Côte Cirencester

My friend and I had a thoroughly enjoyable lunch at Cote. It is a lively restaurant, great atmosphere and very well presented. The menu choice is great, lots of dishes available and specials too. The staff were friendly and attentive. We received a very warm welcome and the service was excellent. The meal itself was delicious. Couldn't fault it.

Lovely lunch at Cote Brasserie, Cirencester. Food and service was fab as always. Restaurant was busy so definitely worth booking. Weekday lunch and early evening menu is particularly good value

The Cote Brasserie in Cirencester is an excellent restaurant, as are all of the Cote Brasseries. We have signed up for the Rewards Program and got a free bottle of wine. The waiter was very friendly and helpful regarding the seating arrangements (we were late in arriving due to the car park being full and asked to move tables as our original table was outside and it was slightly chilly).

Out of our normal area (Farnham) where we use Cote frequently we trusted the Cote level of food and service to make a booking at Cirencester for my wife to have a lunch with an elderly cousin whom she does not see often. As always with Cote an excellent menu, first class service and as always well prepared and served food.

Excellent meal served by Attentive Waiter. Buzzing ambience but not intrusive. We had different Main Courses all of which were to a high standard. Good experience all round. We will return.

Amazing food and great service. We'll definitely be back. It was a special birthday me made even better by a great entrecôte and lovely waitresses.

Easy on-line reservation, good table, clean and comfortable, very good service, excellent menu choice, delicious food, good wine, reasonable value - that says it all.

We were a party of six meeting again after an holiday last year. Cote Brasserie in Cirencester was brilliant, giving us a warm welcome, superb. friendly service and excellent food. We had lots to talk about so appreciated the relaxed, unhurried atmosphere, especially at Sunday lunchtime.

It proved a very enjoyable evening out for the two of us. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty and well presented..

Was ok, seemed very understaffed and kept having to ask for things to be done , like menu and plates to be cleared, and bill

We reserved a table for 8.30pm arrived at 8pm. We were told table wasn't free so went for a drink around the corner and said we would be back at 8.30pm for the table. When we went back at 8.30pm we were sat at a very small table in the foyer. When we asked why, we were told that our table had been given to other customers. When my husband complained for a second time we were eventually moved which delayed us ordering our meal as we had to wait for the table to be cleared. We had friends with us who were visiting so we weren't pleased with the service.

Good quality food as ever. Good service from the staff. The only down side was not being able to have a coffee as the machine was out of order.

Excellent service, lovely atmosphere and food very good value. The restaurant is in one of the loveliest, old streets in Cirencester within walking distance of all the hotels.

We have been several times now, plus bring friends with us who really enjoyed eating at Cote.Excellent service as usual. Food very good. Will come again soon.

The food was excellent and the service very good. However a rather boisterous party of maybe 12, seated quite close to us, was very noisy and at times it was not possible to hear my friends with whom we were having dinner. This was our third visit to Le Cote, the first time we asked to be moved, again because of noise from another table and the second time was also very noisy. Whilst I understand it is difficult for staff to deal with this problem, in fact one of the waiters apologised to us, I think large parties should not be seated close to customers wanting a quiet and relaxing meal.

Booked dinner for 7pm. We arrived 3 minutes before 7pm and were offered the early evening menu. Great food and the service was quick, polite and helpful. We have been many time before and and are unable to fault the service. Well done everyone. Regards Anthny & Jenny Musitano

We booked and the table was ready for us when we arrive. Good Food and Service. What is there not to like with this chain.

We love Cote and it has been our first choice for many months, however, we won't be choosing it again as we are very tired of being told of all the items on the menu they have run out of before we've even sat down. It's one thing to have the odd item to have run out but this is EVERY time we go.

Great service and delicious food! My mum was 80 last week and we decided to take a trip to Cirencester for a nice lunch and celebrate.

Four of us met at cote for a very relaxed and reasonably priced lunch. The service was good and suited our needs with good food.

We have used the quando booking system several times to go to our local Cote restaurant. Always very good and enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner there regularly. First class!

Lovely staff, lovely food, lovely evening! We booked online and got a lovely seat by the window. The staff are always so nice and friendly and we had a beautiful meal.

As always the service was fine, and the food was what we wanted. The new menu has several interesting dishes that I want to try, which is unusual in most restaurants for a picky eater like me - I normally struggle to find one or two that take my fancy in most restaurants.

May menu ok, but where have the moules gone? Puds. selection unchanged for third month running on the daily menu. How about a June special pud?

Very good value, rewarding food and good friendly staff. We thought the lighting was a tad full-on, a dimmer could usefully be employed to improve the atmosphere. Otherwise, spot on!

Yet another enjoyable visit to Cote in Cirencester. The food and flavours are amazing!?! Espically the £12.95 menu. The service as always excellent. Can highly recommend!

Very enjoyable lunch. Efficient, attentive service and tasty food with a good selection to choose from - and good value. My third visit to this restaurant and will return.

Nice modern restaurant buzzing with activity on a Friday evening. Just a little too busy for us as service levels were a bit patchy. That said, we will be back.

The food was excellent, and would have been perfect but it was very busy and too few staff serving which meant substantial delays which was unfortunate. One of those occasions when you expect it to be quite and we all decide to go out to eat!

Waiter very attentive. Food was good, slightly cold, could be the journey it has down the stairs. Doors to outside area at the back were open, smoke came in from the outside smokers which wasn't pleasant for those of us who don't partake. They were closed as it got cold. We had a birthday today and was given a lovely note in chocolate.

Very poor service, food was pretty awful. Tart tartin was dreadful. Not happy about the service charge being added onto the bill, especially when we experienced really poor service.

We always enjoy our visits to Cote and so do our friends. The food was very good as was t he service, possibly a little slow in producing the entrees but it was Saturday night.

A lovely meal served by pleasant staff.It was my Birthday and it was made special with my desert being served with a candle and Happy Birthday written on plate.

We waited 45 mins for our food. My sisters braised carrots arrived 10 mins after her main course was served and they were cold. My mother complained to the waiter her meal was over cooked. The rest of our food was fine and we enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant.

The food was excellent.as was the service,Both plates and food were hot Would recommend this Restaurant to all my friends and relations. I will certainly be booking a table and going again.

Lovely environment, very attentive staff even though it was a very busy evening. We Will definitely be returning to this restaurant as lots more to try from the menu.

Went on a Friday evening and had the "early evening" menu. Good food, nice atmosphere, helpful staff and not pushed to leave in a hurry.

Gorgeous food, I could have eaten everything on the menu, excellent service and a great atmosphere will definitely be going back. Does exactly what it says on the tin and more.

Service was very poor; we had to wait 20 minutes before we were asked if we wanted a drink. Then our starters arrived 20 minutes apart. Food when it arrived was good. Unluckily we were sat next to a very noisy hen party. Situation was somewhat retrieved by the manager who was very apologetic and didn't charge us for the food. Unfortunate evening; we have been before and it was very good if noisy.

Food and service as excellent as ever. We always enjoy our visits to the Cirencester branch. We have visited other Cote restaurants in many parts of the country.

Great atmosphere and generally the food was good although the fish main was dry and a bit disappointing. Overall though, nice evening,and the service was attentive.

Pleasant service on a busy Saturday night. Good recommenations from our waiter on food and wine which didn't disappoint. All in all a lovely evening

Excellent friendly service and very good food. No pressure when we just wanted to have starters. Speedy service perfect for a midweek lunch with only an hour.

Lovely service from start to finish. Waited a few minutes to be seated but we could see they were busy so we did understand. Once seated our waitress was very attentive, dealt with our (quite specific) meal requests and adaptations very kindly and professionally. Chefs were very accommodating when we requested to change certain elements of the dish which I always appreciate. Overall lovely atmosphere in there and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely visit again!

Delicious food and fresh. Nice staff and ok prices. Will definitely go back to try the lunch three course menu next time. Such good value for money.

Took mother in law for breakfast and she loved it. Eggs Benedict all round and plenty of coffee. Becoming a must visit place every time we are in Cirencester

I regularly visit Cote Cirencester with family and friends and have had no complaints. Service is always friendly polite and professional. A wonderful addition to Cirencester. My visit on Saturday (for 5 ) was part due to celebrate my sisters birthday. I booked late as I have been away on business and the only tables available for five of us was from 9:00pm. A little late for my mother who is not enjoying great health now. We did turn up about 8:20 to see if by chance a table might be available otherwise we would have come back at 9:00. A small round table was found which is sized for a group of four but we all felt we should press on and were OK with this. The few disappointments were; Of the 3 x Kia Royale Champagnes ordered 2 x were flat because too much cassis. I asked for one to be replaced which is was without issue but same problem and tasted more like a glass of Ribena. My mothers fish pie (a regular choice for her) lacked sauce and had to go back for re-heating but was still not right and she remained disappointed. The 2 x steak frites were over cooked not pink. My steak was wonderful. My brother-in-law didn't complain but unknown to me before he returned to the table had picked up the bill which was not the plan so I was unable to raise my concerns that evening. The evening was packed and was clearly full on for the staff that evening who maintained their friendly and professional approach but together with the kitchen struggled that night. I will be back.
