Always great in cote. Service, food, atmosphere, wines...always great, love this place. Only slight down grade is the12.5% Service charge added...a bit steep. 10% should be the max and it should be made clearer that it's been automatically added.

Very good food, wine and atmosphere but service was slow with no explanation for this. However I would recommend the restaurant to friends and family.

Great meal. Warm welcome on entering the restaurant and given choice of tables. Food was excellent as was our free bottle of wine? Ambience was good.

Lovely lunch, efficient, polite staff. The lunch time special chicken was delicious and the hot beetroot starter was a delightful. Thanks to all the attentive staff

Had the lunchtime set menu. Smaller helpings ideal for lunch, food was very good. Disappointed that 12.5% service charge was added to bill which we deducted as we both feel very strongly that this is not right - tips should be at the discretion of the customer - employers should stop paying the minimum wage and expect customers to top us staff salaries.

I always enjoy Cote. the staff are wonderful, efficient and friendly. the food is excellent. A nice touch is that the lunch menu changes every month. I meet friends there once a month and also book with my family when they visit. I would not go anywhere else in the area now

excellent atmosphere, with attentive and friendly service. The food was liked by all our party and arrived promptly despite a full restaurant. Reasonable value for money . We would recommend and will be back.

consistant standard of excellent service, well trained and friendly staff, changing menu etc ensures we will visit once or twice a month knowing the standard will be high and good value for money

Felt the early bird menu not up to normal standard and slightly disappointed. Service not so efficient either this evening, so not such a great experience.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, child friendly. Great coeliac/gluten free menu choice. Easy to book which is recommended as it gets busy. Tasty food and reasonable value.

Glad to see Tuna Carpaccio back on the menu, albeit for July only. Nice July menu overall, particularly the cod. Overall as good as ever

Service was not as good as normal. Four out of six mains appeared and went lukewarm during the more than 5 minutes it took for the other two to arrive, and one side never arrived at all (,more waiting...,). However I was not charged for that. On the other hand the food was as good as ever and the staff very courteous.

A lovely fresh breakfast with a good Buck's Fizz. Friendly efficient staff. Shame it does not open earlier on a Saturday 9am gets a bit late to sit and relax completely

The food was Delicious as always. As was the house white wine. Great ambience. Very helpful and attentive staff. I absolutely Loved it ! Can't wait to go again.

Service took a long time and one of the main dishes was cold. Cote is not nearly as good as it was, which is a pity because it is still the best in Cirencester.

We are regular guests at the restaurant. Staff are always excellent friendly and professional at all times. We have learnt to make sure that we choose wisely from the menu to ensure value for money, which is why Cote did not achieve a full 6 marks.

Food excellent, but maybe too many dishes include cheese to which I am allergic! Service very good today. On occasion has been a bit slow.

I booked a table for 6 of us for a friend's birthday. We were made to feel very welcome and the waiter was very friendly and patient with us as we were too busy chatting to look at the menu and so had to ask him to come back several times before we were ready to order. My friends was given a complementary glass of Kia royale for her birthday and her dessert came out with a candle in it and all the staff singing. The food was delicious. I had the haddock in bacon on lentils, and would highly recommend.

Seated immediately even though we were 25 minutes early and the restaurant was very busy with lunchtime diners. The waitress was very nice and very efficient.The main course was excellrent, both mine and my wife's. My dessert (creme caramel) was exceptional. Lovely experience!

Excellent service nothing too much trouble and the food was fantastic . They even arranged for our taxi home at the end of the evening !

It was my wife's birthday and we decided on a lunchtime meal. The atmosphere in the restaurant was buoyant, the meal itself was first class and the service was faultless.

Attractive good value table d'hote menu before 7pm offset by steeper wine prices and 12.5% gratuity. Otherwise staff and ambience very good. Will come again.

Another Sunday, another delicious Cote breakfast at Cirencester. However, on this occasion they were particularly busy and the service was a lot slower than usual. The staff remained courteous and it was still a lovely brunch.

Early evening menu great value; lovely food at a very reasonable price. Restaurant was nearly full which is a good sign for a Monday night. Friendly waiter, prompt service. Will be back.

Love this restaurant - only problem is it can be difficult to get a table! Can't wait to eat outside when the summer comes. Great service and lovely food as always.

Excellent service as always , nothing was to much trouble , food ad usually was fantastic ,, celebrating our anniversary and the kur royals were a lovely touch.

My family & I went to celebrate my sons 6th birthday! This is his favourite restaurant as he loves the Moules Mariniere. The service and the food was all exceptional. Thank you Cote, we will be back soon : )

Amazing restaurant, fabulous food as always, however tonight was a bit slow from the Waiter as he had to contend to 8 tables instead of 4 table. Overall we will recommend this restaurant again to our friends.

Just one of many visits to Cote Cirencester and not disappointed. All four of us thought our food was very good and the service is excellent. If only other restaurants locally would train their staff as well as Cote!

Excellent food and service, great atmosphere, we will certainly be going back. Always a good sign when it is busy. One of the best meals we have had in a long time, not heavy on the carbs, left extremely satisfied not over full.

Food lovely as always. Our party of 5 all had different things and enjoyed them all. Lively atmosphere and it felt like we were on holiday rather than being on our home territory.

A warm and friendly welcome, staff were helpful and cheerful & the food was delicious. Rather a noisy environment so wouldn't have suited my deafened partner - low ceilings, wooden floors & no soft furnishings to absorb sound leads to difficulties if you can't hear well/use hearing aids.

Enjoyable food, marred by very off-hand and slow service. Some confusion about the pricing of the menus led to disappointment by my guest, who paid more for a starter and a dessert than the "two course" option would have been. There was not a careful explanation of the options to avoid this. Manager apologised nicely, but didn't offer any compensation.

Eggs at brunch undercooked for 3 out of 4 of the party. Long wait for the three meals to be prepared again. Very apologetic. Disappointing as one of the party therefore had to eat separately to the rest.

A very enjoyuable experience with good service and lovely food. It was quite noisy and busy when we arrived but quietened down after the lunch time rush so it was easier to chat.
