Fantastic food and excellent service, we Thoroughly enjoyed our birthday Meal

We enjoyed our meal very much 2 of the party had never been to Cote before. Excellent service and food we were all very impressed.

WE OFTEN FREQUENT COTES RESTAURANTS AND THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST MEALS WE HAVE HAD ALL EXCELLENT

Good service especially for a Monday night. Definitely would recommend this place to a friend.

Another enjoyable Sunday morning breakfast with our godchildren. They both love it at Cote in Cirencester as much as we do!

Good selection of both vegetarian and meat based dishes. Three types of menu to choose from depending on what you wanted to spend.

Booked for an anniversary lunch and couldn’t fault the restaurant at all. Service and food was really good and the little touches made it even more memorable, value for money was great and the food tasted lovely. Will definitely return for more

Another great meal at Cote - never been disappointed. The warm goats cheese salad was tasty and filling. Service good, atmosphere good, value good -what's not to like?!

Fish Parmentier not as good as usual sloppy and stringy

We had one of the best creme caramels that I have ever tasted and I've lived in France for 15 years .A good restaurant ,keep it up.

We came to Cote for a birthday lunch and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. On the whole the food was lovely, however one of the steaks was poor, sadly this was the meal ordered by the person celebrating their birthday which was s real shame. However, the staff were excellent, offered a replacement (which he didn't want to accept) and removed the meal from the bill... The staff were very kind about it. It was a shame that the person celebrating received this meal but we were so impressed by the staff and the rest of the food that it didn't impact on the celebration.

Very enjoyable as always. Would not hesitate to recommend Cotes.

As usual an enjoyable meal, but rather slow service perhaps because it was very busy. Also the bill was incorrect and had to be queried.

All excellent and very prompt service. Very polite and attentive staff.

Atmosphere was great and the staff could not have been more helpful. Our medium steak came out rare, but this was soon rectified.

Cote continues to be one of the best restaurants, in terms of quality of food and standard of service, in the area.

… excellent meal & service. Only thing that spoils the experience at Cotes is the automatic addition of the 12.5% service charge. Why do you do this? It is unpleasant if I have to ask to have it removed & I prefer to choose when I tip and how much. It spoils the experience.

Cote is an eating house that always aims to please, however busy you are. You have well trained and polite staff who are always there to help. The food is reliably excellent and wll presented. This is our very favourite place to eat well in Cirencester. Today was our third visit in 4 days - all were excellent experiences!

I had a very enjoyable time on Saturday night. The restaurant was very busy and had a real buzz about the place and with the staff on top of there game like England in the morning it was most enjoyable. The food and wine was of a high standard and the ambiance was subtle, modern and warm. The menu had a good range of choice to suit differing tastes and differing budgets of note was my calamari, served hot out of the pan and just the right amount of bite to it. We will be back, again.

Offered a tight inaccessible corner table. We took another in another section. Which was obviously too busy for the waiter to cope with. The sirloin was hard and dense. We were half way through our meal before the french beans Arrived and they were semi raw.. Ketchup and mustard my husband had to get up and go and ask for. The excuse re the beans was that the tablets for taking the orders weren’t working properly. Our waiter ignored us for ages before he finally bought the bill. We were discounted the cost of bread olives and beans as a result.

It was a beautiful evening. The meal was excellent and served piping hot with no hold ups. We felt specially looked after. That is the secret of good management. Make the diners feel very special.

Toilets could do with a deep clean,seats needed adjustment(.ladies) , men’s urinals blocked,needs the floor cleaning Landing to toilets needs dealing with as so slippery ,my husband had help a gentleman who had slipped over.

Service excellent (although as regulars all 3 of our regular tables requested were given away!). The reason for a lower than normal rating, that was not a 'bouef en croute'! But, enjoyable lunch as always.

Not as good as usual - our table for 2 was by a party of 8/10 .., not ideal & my goujons of haddock was pretty mediocre- soggy & tasteless fish .. chips ok, peas ok, sauce ok... Service was very good .. so made up for it

Always nice food, we are a regular. Just wish veg was included with steak etc. Paying about £18 for a steak should be more than just steak & chips. A bowl of veg would be great. Not very big meals for a man.

Always like Cote but it was particularly noisy last night
