Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food. The leisurely arrival of food suited us as we were meeting friends we rarely see. There are 16 steps up to the loos but disabled loo available on the ground floor. Would happily eat at the Cote Brasserie again.

It had been a very difficult service for the staff as customers where coming in too early and some late...at no time did we feel that the extra pressure had jeopardised our experience. Our waiter Andri was superb and we would come back to the Cirencester restaurant because of his service and skill. Many thanks for a lovely Christmas lunch..

We had a fabulous lunch at Côte Cirencester! The food was delicious and the service was A+. We were welcomed and looked after from the moment we arrived even though the restaurant was buzzing. Such an amazing crew!! Thank you so much for a fabulous Friday lunch!!

The staff were really attentive and helpful although the place was really busy. Food was great and we left well-satisfied. Thanks should go to everyone who made our meal enjoyable including chefs, waiters and reception staff.

Other restaurants could learn a alot from the staff at Cote! Great food and good prices. Cote in Bath very good aswell. Service always very good

Four of us ate here and we all chose from the good value three course menu which is available till 7pm. All our choices were first rate. The service was speedy and the staff friendly, in fact we were asked 5 times if everything was OK! Will definitely eat here again.

As soon as we arrived we were made to feel welcome, the staff were excellent very attentive. The food was delivered in good time considering how busy the restaurant was, the choice on the menu was great, love the December specials. The food tasted amazing, everyone really enjoyed it and agreed we would definitely eat there again. Thankyou.

Food excellent as always. Service friendly, pleasant and welcoming. Personally I would prefer to individually tip, rather than it being added automatically to the bill.

In accordance with my usual custom, I rounded the bill up, to an additional £5.00. Only when I studied the bill, afterwards, did I realise that the restaurant had already added an "optional gratuity " of 12.5%, which amounted to £7.70. I, therefore, ended up paying an extra £12.70, on a total amount, for food and drink, of £61.60. I regard this as sharp practice, on your part.

Excellent service, great food, one of my favourite places to eat in Cirencester. The food is classic French. Advisable to book as it gets very busy!

Lovely meal for my Mum's birthday on 2 Dec. Food and service were excellent. Our waiter was so lovely when he learnt that it was Mum's Birthday and helped make the evening very special for her. Thank you.

We had a new member of staff shadowing she told us it was her first day she was really good and getting lots of support from the other staff.

We had a great breakfast ranging from full cooked through to yoghurt. Grownups and children, alike, all really enjoyed it. Thoroughly recommend it to others.

Cote were very busy at it was the evening of the Cirencester light switch-on! However, we were very lucky as we had Sam- the Super Waiter looking after us! He is and outstanding waiter! He was charming, efficient and even had the time to give us some advice on our choice of wine! He handled our children beautifully and nothing was too much trouble even when we asked for things to come out at various different times. An excellent experience. We will be returning again and again.

Food excellent and problem with second course arriving too soon was quickly remedied by very courteous staff member. Overall a very enjoyable lunch - we'll be back.

Perfect food and service but I don’t like having the gratuity charge added to the bill. This is optional and I will only leave a cash tip however good the experience is.

The Cote Brasserie set menu is such excellent value, food and service is consistently good. I would highly recommend the Cirencester restaurant. It's a shame the dessert menu does not change!

Love that the early menu and specials changes monthly always an excuse to visit! Food On our visit was no exception! Team members and managers were very friendly and attentive.

It was an excellent excellent meal, the service was great and served very quickly even though the restaurant was very busy for a Monday lunchtime.

The fish portion (haddock) was tiny and very expensive. Duck was excellent. Other dishes were satisfactory. A selection of vegetables with the dishes would have been better. Choosing between menus should have been possible without a punitive cost. Table service excellent.

As usual a good atmosphere and delicious food. The waiter served us very well with a great sense of humor. My only complaint is that we were a party of 8 and were squashed onto a table for 6. It was remedied but we had to wait until the tables either side of us became free so another table could be added. Not acceptable really as I booked weeks ago for a very special birthday lunch and I wanted it to be perfect.

Another excellent breakfast with amazing service. Keep taking friends who are equally as impressed.

Table wasn’t ready, we all went for xmas menu but had to ask for olives and bread. They arrived with starter. I was given the wrong steak. I’m coming back this week so hopefully a better experience

Delicious food, great service, buzzy atmosphere. But please get rid of the plastic straws - this goes for all restaurants - terrible for the environment, and my children refused to use them.

Not the warmest of welcomes this time but everything else was top notch as usual. Food excellent and waiting staff friendly. As someone who works front of house herself I look for the acknowledgement and smiles upon entering any establishment. They were a little lacking today. Though it is still the best restaurant in Cirencester.

No burger, no steak frites on a Saturday afternoon..didn’t get told when entering restaurant or when we were sat down only after about 20min. Staff were nice enough.

Lovely food, accommodated my new found carb free obsession by swapping up my chips for French beans at no extra charge, service was a tiny bit rushed but it was a busy night. Will definitely return!

Good food and environment, however, service today was very slow and inattentive, we had to make repeated requests for menus, drinks etc. and it didn’t appear any busier than other Saturdays when I have visited.

The. Service was very good however to problems my friend had to try and treat us she had a big problems and some of the staff was quite rude all she wanted to do. Was to treat us for our anniversary yet that was quite a hard task you need to inform your staff what you can and can’t do instead of false hope
