Côte Cirencester

Food excellent and service attentive - they go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant evening. When our table wasn't ready, we were shown to the terrace and when we came to the table we all had a complementary Kir! Very enjoyable time.

As always, good food, good service, and good choice. I totally recommend the special dessert - summer fruit pavlova. The meringues are the right mix of crisp and chewy, and add warm chocolate sauce for an extra indulgence.

We had a really great time at Cote Brasserie, wonderful food and brilliant service. We can't find fault in any part of our time there.

Good service as it filled up, food came quickly and staff were attentive throughout. The vegetarian breakfast was very good and was a very generous portion!

Bad service - took a long time to get served. Considering I booked yesterday we had a terrible table. The menu was misleading and I said I was dairy free and my main course came in butter. Disappointing... considering I’ve been here quite a few times

As always a fantastic breakfast and service. They forgot to put the sausage on one of our breakfasts and was fixed within minutes of mentioning. If you haven’t been for a breakfast I can definitely recommend.

Very impressed, greeted very well and settled into seat. After delivering our food checked several times as was well. When my husband payed the bill I mentioned we were there to celebrate our 55th Wedding Anniversary. They did not realise this of course but when leaving we were given a bottle of sparkling wine to take home. Very nice touch.

As always, good food, good price and timely service. The menu always has something interesting, even for my picky tastes, and the desserts are delicious.

I was promised complimentary drinks but it did not happen. We were told that we could not have them with a light lunch only main meals from the a la carte menu.

Great food and waiters were fantastic. Great atmosphere only downside was that because it was busy service was a little slow when taking orders. The food however arrived quickly, and was delicious.

The restaurant was bustling but this really added to the atmosphere. The service was cheerful and efficient and when the wrong order was brought for our main course, the servers were super apologetic and helpful to ensure our experience wasn't let down (it wasn't). The Saumur wine was excellent. Overall a great evening with good choice of food on well-priced menu.

Amazing service, wonderful food. Big portions, great choice and so tasty. Was my birthday and got complimentary drinks on arrival and yummy chocolate pudding after! We’re definitely going back.

It was a lovely meal and the staff was very attentive.I would much prefer to pay my tip to staff . not took from me on my bill did the waitress get the tip????

Excellent as usual, although very hot at times as it was so busy and other diners wanted the Aircon turned off! But the staff were wonderful and as soon as they left they put it back on and we enjoyed the most delicious meal served by attentive staff!

It was a lovely meal in the Cirencester Cote Brasserie with great service. The atmosphere was simply lovely and we had a great evening overall.

Why do we have to explain to the restaurant staff that you have awarded us with a complimentary aperitif drink.Surely they should be made aware of this from our online booking.Thankfully we were served with this and we enjoyed it very much until it was added to the bill.It finally got sorted out but this could have been avoided as it spoilt our evening .How we hate having bring this to attention.

Great meal despite a minor hiccup, in that first tuna steak given to me was completely over cooked. Immediately rectified and removed from bill - although I was happy to pay for it. Lovely service and lively atmosphere. Always a safe bet.

Fabulous food and lovely waitress. Rather hot and people were making fans out of the menus! Bit of a wait for our desserts and the wooden chairs we're getting very uncomfortable.

Another great evening trying out the new specials. All three courses tasted as good as they looked and the St-Germain G&T was an absolute triumph! The service and attention was also superb. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Great food, service and atmosphere. We arrived early but that was no problem seated straight away, our waitress was attentive and knowledgable and our food as very good.

As always great food in a pleasant setting. Plenty of choice from the menu so, even as a picky eater, I was able to find several dishes I would want.

Again a returning visit and again excellent customer service and excellent food, totally recommend Côte for food, drink and the service. On leaving a group asked for directions to Côte and without hesitation told them the way....

As ever , consistently since it opened, superb food, superb service and great atmosphere ! Not much genuinely tops this place for value for money anywhere else in The Cotswolds except other Cote branches. If your looking for a great meal out without the nonsense some of the places in The Cotswolds try on you, you can't do better.

I booked the table to celebrate my birthday before going to the theatre. I explained that we were on a bit of a tight timescale and we had prompt service, delicious food and a relaxing atmosphere.

With food this consistently good in such a well presented restaurant on the best street in Cirencester, Cote is always going to be a winner but the thing that really sets it apart is the staff. Super friendly but always professional and a genuine reason to keep going back... :)

We went to celebrate our 52nd Wedding Anniversary with friends. Excellent service from very friendly staff. Had already arranged for free aperitifs and because our first choice dessert was not available the substitute was gratis with a lovely message on the plate. For a Monday evening the restaurant was well patronised. We all agreed that the whole experience, food and ambience, was excellent. And the cheapest white wine was very drinkable too. Highly recommended.

Cote have got this right. The location is fab, it’s Style is welcoming and very French. The staff are always attentive and professional as well as being friendly and recognise regulars with a smile. Food was brilliant.

In for lunch. Good service and food. Waiting staff friendly but not too friendly and just the right amount of time between courses. Very clean and well run restaurant

Really disappointing last night. The staff were not trained as they didn't make any attempt to move plates from the starter before handing the main meal to ourselves. I am not quite sure where they expected the plate to be placed. Meat not cooked as requested so one meal taken away which took 10mins to return. Sad as I usually enjoy eating at Cotes.
