Food just as good as it’s always been and plenty of distance between tables. Staff wearing visors and plenty of hand sanitizer. So reassuring “old normal” experience in “new normal” times.

Just like everything back to normal. The visors make it a bit hard to hear the waiters - but much better than masks, obvs. Great food and service, as ever. Thanks.

Very good Experience. Chiswick branch is always the best among all I have visited.

Very enjoyable experience. Côte has adapted to deliver the same dining experience as usual in a safer environment. We will come back.

Delicious meal. Everything was perfect - excellent service. Has to be one of my favourite restaurants. Noise level a problem but not the fault of the restaurant.

Yesterday was very special as it was the first time since February I met with 4 friends. The staff who served us were friendly, polite and professional. One friend chose a starter as her main, the rest of us chose from the mains but we were all served at the same time. 🙂 Lovely restaurant, great ambience, nothing was too much trouble and delicious food! This was a standard Cote experience - reliably excellent steak and frites, a really nice glass of Pinot Noir and friendly service that was not noticeably inhibited by the waiting staff's visors. A reassuring reversion to near normal. Noisy, though, as all restaurants these days seem designed to be.

My wife and I visited the Chiswick Restaurant on Friday evening. I wanted to convey our thanks to Rob I, who looked after us splendidly - he made us feel incredibly welcome. I'm pleased to say we enjoyed yet another delicious well-presented meal and first class service from Rob I. Keep up the great work Chiswick Team, we look forward to seeing you again very soon.

Having booked Chiswick was busy We were advised to take a table downstairs where it’s quieter We were told our drinks order would be taken After waiting patiently I thought it was rather long to wait for the drinks & caught the eye of the waitress. She told me “Sorry I’m busy at the moment!” It made me feel as if I was not a customer but the others were! Anyway.It made me feel unvalued and embarrassed. Saying, “one moment” or “I will be right there”. But,”I’m busy!” is actually quite rude. Unimpressed at my birthday lunch today.

As usual, a very pleasant time, welcoming staff, delicious food ... freshest fish, very well presented. What’s not to like ... and repeat! Well all done all!

Staff went out of their way to make for an unexceptionable evening. We go out a lot and this was fine. Wide variety of Cote menu means you never need to have any qualms to invite anyone to join you there.

We ordered the lamb main and the prices were very poor. Starters were great but the main meal was disappointing I’m afraid. Staff were good.

Venue felt very clean. Staff wearing face shields. Good distance between the tables. Very impressed and happy to come back to Cote again. Only slight negative is that food a bit salty tho, we were drinking water constantly!

Really pleased that Cote is back on form. We both had the same thing - salad Nicoise and it was really delicous - tuna pink and very nicely presented. The seating is well spaced and nice to have the windows open.

Not enough staff so service very slow. Meat dry. Not at all up to usual standards. The accoustics in the Chiswick Cote is a major problem and that day was no exception, as the restaurant was full. Even across a two-seater table with extra spacing, my husband and I could not hear ourselves on a number of occasions.

Food was great and service was perfect. Our waiter was very attentive and so polite. Everything came out quite fast- no long wait times. The only bad thing was of course they had the bifold doors open and as today is 35 degrees, the restaurant was incredibly hot and the aircon was not cooling anyone down, but that’s just London summer for you!

My first experience at Côte Brasserie - Chiswick was AMAZING. My waitress was polite, welcoming and always had a smile on her face (sorry I forgot her name). I came in to celebrate my friend's birthday and was pleasantly surprise to find that we were offered a complimentary cake at the end of it. Thank you for that. Overall the place was clean, atmosphere was relaxing and the food was incredible, just absolutely delicious. Will be booking another table next week with my mum I know she will love it too.

Food and service was excellent as usual. Restaurant felt refreshingly "normal" despite obvious additional table spacing and other measures.

Great service and a regular of ours as the food is always consistently good.

I have been a regular diner at Cote - the food is reliably delicious and the staff friendly and efficient. The one problem, common to most Cote branches, is the level of noise, probably caused by the corporate design with its lack of soft furnishings, which makes conversation difficult.

Côte never fails to amaze us! The food is always beautiful, great service and served with a smile :) booked to come back in a few weeks.

My main course - lamb chops -was very poor . Hard on the outside and chewy inside . Sent back and refunded . Then had Fish Parmentier but this took 25 mins to arrive and my 2 companions had finished their mains before mine arrived . This effectively ruined our lunch experience . My partners Sweets took another 20 mins to arrive and the whole meal was totally disjointed . I think my substitute main course should have been refunded ; only ate half of it as too late served .

Lovely staff, nice atmosphere, covid guidelines being followed and the dinner was very nice.

Enjoyed being back at Cote, but the service was so slow and I don't know what has happened to the coffee but it was absolutely disgusting. Not your usual smooth blend at all!

Prompt and friendly service, an outside table, that was the preference for my guest and lovely food. As well as the benefit of £20 off. What more could you ask for?
