Côte Cirencester

Have previously visited Cote in Cirencester many times and have always found the staff to be attentive and friendly. Good food, good service and good ambiance.

Great value 2 course set lunch with plenty of choice. Nice surroundings and lovely service. A very enjoyable and relaxing interlude during a day of hard shopping in Cirencester.

Very busy so took a while to get anyone’s attention to discuss a menu query and subsequently order. The temperature of my main meal (a venison cottage pie) varied from warm around the edges to boiling hot in the middle. This caused me to burn my tongue. I pointed this out to the waiter, in the hope he would tell the kitchen, and therefore avoid someone else burning their tongue. He informed me that this was what a cottage pie should be like ie hotter in the middle due to the potato topping. Whilst I always thought food should be consistently heated throughout. The manager was more understanding and passed in my feedback to the kitchen. She also apologised.

Our first time trying breakfast at Cote Brasserie, had dinner before now. Very nice vegetarian option. Very good and attentive service. Pleasant and comfortable surroundings.

Had a lovely evening although the restaurant was very busy the service was excellent made to feel very welcome. Lovely atmosphere food piping hot my friend had not been before she loved it.

Good food, excellent service from all staff. Will be back. Standard of food is always reliable. Love the steak frites. Very reasonable wine and food here

Okay - atmosphere was lacking but early in the evening I guess. Had the cote burger -which was a little burnt on the outside but really succulent on the inside. Overall okay

Food was excellent, although they were a bit quick to serve the mains as we were still eating our starters. Apart from that, excellent service too.

Food was lovely, but we were sat next to the door..it was cold! The bottom half of this restaurant does not seem as nice as the top half. There is no atmosphere in the bottom half and you have all the staff gathered around the area. Next time I will ask to be seated in the main part of the restaurant

A very pleasant evening. The service was attentive, the food delicious and we had a lovely Valentine's evening. The venue was welcoming and the whole ambience was great.

Great breakfast, has become a regular stop at the weekends

Quite noisy, table too small. Husbands steak was chewy and took 2 attempts to get Irish coffee ok. Nice touches for husbands birthday with free welcome drink and husbands desert decorated with ‘happy birthday ‘ in chocolate.

Second visit of the week! Another lovely meal with great service. Look forward to seeing what the menus are for March! Although may be back earlier!

Like Cote in Cirencester, staff are friendly and professional, food is overall good quality as is the vino. Tends to be quite rammed up to 3pm at the weekend so table space is at a premium, last two times We've booked have been given a table by the front window which sounds very nice initially but is very busy as it's where the staff operate from so not particularly intimate. Only gripe really is the "Voluntary 12.5% service charge" which is already added to your bill when produced- As such this is hardly voluntary and if you don't notice it you can end up providing a tip twice which is what I have done in the past when I have left cash on the table for the individual waiter/ waitress who has served us. So check your bill prior too paying.

Excellent food, but the staff could be more attentive, and welcoming, apart from front of house who were very jolly & pleasant. Our waitress did not seem Particularly happy, and we had to ask for the bill, & then we were left to wait, & had to ask again for someone to take payment. This was very early evening and the place was not busy. Would I visit again, yes, because of the food quality, I just hope this was an off night for our visit. And to the parents with the screaming child, please go to McDonald’s next time, not a decent restaurant.

Excellent efficient and friendly service although very busy. Nice menu, lots of choice, steak and chicken equally nice. Made my husband's birthday very special! Thank you.

No burgers and manager was rude about it!!! Horrible experience. Said the driver got stuck in traffic. They were unapologetic although that was the reason we went there. Very very unpleasant manager

We really enjoyed our meal. The food was lovely and the customer service was wonderful. We would definitely come back again to Cote Brasserie in Cirencester.

We had the best experience at Cote Cheltenham today. It was my sister's birthday, so ahead of our table time of 12 noon I took in flowers, balloon, cake, presents. Erin could not have been more helpful in setting up the table with these items. And she served the three of us complementary prosecco. She was a true professional, warm, efficient, charming. Rarely do I say I couldn't find fault. We'll be back!

Helpful staff meal was lovely and very good value for money he went before 7pm and paid for a set menu 3 courses for £13.50 can't crumble at that and it was really nice

Best food I’ve eaten for a longggg time, amazing experience. Service was perfect, gave us plenty of time so we didn’t feel rushed but at the same time very efficient. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place and incredible staff, faultless service and very attentive, only reason for the 4 is because we had 2 steaks, one med/rare the other med/well and both were cooked badly, med/rare was incredibly rare and med/well was well over cooked!! Both tasted nice but not cooked as asked. Other food we’ve had in the passed has been good so I’ll be going back but not to have steak.

Exceptionally good wine pairings for the Valentine courses. Yummy moule and perfect medium rare steak, what more could you want. Well lovely crème brulee and café crème to finish. Waiters were perfectly charming and I think they enjoyed my attempts at Romanian and Portuguese "thank you"s ;-)

Excellent lunch on Valentine day!! Good food, good staff & excellent service!! As always the atmosphere was vibrant & happy. We will be returning very soon.

Very efficient, warm welcome! Drinks brought swiftly despite the restaurant being very busy! the pace of the meal was good and the food was up to expected standard.

The food was excellent especially the creme caramel. I do though wish you would serve espresso in small cups rather than glasses. The service was good but our waiter was not quite as charming as usual. The lunch menu is very good value.

Friendly atmosphere and staff. Enjoyable lunch for two from the February menu which was good value. The wine selection was also good quality at a fair price. Overall a great experience!

Just popped in for an impromptu early evening meal. Food superb as always and efficient cheerful atmosphere. It has never failed to please whether special occasion or occasional special!

We've visited a number of Cote restaurants; mostly in the south west region. We always receive great service and food. Always enjoy the food and drinks menu. Just wish we could go more often!

As always such a lovely atmosphere, the service was fantastic and the staff so friendly. Food was delicious. Definitely would recommend and look forward to my next visit.

Great food and lovely waiters. It was busy and lively but we were well looked after. They have separate vegetarian menus which is really useful.

Had the most wonderful breakfast once again , service was great and fast, food fresh and tasty and the atmosphere calm and pleasant. Would highly recommend for a Sunday morning breakfast.

Never been to cote before but was pleasantly surprised the service and food was faultless . Iam Not a lover of service changes on bills but it is optional

Absolutely first class. We booked a table for 8 of us to celebrate our friend being awarded an OBE. He was presented with champagne for us all on arrival and made to feel very special and welcomed. The food was absolutely delicious and the service just perfect. It is our 2nd visit in the last month and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much.

Lovely staff and very busy however, didn’t get what I ordered, which was the Sunday chicken which came with potatoes gratin and green beans, I got frites, asked it wasn’t what I ordered and they bought me green beans then it seems charge me for them when I looked at bill I especially pointed at the menu of the chicken I ordered. I felt that the mistake wasn’t mine, and the green beans should of been foc and I don’t eat chips. So it was chicken and beans for me.

Excellent,very good service with a smile,quick food and very good food,has never disappointed on quality and reasonably priced food,must be the busiest place in Cirencester

Great atmosphere and good waiters but kitchen is upstairs and some of the food was going cold. Lovely main courses but puds very pricey for what they are.

Attentive service, friendly without being intrusive. Good food and wine. Plenty of time and space to relax. Lively and warm environment, and interesting and pleasant location.

We had table for 7, it was my partners 50th they made it very special he had glass of bubbly & a drink of his choice, we took a cake with us which they took care of, when they delivered it to our table they sang happy birthday 😍 great service & all the staff were lovely & very helpful, just brilliant x

Amazing food and great service! Would definitely recommend, It’s a fantastic atmosphere and it’s the number 1 place to eat in Cirencester! It’s always busy but the service is 100% brilliant!
