Food was amazing, my husband had pork belly & I had the loin lamb chops. Felt very safe, social distancing excellent and waiters wearing face shields. Would have given 6 but no air conditioning, it was boiling shame the doors/windows weren’t left open, I know it was raining but so humid outside and in I don’t think anyone would have cared. Excellent service as always. Thank you

It was great to be back At my favourite restaurant, it made me happy once I was greeted by waiters that knew me as a customer from past , it was a beautiful feeling and I Appreciate it . Used to go to chiswick branch regularly while I was living at chiswick and even now I am in Richmond I still want to go to chiswick as I don’t find Richmond branch staff very friendly. I was a bit sad to find out that Seabass no longer was in menus but I tried something else and service was great as always. Thanks

Excellent mains - Sea Bream and Lamb Chops. Crepes very good. Apple Tart are bit overdone. Salad with the bream a little small. Service a bit slow, seems to be a problem in this branch in the 5-6 pm slot due to staff changeover. Waitress couldn't answer question about type of chocolate used in the fondant so went for the crepes.

Great to be back at Cote after so long. All just as delicious as before. Good social distancing measures - effective but not intrusive. Thank you.

We were taken downstairs where the a/c was working after sitting upstairs in the extremely uncomfortable hot dining room. We waited for a while to order, waiting to see if the main dining area cooled down. We overheard a staff member telling other guests that the a/c was strugfing because the staff during the day had left the doors open! It has been well over 33 degrees for many days, with high humidity! Why would anyone leave doors open during a 35 degree day is beyond me. We decided not to have dinner + leave instead, when we were then asked if we wanted to move downstairs, where it was much cooler! You should not expect your diners to sit in those conditions + definitely not expect your staff to work in them with long trousers, long sleeved shirts + plastic visors over their heads! Very unhygenic! It dampened our whole evening unfortunately. This was our first visit to Cote + it will be our last! A guest sitting next to us said it was 32 degrees in the main dining area + that every time she eats there the a/c struggles to keep the room cool!

We were forgotten, a number of tables that arrived after us serviced first and eventually this was noticed, A/C broken which made it very uncomfortable

Music a bit too loud, since we do not want to shout to talk to our table companion

Our fists eating out experience post lock down and it was befitting we went here because we are fans. Their did not disappoint.

We meet our son and his girlfriend for dinner. The staff were patient and welcoming for as not all of us arrived on time. It was a lovely evening with good food and wine. We will be back.

Were greeted with complimentary flutes of bubbly to celebrate our wedding anniversary by friendly staff. Was a lovely personal touch. Food never disappoints, great service without being overbearing and good value for money. Can't fault it. Thank you for making my lunch a special experience.

The place is extremely pleasant & bright . I approve the table lay out , plenty of space & just like looking at old photos of how people used to dine. The food was good in the end we all had steaks but it seemed to have been a bit of confusion to what should be blue steak rare medium rare etc... strange for French restaurant but got it right in the end. Reasonable service & would recommend it & would definitely go back . Btw the creme caramel was to die for 👌

Would recommend Cote Brasserie Chiswick, for it's wonderful staff and ambience during these difficult Covid-19 times. My partners Fish Parmentiere was excellent, however my Minute Steak with frites was so tough that even with a steak knife it was extremely difficult and gave up half way through as not sure my teeth would take anymore. Our lovely waitress offered to exchange it but we said no thanks, due to time constraints. Please Cote make sure all your meat is of a good quality. Next time I will complain at the beginning to avoid these problems and hope that Cote will take note of my constructive criticism

Solo, or with family and friends, I have been a regular customer at Cote Chiswick in Turnham Green for many years. The loyalty and affection felt for it here locally is immense, and we were incredibly happy to see it open again. This branch has always had the benefit of a welcoming big open layout, and we were pleased by the extra precautions during our (3!) visits this last week. Most of all, a very special thank you from us for the charm and professionalism of the staff. Perfect! Alan Smith
