As always the food was lovely, and the staff efficient, helpful and cheerful, despite this being their last day at work for who knows how long because of going into tier 3 on the 26th.

Fantastic food and service as always. Small disappointment in that they’d run out of bread so had sent someone to Tesco and our breakfast was delayed. Would have been nice to have been offered a complimentary coffee during the wait.

everything was excellent as usual, very friendly and attentive staff combined with 5 star service and superb food and drink-a haven on a very wet night!

We had a lovely meal, steaks were to perfection. We requested an outdoor seat which was luckily in a covered area as it rained! There were overhead heaters which kept us warm. My feet were a little cold so I wish I’d accepted the blanket that was offered to me when I arrived, but as we were only there for an hour or so it didn’t really matter. Service was good and we weren’t forgotten just because we were outside ...... Would definitely recommend.

We use Cote when ever we go to a city that have one, the standard of food is high in all of them, well done 👍

I normally don’t like going to eat at large food chains, there are exceptions and Cote Is one of them. Regardless of the location the food is cooked to a high standard, the staff at the Cirencester branch were very attentive. The full menu is served unlike many restaurants who have reduced the options to choose from. My only criticism is the cost of wine, 2 large glasses turned out at £17.50 for a reasonable rosé. £11 would have got you the bottle in an off license. I know this is the case in many restaurants, but nevertheless nearly 20% of the meal on two glasses of wine is a bit extreme. I will definitely go back the food is that good.

Very friendly staff and delicious food. Perhaps a slightly wider range of French beers but had a smashing day in Cirencester topped off by a lovely meal.

The tables all seemed very close together. But the staff atmosphere and food was amazing as usual.

We ate off the Christmas menu and have to say was one of the nice’s meals I have ever had there, duck pate followed by the bacon wrapped chicken supreme and then chocolate and salted caramel tart, all was amazing, will be going back to have again if COVID will allow

I had a lovely evening with my friends we sat out side due to tier 2 rules there was four of us. We were warm and cosy with overhead heater and blankets supplied. The food was delicious the service attentive and friendly. The only thing we thought might of helped is a screen in front of our table to shelter us from the wind and rain. The back of my coat was soaking wet and when I got home the contents of my bag were soaking wet.

Well organised, sat outside, staff friendly and food reliably good. Plenty of hand gel. tables well spaced out. As normal an experience as possible given the circumstances.

Unusual but very pleasant experience to eat outside in mid December! Had the Champagne Breakfast which was excellent served by very friendly waiting staff. Keep up the good work in these trying times. We will be back!

Couldn’t have bettered the wonderful lunch, my daughter and my daughter’s daughter had today in Cote, Cirencester from the minute we walked in with the warm welcome, to being taken to our table and looked after during the various courses. When it came to the time for us to go, it was difficult as we had had a lovely couple of hours, it wasn’t easy to leave the ambiance and go into the wet afternoon we had come into from. We really rate this place. Great Experience. Give it a visit. The staff are friendly without being pushy, knowledgeable regarding the meals and pleasant to speak to. The food was top notch, so tasty, freshly cooked and piping hot. We both enjoy fish dishes and there was a choice of fish dishes, which makes a change. My husband enjoyed the French cider, I had the house white wine which was good (I am not a wine expert). Will be back as soon as we can. Thank you.
