently and up until now have always been satisfied with the quality service and value for money. However our experience at the St Martins Lane restaurant was below par in comparison. The service was poor, the food was undercooked and the table that they provided was a four seater made into a six seater. We voiced our complaints to the manager and were offered a discount on the bill but the damage was already done.

Always good food. The restaurant filled up as we ate, and by the time we left, there was a queue for tables, so make sure you book!

We visited here after a show and had a really nice meal. We were unsure whether we could order off the main menu or if it was just the post theatre menu as this wasn't really explained to us. Steak and frites were tasty though and the lemon tart for pudding was delicious.

The food was delicious. The service was friendly and reasonably efficient. We nearly got served with somebody else’s dish but it was all sorted very quickly. Only problem is with so many of these themed modern restaurants was that the noise level was very high and we have difficulty in hearing each other. Bring back curtains and carpets please for your maturer customers.

Excellent value and very friendly service. I usually come before the opera so it was unusual to arrive and find a lot of empty seats but the atmosphere was still good.

We had all on offer, aperitifs, starters, mains, wine, digestives and all were good. This was early, pre theater but a la carte. The restaurant was packed but this made no difference to the helpful and very efficient service. The system the restaurant employs of having people to carry from the kitchen to the serving staff is what makes it all tick so smoothly.

The restaurant was so noisy that we had to ask for another table that might be quieter. It was still noisy, but bearable. This was not anybody's fault, but inevitable affects the number of stars given. The service was good and the food nice. The tomato salad was very good indeed. Next time I shall have the lovely bread and butter, and the tomato salad.

We had a lovely lunch and I was delighted with your kind gesture giving us each a glass of Kir Royal to celebrate my friends 80th birthday and the desert with a candle and singing happy birthday. So kind. We had a very special day coming up to London from Warwickshire to meet my friend and you all made it even better. Thank you. Wendy
